Had a great customer service experience at this Apple store. Brought my MacBook in to be looked at since there was some damage on the top case. The associate offered to help use compressed air to clean the case and presented multiple options on how I can proceed. While he was cleaning the case at the back, another associate came by to check on how we were doing and ensured that we had all our questions answered.

Ms. Vy’s Customer service skills was BEYOND exceptional! She definitely added a kick start to my week with a Can-Do attitude!When approaching entrance Ms. Vy assisted me in a swift, professional, charismatic manner. Immediately grabbed my attention and looked forward to make a transaction.I informed her I was looking into a keyboard for my iPad Pro. Ms. Vy was quick to scan through the department’s inventory to inform me what was available. Being very informative by giving me options of which accessory would be the better pick for my needs. Her knowledge and quick actions drove me to pick up a magic keyboard with no hesitation.I was so enriched by her enthusiasm and her drive to make sure I had all of my needs met, Ms. Vy also mentioned to me about the new Apple Watch series.Informed me all about the specs and etc. The “whole 9” as most say.As soon I was ready to jump the gun and purchase from her she regrettably told me the store was out of stock.In conclusion this was probably one of my most memorable experience I’ve ever had in ANY establishment. I can not stress no matter how big/small the establishment is; it’s what the customer service what keeps bringing me back in.Thank you Ms. Vy for helping me out.Good pick Apple!

Nice clean store. Appointments recommended, but walk ins are available. Police and Apple 🍎 security present for safety. Newest phones are available for testing. They do not carry any Apple certified refurbished phones, only from their website.

I went to repair my iPhone 7 Plus which turned off without any reason. They could not diagnose it why and responded they can’t repair it. It’s your phone at least you should have tried to find out what is wrong. I am pretty disappointed with apple and going back to android. They gave an option of replacing it with another old iPhone 7 Plus that they can order and charge me $349. Any guess why? So that they can repair my phone and sell it to some one else. Which means it can be repaired but they won’t do it. Bye bye apple, I am done with you.

I was there yesterday 7/5/2021 because I have a problem with my iPhone 7. But the lady told me that I have to pay $150 to be able to send my phone at diagnostics because my phone has a crack on the screen. But that is not the problem that I want them to fix. I was hoping that apple would help me with no charge for it. Because my carrier told me that they will fix it with no charge or either replace my iPhone 7 with 0 cost. It wasn’t my fault that my iPhone 7 suddenly can’t use it to call because it says Invalid Sim. and I’m still paying it for my monthly bills to my carrier until now but I can no longer use it. Really disappointed! ☹️

I needed to get my Mac Air keyboard replaced; these guys were very helpful and patient as we diagnosed the issue and did a great job of letting me know what to expect and a realistic timeframe of when I could pick up my repaired device. The place is all fine but the service is BS!! I had a short stay and wanted to buy the iPhone 12. Knowing I wouldnt be able to go back twice, I called in the store and asked if they had the iPhone 12 in stock, they said yes and took my name. So, I book a cab and went to the store. There was this one dude who stood infront of the store. He was asking us,Do you have an appointment?. I said,No, I called in the store and Im here to buy the iPhone 12. He was like,Im sorry you cant enter the store without an appointment. You can apply for the appointment online. I had to literally beg him to enter the store. He was still like,Im sorry I cant help. First of all, when I called in the store, they should have informed me they have their rules and regulations because of the COVID and the whole situation. I would have been very understanding. But whats the point in informing me they had rules and regulations only after I reached there after confirming everything over the call. I wasted my time and money for nothing. Pathetic!!

Aside from all the Covid precautions, I was in Burlingame yesterday. It’s always fun to go there 95% of the time. This is my closest go-to Apple store. While employee turnover is pretty high, customer service is “typically” very good. The 5%, the bad, at this store and in the downtown area, is almost always due to some ghetto types who are acting out or just being loud and/or intentionally rude. I’m glad a cop was posted in front of this store.

Visited this place today to help get my X repaired the team was excellent, unfortunately the phone wasn’t repairable but the technicians and advisor was superb couldn’t recommend these guys enough. Also they handled COVID great we both felt very safe to be in there, top job guys. Quick shout out the security team also super friendly guys!

Apple Super store at Burlingame, California is a nice place for shopping of iPhone and all accessories. While shopping, family and children can enjoy the full wall screen video display of latest iphone properties. Stylish seating and small play area for children is there in the store. Products are nicely displayed on the racks. Sufficient parking is available outside.

Ill be honest, I never buy or use Apple products, but it is fun to come here just to look around at all of the different stuff. Buying a new phone or laptop here is probably a good idea if you like Apple products, but to get your stuff repaired id recommend a third party shop.

Brand new renovation brings this location up to the latest international standards for the design of Apples greatest stores. Not large by any means, but maintains steady traffic throughout business hours nonetheless. Standard product and interactive tables that fill most of the retail space except for a jumble of small chairs and stools under the huge LED screen covering the entire back wall.

I used to love Apple Stores because they had the best purchasing experience. The staff was always knowledgeable about the products, they kept up with the latest competitors, and they greeted you with a smile. Couldn’t be further from what it is these days. I mean, what happened? Did the employees feel that they didn’t need to offer the same experience because the product practically sells itself? The two times I’ve gone in here to buy a product, it’s been the same empty feeling: an dazed employee who barely makes eye contact answers your questions plainly. I’d rate my experience lower if it weren’t for a couple nice interactions that didn’t just make want to just order the products online and have it shipped. I’m quite happy with the products I’ve bought, and despite the high price, they feel like premium products. I just wish it came coupled with a premium shopping experience

Its hard to distinguish among the stores. If you want to buy Apple gear, theyre pretty much all the same. Ive had good service at the Burlingame store, and Ive taken classes there on Apple applications and gotten my moneys worth.

Experience 1: got different information from different apple geniuses regarding matching and pricing for an iPad. Spent 30 minutes with one, only to come back and get quoted a different prices from another. Ended up buying product online because it was cheaper. Apple, get your story straight and dont waste peoples and your employees time. Price- match please, too or stand to lose your business to someone else. Experience 2: got the help of an apple geniuses with my old iPad. It was supposedly fine, but stopped updating apps and functioning. They were kind enough to help resolve it, and thought it would take 20 min. It took 1.5 hours! The first genius who was helping me warned me that my data might get erased, but said that he would let me know before we got to that point and that he would try to avoid it. The next moment all my data was gone. Whoops! An hour later the store manager had to step in and finish what seemed like a simple job... I love apple products, and the friendliness of the employees, but the time suck and negative experiences when something actually had to be done is not good my last 2 times.

Understand their need to distancing in the store, reduce staff, limit to appointments only, etc. But their system is pretty disorganized, people cutting in line, reservations unavailable for weeks, and after managing to get one, show up, they were pretty unaccommodating about lateness.

SUGGESTION:Consumer Reports recommends that you always buy Apple computers with insurance.Second, after purchase of insurance, ask a Tech to open and show you the guts to make sure it is not corroded from some Asian factory.If it is, with insurance you can get an exchange or full refund.Third, I thought I would save money on my 3rd MacBook by not buying insurance. I asked for more RAM and the Tech showed me the corroded guts inside straight from the factory! Did you buy insurance? No...No exchange then.Manager said the same.800# said the same, You bought it,,,without insurance.Fair Warning.

TL;DR. Good resolution. Be careful of what the staff told you. Be aware of rudeness.My camera stopped working all of a sudden so I came in for a repair. I had a case and all. The phone was 1.5 years old.The staff first asked me if I had Apple care. Then informed me I would “likely to get a new phone” because it is difficult to repair the camera. I pushed back a couple of times and he got upset and dismissive.The good news is they ended up fixing my camera (wee!)When returning my phone, a separate lady came by and asked for my ID then asked me to pay. No smile, no addressing you or whatnot. When I asked her why was the root cause, she looked at me with a blank face and said “the camera” (oh you don’t say). Then I asked her how she fixed it. She became more condescending and said “changed to a new camera.” The whole conversation made me feel like I am wasting her time and I’m so dumb that I asked these questions (well my apologies, your grace).

I was there a few days before Thanksgiving and the store is open again having been remodeled recently. Its no longer closed now. Its been open a couple of weeks now. Definitely their products arent cheap, but they work very well. Ive had many Dell and HP laptops and Ive had to replace it every 1.5 years. Ive had my current rMBP for close to 3 years without a problem.

I went into the store to make a purchase. Not one associate asked if they could help me, even as I spent considerable time looking at cases and AirPods. With plenty of associates around, talking to each other, and a quiet store I expected better service from an Apple store. Not a great way to keep loyal customers, also interacting with customers shouldnt be viewed as a huge effort from associates who are being paid to help grab product and ring up customers.

I visited the Genius Bar in the Apple Store at Burlingame today. The purpose of my visit was to get my MacBookAir to work. I worked with Jeff. Jeff did an excellent job. Next to getting my computer to work, he walked me through the process, discussed with the my options and explained every step of the process. Jeff also answered all my questions I had to get the best out of my Mac.

I spent $440 like this:Apple: Your Mac failed the XYZ diagnostic.Me: But thats not the problem...A: It must pass the XYZ test before we go any further. $440.So I spent the money for XYZ. My machine no longer failed any Apple diagnostic, but It still didnt work.Apple: Since it doesnt fail any Apple diagnostic, there is nothing further we can do. Your machine is a brick.A third party fixed it.The people in the store dont understand basic engineering. I went in to see about getting my hands-free to work. Neither of them were able to operate the volume or the switch, so I suspected the phone jack. I wound up buying an iPhone 6 Plus. Customer service was phenomenal, getting my phone set up. Two sales people stayed way past closing on a Sunday evening in order to make sure that I was well taken care of. We had to do a backup and restore from my 5S, and it took quite a while. They were extremely patient and helpful. Thanks so much for your extraordinary customer service.

So I walk into the store. Stand around 5 min, giving the CS people a chance to finish up. It was as if I was invisible. No acknowledgement of me being in the store, no eye contact, and a white couple walk in and are greeted with the warmest welcome. It may not have been a color thing, and thats just the way it occurred to me.I will not recommend this place. I expect better.

Very poor customer service from a male technician staff. Let me start by saying Ive been coming to this store for 10 years and even bought many iphones and a new iPad PRO not too long ago here.Basically, I tried to purchase an iPad at this Apple store location with a credit card I didnt have physically. And a purchase wouldve totally been possible in many different methods and the technician staff working with me did everything in his power to purposely not get it done.1. I happen to only have my companys credit card in photos on my phone. The Apple technician starts by asking several condescending questions like why I dont have the physical company card? To which I answered I was usually overseas and was newly using a card from our US branch I didnt often deal with.A smarter human being wouldve asked to see my driver license, which is the same name on the credit card. Or perhaps ask me who is the main corporate contact at Apple for our company. Or who at our USA branch usually deals with the corporate Apple? Or what is our corporate account with Apple.He asked for NONE OF THIS, but kept pushing rudely to see a physical card and indignantly pushed to have the transaction ended, stating that he could no nothing more.2. So I tell him the last time I purchased an iPad in this very store, I didnt have a physical card either. The staff in the store (which was much more helpful last time) called the corporate phone number, so we could make the purchase over the phone with my corporate account (we get a 1% discount or so).The technician responded it was impossible and they dont do such things. I told him it definitely was and to get the manager.Guess what? It was possible and he had to go into the back to make the call.3. He comes out and says the Summerlin office says its possible but its up to the stores discretion to let the purchase happen, which has been denied.I ask why and to state the reason. To which he says his manager refused it. I ask him to bring me to his manager again.Guess what? His manager says he said no such thing and of course would like to sell me a product. Which means someone is blatantly lying to my face.4. I call the Summerlin office myself and they want me to link the credit card to my Apple Pay, which I didnt get done until I had already wasted 1 hour in the store and already left. Apple emailed me the Apple Wallet code, which I got done successfully after leaving!In conclusion, the issue here is that the employee here had incredibly poor customer service. Essentially making no reasonable attempts to verify if I was the owner of this company or card, which I had all evidence of. OR trying to make the sale by linking me/ the card with Corporate. And also lying to me and misrepresenting Apple/ management and bringing down the brand. I have never met someone who worked so hard to NOT make a sale.This Burlingame location has lost all business with me because in reality I can simply buy online now and not have to deal with such difficult people.On a final note, I will say the manager at this location did try his best to give good customer service and work with me, but I am not sure what this technician was telling him in the background...

Long lines for service, and at times it seems that there are several associates standing around not doing much, even as youre waiting. They dont seem to be in much of a hurry to help, even if youre making a large purchase. However, once I received help, the sales associate was very informative and helped me to make the right decision about which computer to purchase.

Apple has nice products. But its so freaking expensive!!! There are other laptops that work great for cheaper prices. iPhones and Tablets too! But I know most people want apple. Apple may have some problems on your iPhone, iPad, and Computer. So whose to say its perfect. Just think about it for a little while. Its more then $2,000 for a laptop. The old ones are obviously cheaper. And thats great for some people who want the older ones. But there slower, and will keep bugging you about updating your laptop. I love apple but it does have many flaws. What company doesnt have any flaws though? But seriously its expensive!!!

When you enter Apple Store, your first experience will be a greeting from Apple Store Staff and ask if they can help you. A very good CS.I come to buy an Apple ipad 9.7 for my daughter. And other items.When I show my daughter Id, the store staff look at it and say she have to be here to avail of student discount. I pointed to her my daughter, who is in the store looking for other item.I also bought other items. So when I was paying, the lady staff separate the ipads in one receipt and i ask is it because of the discounts? and other items in another receipt.When i get home. I notice discount on ipad was not given.I am traveling and on vacation. So i didn’t have time to go back to store.I have been buying a lot of apple products in different stores worldwide and this is the first time it happen to me.Always checks receipts before leaving any store.

Apple store visits used to be special. Now, right when you walk in, you get passed from worker to worker. Its a shame because now you are treated like a commodity on an assembly line. But they hide this well because visually, there are no lines, so you cant see whats really happening. But its annoying to have to explain your issue to 3 different people. Its almost like an in person Comcast experience. Yeah.

Apple has right now a deal going on where you can trade your iPhones to get a better Iphone well I traded in a Iphone 8+ and he told me no it would be better to buy a iphone instead of trading in your iphone. What I am trying to get across here is if you are young dont let older people let you act like you are dumb unless they are helping you. Also save money on iPhones dont spend more :) iphone 8+ trade in todays trade in cost for apple is $350.00.

Waited an hour and a half before a technician looked at my laptop for five minutes and quoted me $400 plus labor to fix the audio. I drove down the street to a computer repair and they fixed it for $70 same day. If you value your time or money, dont rely on Apple service here.
