I hate going to dealership because my car always seems to have issues after leaving them(horrible experience with Audi of Nashua) however Derek/Audi of Burlington was the first dealership that actually made my car feel stronger and smooth. I got the 75k service and highly recommend it. Even though I asked a couple times but never really got the full report back for the 75k service. Derek and the technicians here saved me over $900 within 15 minutes of me walking into the dealership. I had a nail in my tire and needed a specific key for the tire company to replace two of my tires as they had recommended. Prior to getting me the key, Derek and his team took a look and quickly realized that the tire could be patched instead of getting replaced. They took care of the work in under 20 minutes and didnt even charge me for the visit, which was above and beyond. When I tell people that a DEALERSHIP was this helpful and generous, theyre floored. Ive never had a bad experience here and will be going back for years. I highly recommend them.

I delivered my 2018 Audi Q5 for the 60,000 mile service at 9:15 am, on time and as planned, and picked up my courtesy vehicle. This part was great.I was then called in the afternoon, and told my vehicle was ready for pick up, this was around 3:30pm.When I arrived just before 5pm Audi Burlington, I went into pay, and the ladies at the cashier desk could not find my invoice. It took them about 10 minutes to track it down. Then they proceeded to bring my car out, and was told by one of the employees, that they didn’t have time to wash my car. I was told I could wait, and he would go and wash it, but it would likely be about 45 minutes. As there were some other cars infront of mine to be washed. Needless to say, I was not happy. Not willing to wait.The car wash was supposed to be part of the service I paid for. I was not offered a free wash at a later date, nor offered any compensation or discount.Not exactly what I would call good customer service. Not sure why they could not find time between 9:15am and 5pm to service and wash my car.

I had a flat tire on a Saturday. It was in the middle of a busy days, and the service guys at Audi Burlington were awesome to take me in. I never expected them to take me in unannounced, but the guy at front desk was really helpful and explained as to why it cannot be patched and why I needed a new tire and they got me all set in 90min. Little disappointed my wife was sold a wheel alignment. The service requested was a rotate and balance. When she responded there was not any vibration in the vehicle she was recommended an alignment and that that service would be less expensive than the balance. $200 later…a rotate and balance should not cost over $200 even at an Audi dealership. Additionally she should have been asked if the car was drifting, which is wasn’t, and then advised an alignment was not necessary.
My first experience with Audi Burlington definitely won’t be my last. My brand specialist Laris Gacanovic was extremely knowledgeable and guided me through my options quickly and efficiently. I went in knowing more or less what I wanted, and within an hour of walking through the doors we had conducted multiple test drives of multiple vehicles and selected the right car for me. The pricing was fair, there was no haggling or back and forth (none to be done in this market anyways) and the financing paperwork was done in 20 minutes. I picked the car up 2 days later after some final specs were prepped and I’m extremely happy. As someone in sales I recognize the difference between “good” and “excellent” service. My family and I will be returning to work with Laris again in the future when my wife purchases her next car, and we strongly encourage that you do as well.

Audi Burlington service is simply the best service department I have ever encountered in all my years of car ownership. I started using them when I bought my first Audi out of state. From day one, they treated me like I bought the most expensive car they offer. They kept my Audi running perfectly to 180,000 miles. When it came time to replace it, I only considered another Audi. I really couldn’t imagine going to another service department, and I honestly can say I bought another Audi because i live the level of service i get here. Working with Derek Brodeur my service advisor is a real pleasure. Highly responsive, explains everything, makes sure the techs get the right information. The work is always done correctly the first time.

I was able to make an appointment quickly and the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I had forgotten to tell them that my wipers needed work but they saw that they were streaking and asked if I wanted them fixed. The work was done quickly and the issue is gone. When it was clear that the car would need to be there for a while, they had me driven to and from my home on a Lyft, which went well. The round trip on that would have been over $100 in itself.Audi Burlington, and my case manager Jim P. I’m particular made this as pleasant an experience as possible, given that I did need a lot of work done ;)I would go there again and recommend it to any Audi owner.

Bought 2 cars for my wife and myself - a 4 and a 6. Havent driven them much but remain very pleased with the performance of both. Peter was great to work with. He was knowledgeable and helpful. I was very particular with the models and packages that I was looking for and he was able to find a solution. He listened to my concerns as where as I tested other brands that was not the case. I look younger being 52 and a petite woman which is hard to be taken seriously at times for large purchases especially going the first time without my husband.So it was great to find someone to that gave me the appropriate attention. And our new car was perfect for our 8 hr drive to PA. We got an SQ7 which is the perfect balance of performance and room for a family.
This was my first visit with my new car for a 10,000 mile oil change and check up. I was promptly greeted by Michael, the Valet Manager. Michael was pleasant and happy to assist with my cumbersome bag when I exited my vehicle. Rather than take a loaner, I opted to remain at the dealership for the service. The waiting area is clean, full of beverages and fresh coffee. The service advisor kept me posted on the status and 90 minutes later, I was on my way.This is my 3rd Audi from this dealership and my experience is always a pleasant one.
Always had scheduled maintenance and full detail service together at Audi Burlington. Service advisor was very easy to work with. Overall satisfied with the work. But when I picked up the car today, I noticed there were several small dots of bird droppings and dust on the hood. It looked like the car had experienced some rain after waxing. I have talked with the on site team about it, and my car was taken back. After several minutes my car was back with most spots removed, however it was still some on the hood, roof and trunk. But it was not hard to remove them myself. I just wish a detailing serviced car can be parked in door space for changeable summer weather, or team can double check the car exterior before handing it to costumers.
I had a great service experience at Audi Burlington! My car was serviced on short notice (it was an unexpected breakdown), the communication was excellent and clear with regular follow-ups exactly as promised, and the repair seemed to work perfectly. Highly recommended!

Sure - I can tell you here what the problem was. Last week, my husband and I dropped our Audi Q5 off for a full service at 9:15 am and picked it up at 4:30 pm. When we received our car back, we were told oh sorry, we didnt have time to clean or vacuum it. All the other cars that came out were freshly washed and detailed. When my husband called to ask about this/provide feedback we were told that yes, the wash/detail was complementary with the service but oh sorry, not sure what happened. Unacceptable from a luxury car dealer.

Service dept and process was great. Problem is the price. My 2020 car was there for a 1 year service. It had 4002 miles on it. Oil change, of course. But they also did, what they called “computer resets” (on a brand new car with 4000 miles on it?!?). So instead of a $150ish oil change, the cost was $350. $225 in “labor” when they had the car for less than an hour. That’s what I get for taking it to the dealership

He spent a good amount of time answering all my questions and helped me go over trims and options once I nailed down a model, drivetrain, and year range. There was a sporadic issue of error message popping up on the central console display. The problem was rectified by Burlington Audi Technicians and fixed in a timely manner. I had a very nice loaner car during the repair time and charged nothing because of the current warranty status.

Derek’s extensive knowledge and professional work ethic are a refreshing surprise in a world too often filled with mediocrity. Unfortunately my experience this time was not good overall. I booked my appointment online and specifically asked for a loaner, the same was confirmed in my reservation until a day before the appointment when it changed itself to a ‘drop off’. When I tried to sort this out on the phone I was told that I probably made a mistake and did not pay attention to my selection. Needless to say I was upset with the response and I asked for the appointment to be canceled. I received a call the same day to let me know that there was ultimately a mistake with the reservation system, not my fault.My service check in experience was ok. I was assured that the service advisor would be in touch with me within an hour and give me an update on the status, that didn’t happen until I called in myself after a couple of hours to check in. Lastly, during the check in I was specifically asked if there was anything else about the car that I needed help with, so I mentioned that if it was at all possible to remove stickers from one of the rear windows that would be great. It looked like either it was ignored, missed or it couldn’t be done, either way I would have appreciated it if I was informed about it when I was told that the car was ready for pickup. Unfortunately I arrived for the pickup only after service hours so I obviously couldn’t discuss this with anyone at that time.
