Its a trap, you pay in cash but they dont charge 4.49 as on the card, but 4.79, they say only if you buy carwash together. But people inform you that you can pay in cash and they will charge you the cheapest and thats not true. Caution. The coffee is good, but I dont like to be cheated.

First time visitor, staying at a near by hotel walking distance, husband used ATM and I was buying sodas, theres no customer service what so ever. I asked for a bag and the lady with the mustache yelled 25¢ and when she just looked at my husband up and down after he gave her a dollar bill she asked if he had change??? Like no I would of used that . She then throws the bag not even putting my stuff in the bag which is totally fine its just the lack of customer service ridiculous . I didnt do anything wrong for you to stare and be rude to me . GOD BLESS YOU THO OKAY.....

The asian guy who works there is extremely rude. If you hate working there... Please do the customers a favor and go do something else.

Credit Card Skimmer Alert on pump 2. Front of pump was loose, as in someone broke in to it. Within an hour of pumping my gas I had a $1,715 charge at Best Buy....not from me. I called the gas station and the person that answered clearly didnt seem to care about what I was saying...I wonder if maybe she put the skimmer on there!As other reviewers have said...This place simply doesnt care about you.

They allow people to not wear face coverings and let them reach over the counter to grab lids, I watched as 2 customers kept reaching over the counter touching the food with their sleeves to grab coffee lids. One dropped a lid, picked it back up off the floor and put it back with the rest. There were 3 people who did not have face coverings on while I was there. Too dangerous for me.

I went inside store at 9:49am with my coffee cup already have coffee inside but is too sweet all I need a little hot water Then I went inside to puy some air fresheners and put some hot water inside with my cup of coffee and the cashier yelling and say I can’t I need to buy the whole cup off whole hot water so I’m try to explain to her but still look mad at me and yelling, I was very upset I will never never at this gas station again.

What does it mean coffee no more ? I come here everyday and there is coffee night and day however now at 12:40 pm there is none and when to the guy at cashier he said no more coffee !!!

Credit card reader was not working so we needed to drive around to one of the other pumps. Low rating since the only main functions I would rate a gas station are the ability to get gas, and the quality/price of said gas. Without the card reader working properly there is no gas. There was a workaround but if it were really busy that would increase wait times.

The smart air pressure pump is clutch! No need for an air pressure gauge... And it takes credit card!

Easy on off

Last weekend I had a very bad experience at this station that included both the front desk, and getting gas. After speaking with the staff I asked for the manager, and was refused. A man who the lead attendant said was the owner (Varish Goyal) was about to drive off. I asked if I could speak with him and he walked over and wrote down a phone number and email address and said he was leaving but would be back Wednesday. I waited until the date he indicated I should call to alert him to the incident I called the phone number and it had a message that said he did not check it frequently and to call his cell phone number (which he did not provide.) I also sent an email to the email address he gave me and have not received a reply to my email. I am still awaiting a reply to my concern, a valid contact number and email.

Customer Service sucks here. They simply do not care about their customers. Had file a complaint with Shell Corporate Office. If they do not raise the bar in customer care, I will never shop at any Shell ever again. If you want a bad customer experience have a visit yourself.

One of the better gas stations by the airport. It a easy place right off the freeway.

Open 24/7, and service is great! Theyve got corn dogs, sandwiches, and a damn wealth of drinks with everything from Heineken and Blue Moon to Corona and Arizona.

Good call Arvid - they take international credit cards without all of the zip code hassle, and it is on the route from the sea front hotels south of the Airport and the airport / rental car return center.

Scammers, paid cash and charged me a debit fee for 1.50 and wasnt going to give me a receipt. Im guessing he does this a lot.

I like to come here, to get my hot chocolate or cofe, and also like to buy hot dogs.

You get gas here. We all hate it; prices are never low enough. Someday, we will break free from the shackles of the oil overlords, into the loving embrace of Elon Musks electric vehicles. Until that day, buy a snack from this vendor or something as your wallet empties.

A bit away from the highway but an ideal place to fill up your car before returning your rental car.

I go here because its close to my work. There is a Mexican restaurant near by as well. They do not carry Turkish royal ciggs.

Very small gas station with small and not very nice toilets :). Convenient spot to get fuel refill for the rental car at the SF airport.

Do not use this gas station. They triple charged me for my gas. I had the credit card company try to cancel the payments, but the gas station refused and said I had to dispute in person. How could I put 94.96$ worth of fuel into the Ford Fiesta I was driving? I didnt buy anything else. Guy probably saw my international credit card and it was a 2am fill as I was getting on a flight and knew I probably couldnt come back to dispute.

This place charged me twice as much for the product listed in store. DO NOT SHOP HERE
