I got kind courteous service and my car was ready when they told me that it would be. They picked up my car, pumped up a tire, checked my Engine Light and charged my Battery at no cost. You also get a One Year Warranty.

Poor workmanship....not the best timing......needed to get wheel fixed when I got car back 3 months later....now converter is bad & God only knows what else.....they did repair it a second time when it was just over their 10,000 mile warranty...only because I brought it back @ 8000 miles& they said it was good bad ecperience.....b warned

EDITYes, you did say my honda needed a new transmission. You said the transmission was blocked and the vehicle wouldnt move. You tried to scan me and now I see that you have$$ problems.My vehicles cv axle came apart and transmission fluid was all over the place. Had it towed to Lowes. They called and said it needed a new transmission that tbey tried to drive it and wouldnt move but a few feet. Said it would cost 2500-3500 to put anotber one in. I towed it back home, put transmission oil and drove it to Flow Honda. They sealed the faulty part, cost me less than $400 including transmission service. My pilot didnt need a new transmission. So unless you want to be ripped off DONT GO TO LOWES TRANSMISSION IN BURLINGTON, NC!!

So Im from Virginia, was in the area visiting my dad when my Nissan Xterra started messing up. My dad took my truck here and when two other mechanics said nothing was wrong, this place knew instantly there was a problem. Long story short, replaced the entire transmission. And I am so thankful they took time on there day off to make sure I could have my truck available to me as I was traveling 5 hours to get it. I am so greatful! Want to rate 10 stars but only 5 are allowed. Thanks again!

These people are scam artists who will screw the car up worse than it arrived, if they return it at all that is. This joke of a business not only did not fix my car but was paid for half up front and then called me because he couldnt afford to properly run his business and needed the second half. Then, he said I owed him storage for time he had my car but the car was never fixed. Then he stole the car and took it to his personal residence. CROOKS!
