Ive been an Acura owner for as long as I can remember. Ive moved around a lot, so Ive had the chance to deal with many Acura dealerships, but Ill say that customer services, sales, honesty and integrity are second to none at Acura on Brant. If you get a chance, make sure you speak with Tim (though, everyone Ive spoken to there is awesome)... Ive dealt with Tim for the last 4-5 years. No doubt, Ill be back for my next car/SUV.

Not only did he give a great price, but when I asked about adding my wife’s TLX, which she wasn’t using he came back with and even better deal that included refunding the payment for my service while adding all the options/ add-ons I have on my trade in.Completely above board and work for best deal possible cut cost for 2 vehicles on 1/2. Incompetent and overcharging service department.Charged over $500 for a new evaporative canister which didnt even fix the problem. After numerous visits over 3 months, it was finally resolved when they decided to clear the air intake, which was the source of the problem. Of course they charged another few hundred dollars for this on top on the unnecessary part.Also tried to charge $50 for a turn signal bulb that was just loose.

Would not recommend this place to service your car to anyone at all, I was a loyal customer for 3 years at this dealer for service after purchasing my car here. Drove 40km one way to service my car and when I needed them to take care of me they completely neglected me and ignored me. I had to further escalate the matter to acura Canada and even after my contact with acura Canada this dealership acura on brant decided still not to contact me at all. Very disappointed at the level of service they provide and I am done with this dealership and would never ever recommend anyone to this place.

COMPLETELY DISHONEST AND RIP OFF. There should be a negative star option.Went to Acura on Brant last week because I noticed after driving over 20-30kms my 06 TL from the recent picture was acting strange shifting gears. Them exactly the ODBII codes that was coming up and that chances are it needed a flush since i dont recall it ever being done. Wanted the dealer to diagnose it.They told me the diag code I already told them and then said that they removed the drainage bolt below the transmission and noticed a lot of metal on the magnet and fluid of what came out. They said they topped up what was removed and said I need a new transmission or new car.Interesting how I used to be able to drive 20-30 KMs with no problem and I barely made it home and had to stop every 10kms because it was much worse. Was a rough drive home.I had it parked in my driveway since I got it home. Last night I figured I would try and flush the transmission myself. Before I even touched it I noticed the fluid was completely empty even though theres no leaks. See the attached picture of the transmission dipstick i have cleaned and pulled out many times since i didnt believe it and ran the car and tested again.And the bolt to fill the transmission did not have a scratch or mark in it at all as if it was never opened. See the attached image of the transmission fill bolt without a scratch on it from a socket removing it. Its NEVER in 13 years been removed.Given that I paid for the transmission fluid top up and diagnostic See the attached picture of my invoice and they didnt.Can you even trust that there diagnosis that I need a new transmission if you have paid for them to top up the fluid they removed when they didnt. Or did they do that intentionally knowing if they didnt fill it up with new fluid I would either buy a new car from them or get them to do the transmission when all it may need is a 3 by 3 flush...The car is now still sitting in my driveway untouched since I brought it home from them because im not sure what to do with it and cant even drive it somewhere.

My wifes 2011 Focus was struck by another car on a Saturday,receiving minor damage. I called Acura on Brant`s body shop and spoke with the manager, Peter, on the following Monday. He suggested we bring the car around on Tuesday morning. We left the car in his care and got a call before noon on Friday that the Focus was ready. The previously damaged area looked like new. I bought a used Acura ILX and must say that I am impressed with the quality of service. In particular I am impressed with Dan Chadwick (Used car manager) for taking care of one issue I had with the car well after completing the deal. I deducted one star for not honouring the trade value for my car. This is what makes car dealers somewhat questionable. I put it down to my naivety for not standing my ground. Otherwise, no complaints!

Avoid this dealership!! Do not buy or service your cars here!!I purchased a certified pre-owned Acura from this dealership in late may 2017.I had a variety of issues with the car. (A/C didnt work, car very shaky on highway, slow leak in two tires, broken plastic interior panel on pick up).Sales told me they would take care of it. Service, on the other hand, was totally disorganized and didnt seem to care at all.Andrew, the service manager, was arrogant and dismissive. On many occasions, he told me that he would escalate and call me with next steps. Days would pass and no call.They dont respond to emails - and dont reliably return calls.It happened over and over. They wasted several weeks.I asked Andrew and he didnt seem to care. He was very dismissive.At one point, they made an appointment, and I showed up only to be told that they hadnt ordered the parts.Again, I asked the service manager and he basically told me that its not his problem.I took the car back 4-5 times in total and still had the same issues.All in all, the experience at burlington acura was negative.I tried to return the car but they told me the 1 week grace period had already passed and they wouldnt take it back. The service departments stall tactics worked. Totally unethical practices. I should have hired a lawyer at that point.Anyway, 1 star - for the lack of accountability, the terrible work done by the service department, and the arrogant service manager.Update:Acura of oakville solved these issues. Service in Oakville is much better than burlington.

High pressure sales .... actually yelled at me and my wife about not leasing . The sales person couldn’t tell me the details of the different trim levels and continued to tell my wife and I about Honda products despite my interest in Acura .. I can’t imagine having my vehicle serviced by these people ... thankfully there are better dealers in the area...I think the new car manager shouldn’t drink so much coffee or whatever inspired their approach to deal with us ... completely ruined my opinion of this dealershipI won’t be contacting general manager if an apology is proffered ..

We found him to be sincere and pleasant to deal with. Our experience was very positive from the initial meeting to the delivery of the vehicle. Had an LED light replaced on my vehicle. This Acura dealership was charging the least amount of money compared to other dealerships that wanted to replace the whole assembly or was charging a lot in labour. Had the work completed in just over an hour. Nice, clean and well kept dealership. Not so inviting vibe coming from inside sales workers, but it was a Friday.

Really convenient and affordable. Last month I went into the service dept. to have some work done. While waiting for my car I met a guy who was wiping down the cars, as he said getting ready for a sale the next day. I later found out he was the Sales Manager James Shutt. He was more interested in helping me sort out my issue with service than try to sell me a new car which I was very impressed with. He then introduced me the GM. Joe. Who was also a stellar professional gentleman. Both of them made me feel good about stepping into the dealership that day and I was a bit in shock at how well I was being treated. I have had some horrible experiences with service departments so I was pleasantly surprised when I visited the Acura dealership. I was greeted by Glenda and my car was worked on immediately. Glenda was very friendly and accommodating. She recommended a great restaurant within walking distance of the dealership where I enjoyed lunch while my car was being worked on. When I returned, they had completed working on my vehicle and Glenda was on hand to explain the work done.

Just picked up this 2016 Acura MDX from Acura on Brant. Tim Douglas (salesperson) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle and Grant (finance manager) was easily to deal with and didnt pressure us with add-ons or surprise fees. We have been car shopping for a while and visited may dealerships. Acura was not even on our radar but it was suggested and we thought why not check it out. Chris Mortlock was the sales associate that assisted us and he was fantastic! He was very patient and knowledgeable...as we had many questions. We were pretty much sold on the Audi but walked out with an Acura RDX that very same day. Thanks Chris for a great experience. I had an amazing experience and Id recommend this dealership to anyone! I bought a used car from Acura on Brant and was assisted by Dan, who was completely awesome to deal with. I got a very fair deal on the car I purchased and the service I received after buying the car is top-notch.About 20 days after purchase I ended up having a small issue with the battery and they replaced it free of charge... When I brought the car in for service Jimmy the new car manager took great care of me, provided me with a loner car and assured me that they would take care of it. Ive had many new cars in my life, bought at various dealerships and its clear that Acura on Brant truly values its customers!I am now into month 2 of ownership and the car is fantastic! No doubt I bought a solid car that will last a very long time. Thanks again to both Dan and Jimmy for such a great experience!

I recently purchased a 2017 Acura RDX from Acura on Brant.The Good: Salesman James Andrus and Business Manager Andrew Greco were friendly and professional throughout the entire interaction. We received a good value on our trade and like our new (to us) RDX.The Bad: My husband and I purchased the vehicle on a weekend where the dealership was having a sale. My husband was told that anybody who test drove a vehicle would receive a complimentary gift and that anyone who purchased a vehicle would be entered into a draw to win a television. This made our initial involvement feel more akin to the unsavoury experience of buying a timeshare. Surprisingly, the sale involved no discount on the purchase price of the vehicle, no gift and no followup or mention of being entered into any draw. To be clear, no gift was expected or needed.The Ugly: Upon picking up the vehicle, the outside was clean. The inside, however, had not been touched. There was a spot of gooey substance on the dash, the interior had debris under the carpets, the inside of the windshield had a noticeable film on it and there was some kind of pink residue inside the console. Also, the vehicle had a third of a tank of gas. My husband contacted our salesperson on March 11. We were told that the service department would follow up to schedule an interior cleaning and this never happened. While I fully recognize that COVID19 has impacted the world greatly in the meantime, a simple email or any follow up correspondence would have sufficed.Final Verdict: A good experience with the salesman and business manager. That said, I would not recommend purchasing anything from this dealership as there is clearly no follow through once they have your money. Any excitement associated with purchasing the vehicle evaporated when examining the effort that went into delivering it. Go to Acura of Hamilton if you are looking for attention to detail.
