Strange visit. Looking for Nikon lens upgrade and backpack upgrade. Walked in and looked at lenses, but they were in the case facing so the customer couldnt see the model numbers. Looked at multiple camera backpacks, then back to the lens counter. Staff never acknowledged I was there, even as I walked out the door. Hate to shop online for things I can get at a local business, but when the service is about the same or less then I dont feel bad about it after trying.

We got a passport photo of my son. We were in and out in minutes. Super friendly and attentive staff.

They do the most amazing digital images and prints of my artwork.

To me #1 is always the treatment and right away they are caring and ready to help out as soon as you walk in the door. Bill helped me out today getting my pro master filter, backdrop and answer a few questions I had.I will be coming back for more goodies because they also carry a nice variety for my photography needs.

I started my camera adventure at camera corner when it talk me how to take pictures from a class at ACC therefore I go the hair for the expertise they always have and their nice to work with

This place is a godsend to Burlington. They have been here for years and the knowledge and expertise of the employees when it comes to camera know how is bar none. I have been here quite a few times to get photos enlarged and so forth and so on and every time the photos are super high quality and the friendliness of the employees here is superb. This place has everything you need when it comes to anything photo or camera related. I definitely recommend this place to anybody.

This company is AMAZING!!!! I bought a Qball since it will take months if I bought it directly from the manufacturer. It took them only 2 days. They sent my order through UPS and it was packaged well. They sent me tracking number and emailed me of my order status. They are very reliable. I will order more in the future.

Great Service Always

This is first an excellent camera store. Few business have this level of technical knowledge & experience. I have used this business for over 30 years & they have kept their quality of service high & consistent. They also have telescopes & other optical devices.

If there was an option for a negative star rating they would definitely deserve every bit of that. I cannot even describe to you the frustration I have with this location and the customer service. I have used them many times for standard prints in the past so I decided to do my Christmas cards with them (1st time doing Christmas cards.) Well the day I went in to create them, they made me do the process 3 separate times, look through all of my photos and choose the ones for the card...3 times...I was like ok its fine Im not in a hurry. So 4 days later I still had not received a phone call that my prints and cards were ready so I called them and they responded, Oh we had a mix up, your form and card and everything is mixed up so we need you to re- do everything. mmm seriously? They didnt even call me to inform me of this and it is a week from Christmas. So after all the hassle of figuring out the right card and photos and the order in general, they finally called me when the cards were done. I run up to the store on my lunch break and AGAIN mistakes! All of my return address stickers have wrong address and the cards are glossy and not matte like I repeatedly told them I wanted. So I wait for twenty minutes for them to reprint addresses and then go to pay. Now running late to get back to work, they forget to give me my regular prints and have to ring me up again, mind you after already paying almost $70 for the cards. When I go to pay for the prints I say that I would appreciate a discount for all the trouble Ive been through and the man replies, We actually have pretty quick service here. I am so livid at this point I pay and rush back to work bc obviously the staff here are no help and are oblivious to all the mistakes and trouble they put me through. will never ever go back here and will tell everyone I know not to as well.

I have bought a few lenses for my Nikon here before. Their prices have always been great, and the people were always nice and helpful. One day after my dad died my sister and I found some old odd looking film my dad had used that had not been developed yet. I took it to Camcor and they said it was an old film that they did not develop anymore, but went out of their way to get me an address and phone number of a place that did. I was blown away at there kindness. I have never had a bad experience here and will continue to shop here for all my camera needs. Thanks Camcor!!

The best place to get cameras, photos and many other things. They do have a website and you can send in your photos to pick up later or turn them into a calendar, blanket, etc. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.

If you need it, they have it or can get it and they will treat you with kindness if you dont know what you need.

I had done about 2 months of research on Nikon Cameras looking up Reviews, Specs and Pricing. The challenge is we had our 3 year old and a 1 year old with us when we went to Camcor. Chris was very patient to explain all the Specs on several models once to me and once to my wife. So when it came to pricing I figured this is where they would be more than the big box stores and the manufacturer. Not the case at all, the price matched what was online. Being a Director of Operations for Sales, I was very impressed with Chris and his knowledge of the cameras. He showed me the difference between several models and I actually saved money. Without Chriss expertise I would have just picked the most expensive camera, however he showed me that they were very close in specs. THANK YOU CHRIS, You were awesome!!!

Extremely overpriced. I told the lady that her merchandise was overpriced. she got an attitude snatch the product from me and ignored me the rest of my visit at the store. The tripod I wanted cost twenty bucks online they were sold in in store for $50 I dont see how theyre going to make it

I think I was overcharged. I was told it costs.$.29 per pic. Had 7 pics and charged $8, I didnt even think about until next day. $17 for two batteries...too pricy for me.
