Louie was busy with another customer when I came in, but was sure to help me as soon as he stepped back in from the shop. Was clear about what he could and couldnt do to help some of my exhaust issues and did great work on my catalytic converter inatall.

Im always happy to bring my exhaust work to Louie. Thus far, two catalytic converters replaced, one where I made the purchase online and brought in and the other, he sold to me and installed. With the cat. he sold me, he filled out all the paper work incase there was some discrepancy some time in the future. A few other times to fix some cracks, and leaks. I always know that hell give me a REASONABLE price.

Great service! Louie replaced the catalytic converter on my Honda. He noticed whoever did the previous one had installed it at a bad angle, which created an exhaust leak. He got it all straightened out so it wont be a problem this time.

In 2013, i used Exhaust Specialist for a new tail pipe and and in 2015 the tail pipe tip was covered with rust. I contacted the shop and I was informed that a new tail pipe was needed. I was also informed that I needed to pay full price for a new replacement without any consideration for the rusty tail pipe.

Louie is the MANN, I had just got a 2015 Suburban and wee both decided on MagnaFlow because of thee TVs equipped with the New Family ride. I thought initially Exhaust soundd GOOD but after a few days noticed it had a weird Vibration and Soundd like garbage in the Cab, after driving my DODGE Ram truck Which Louie also did 13yrs earlier I noticed thee Flowmaster 2chamber 40serious had less Vibration too mee and also sounded better then MAGNAFLOW. I called Louie up and explained to him what was going on, with out hesitation hee said bring it in I fix it for you Long Story short hee changed out my MagnaFlow muffler with a Flowmaster and the rest was history. Im super happy and main thing is KIDS can enjoy there Movies with minimal Exhaust Noise in cabin of truck. I called two HUGE muffler chains about taking a look at my 1998 Saab Turbo. Both said We dont work on Saabs that old. I then called Exhaust Specialist twice... he didnt pick up. (Granted I call from a blocked number as Im a Doctor and dont want patients getting my cell number.) So I drove in. Louie put the car on the rack in about fifteen minutes, came out and showed me two problems that might be causing the rattle, and fixed a third that I noticed while under there (Brake lines dangling) He fixed that as well. I dont want to say what he charged me as it was so little I left a thirty percent tip. Needless to say Ill be back in the future should I have any undercarriage needs.
