Awesome customer service! My airplane was stranded in GA with a broke sprag clutch and they helped me get it going again by providing the parts and technical expertise I needed to get it repaired!

I have taken the Rotax Service class as well as order parts from them for my Kitfox project. The folks are very approachable and willing to take the time to discuss my needs. An added plus for me is they are in my home state and I can fly there or drive if I would be so inclined.

Buyer beware.I ordered parts, they gave me one shipping price and charged me another.Once I received the parts I ended up paying $90 extra as they sent it UPS instead of USPS for clearing custom.Website is not clear for some parts and you are under the impression that you will get 6 unit of dampers for $26 and end up with just 1.They did nothing to rectify and make customer happy, instead ask that I buy more from them and they would give me free shipping.Will never buy from them.Buyer beware.
