They shipped and charged me for wrong part; I later returned it after they committed to shipping correct item but never received it. They don’t respond to follow-up emails nor calls. It seems to be a scam (after reading similar reviews).

I ordered the wrong part and was told I would receive a refund if I ordered the correct part and returned the old part -shipping.I sent back the part and have never received a refund. I have contacted them via email and then phone when I did not receive a refund and was told again that I would receive one and now they have stopped responding to me via email....I will never order from them again and highly recommended you never buy parts from this horrible place.-1 stars

Atrocious service. Perhaps one of the worst business Ive had the displeasure of ordering from.In early September, I ordered a clockspring and after three weeks of the order being processing and receiving not a single update from Burlington VW, I opened a PayPal Dispute on Sept 23rd. In response to my dispute, BVW stated the part was on backorder and that they had just received stock. BVW stated they could ship the part, or refund my order. Around Oct 13th then sent me a USPS tracking number for the supposedly in-stock part. It is now Oct 24th, and it has been more than ten days since I received the tracking number. USPSs tracking status hasnt changed from a label creation. The 23rd of Oct, I attempted to open another PayPal dispute against Burlington VW. However, PayPal closed it when a resolution (which was BVW shipping my part that was never actually in-stock) was reached.Burlington VW (who also does business as VWPartsVortex) wont give you any indication that the part youre ordering is out of stock or on backorder, and when you open a dispute with PayPal or your credit card company against them because they never shipped your order, theyll offer you a resolution that they wont follow through on, keeping your money and the part, assuming they ever had it in-stock.

They worked with me and got me a decent price for my vehicle. I would personally like to thank Jay and Meredith for all outstanding assistance!!!
