Flat tire in a small town and limped our way to E & E and boy did we pick the right tire shop. Brett went way above and beyond to get us the tire we needed and get us back on the road. No gimmicks, no BS just a straight up guy who got us taken care of. Can’t say enough good things about our experience. He knows what he is doing and helps you at a very reasonable price.

I showed up at E&E this morning thinking I had to leave my car (this is what I was told when I made the appt.) One of the employees (Dennis maybe ?) waved as I drove in and asked me to pull my car under the roof in the front and said that he could get my tires on right away.This was an unexpected delight!I was on the road with my 2 new tires in less than 1/2 hr.This is a no frills place but they get the job done.

I had a screw in my tire causing a leak. They got me in within two hours of calling, fixed it in 5 minutes and the price was very reasonable. Can’t ask for more than that!

All you need to do is read the one star reviews and that was my experience with the owner. Rude, swearing, dismissive of my issues. They got grease all over the seats glove box and visor. When I pointed it out the owner grabbed a rag and rubbed the grease into the seat and said there you go all fixed. I was honestly a little dumbfounded and asked about the other grease marks. He threw his rag at me. Lots of swearing and telling me I should be grateful??

Horrendous experience. Got a state inspection, my car passed, GREAT. It wasn’t until I looked down at the mats and carpet of my car where I realized that they didn’t have the decency to put down any sort of plastic protection. The grease and oil of their filthy boots is all over the driver and passenger seat floors. I called the owner explaining how upset I was, and he absolutely berated me saying “This isn’t Boston (I’m not even from Boston), this is Vermont. You should have told me to put something down.” Apparently you have to tell someone, “hey please return my car the way I dropped it off to you.” On top of that he told me “I don’t care how nice your car is.” In sum, this gentleman does not care about your vehicle, and he simply is not going to change anytime soon. I will never come here again.

Got a really good deal on some snow tires from a really genuine, sweet, and efficient expert. In and out in 45 minutes and a great big smile on my face.Check them out!

I ALWAYS bring my car to E&E the workers are always quick and efficient. And very helpful with knowledge about what exactly I need. Most places try to nickel and dime you not them. Very fair priced and timely. They always do an amazing job and have exactly what I need.

I have been coming here for this-and-that for years now, and every time I do I am pleasantly rewarded with great service, speedy turn-around (make an appointment or drop it off, theyre busy too), and friendly interactions. Ill certainly be back for the next snow tire swap or inspection that I need.

I had a sidewall break on my all season tires but fortunately had my snow tires at home waiting to be mounted. E&E got me in on the same day so I wouldnt be driving on my little spare.

Little guy that worked there said working on my vehicle wasnt worth his time. Havent been back since used to reccomend to everyone. Now i tell people go else where.

$40 for a bolt on wheel swap?!? (summer tires and wheels already mounted so no tires had to be mounted/dismounted) They quoted me $25 before the job but bumped it $40 after since it was a truck? How does that make ANY difference. Place stinks of cigarettes inside. I live somewhat close and appreciate a convenient tire shop but theyve lost my business.

I prefer to support local businesses and try to cut some slack during the busiest time of the year. However when the work is not complete at the end of the day and cost has increased, You at least expect them to bag the tires instead of throwing them unbagged in the back seat leaving large grease marks on the upholstery next to the baby seat. And then when I point this out I’m told I’m hard to please and that they weren’t bagged because I didn’t bring bags (uh incorrect and what?) Looks like I’ll be going guilt-free to Costco from now on. Recommend you do the same.

I needed new tires and an inspection and Denis and staff couldnt have been more accommodating and professional. Ive already scheduled additional service there and will not hesitate to return for all future service needs. I fully recommend E & E.

I came in to E&E on my lunch break with a bent rim and was assisted In no time for an extremely reasonable price. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. The other places that I tried before here quoted me almost 3 times the amount + an hour long wait.Overall, a good first time experience here at E&E. I will be using their services again!

I totally appreciate these folks. They have been providing my tires and seasonal change overs for more years than I can remember. I have moved out of the area but still come into Burlington to have my tires changed. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

I decided to go to E & E Tire Company to have my snow tires changed over to all seasons when a friend of mine told me they do it quickly and for a good price. I brought my almost new tires only to have an employee explain to me that my replacement tires did not have good tread left and they could not put them on because it was a liability issue. He then gave me a $600.00 quote for new ones. Fortunately my boyfriend had a set of all seasons with about the same tread that would fit my car. I went back to E & E Tire giving them the benefit of the doubt only to have them check my door jamb for the proper tire size and tell me that since Volvo recommended 215/65/16s and the tires that I had were 215/60/16s they could not do it because it was again, a liability issue. I kindly explained to the gentleman that I had called earlier and whoever I had spoken with said that these tires would fit and they would be happy to do it for me. The gentleman then explained to me that this phone call never occurred and the company policy is that they only install the proper tire size. He then insulted me asking why anyone in their right mind would buy the wrong tire size for their car, exclaimed that it was stupid of me to think they would put the tires on my car, and asked me what I am doing this for and why I keep returning to their shop. I responded with a thanks anyway and drove 10 minutes up the road to Vermont Tire Company where a very kind a helpful staff got the job done in under an hour for only $2.50 more. I would not recommend E & E Tire Company to my worst enemy.

Yesterday I saw some worker or owner of the company just laying into a customer outside the shop. I couldnt believe it and I halfway assumed the customer was being a jerk but he just took this verbal abuse. And it wasnt a little bit either. This bothered me enough to question the business so I looked them up just now and see the review of the customer that was being berated and sure enough it was there. This doesnt seem like a safe business to use. I am worried to drive by it at this point.

Had an appointment for 2 today. Called on Monday for the appointment and they told me I could come at 2 today and they’d do 2 tires for me in 20 minutes while I wait. I got here 5 minutes early and they tell me they can’t do it for another 45 minutes. I took time out of my work day to do this and had the appointment set and everything. Super inconsiderate and will not be bringing any business here again. Would not recommend unless time isn’t a concern of yours.

Worst experience of my life at any garage! Tried to get a simple inspection, and they couldnt even explain to me why my 2013 truck failed. They shoved a hand full of paperwork at me and said its all in there! So I read it all twice and still was confused. I didnt want to leave until I understood what was actually wrong and how to resolve it. From what I understood in the paperwork the engine was cold and had not run long enough before being tested. So I let it run till it came up to full temp. and I asked for it to be tested again before leaving. They refused, said to follow what the paperwork said, which I did and I was verbally abused by the apparent owner, swearing, Fing this, we hate you, and so on, very unprofessional! If your going to provide a billable service, then you should know how to explain to a customer whats wrong and how to have it resolved. I felt very taken advantage of, disrespected and scammed! I would highly recommend people seek service for your vehicles elsewhere! We all have bad days! But this was beyond that! Inexcusable!

Dont even live in VT anymore but Brett from E&E still texts me every fall reminding me to bring my car in to get my snow tires put on because he knows I always wait til its too late. I lived in Essex but would still make the drive to Burlington for the service and good pricing!

Have always received good service at fair prices. Once thought I needed a new water pump, but after having them check it out, they corrected the problem by simply replacing a leaking hose, saving me a few hundred.

I just did a state inspection today. Quick service, explained everything very clearly to me, very honest. No repair needed at all.

We at E & E Tire are all about social media and respect and learn from peoples opinions. We understand that word of mouth is the best form of advertising. We are an established family owned business with a reputation of being honest and doing business at a fair price. We built or business on repeat customers.Thought it would be fair for us to have a chance to explain the situation with this unhappy person. In brief this person became upset when we would not sell or install the used tires they called for the day prior due to the size given was incorrect for their vehicle. I tried to accommodate him by offering a reduced price for 2 new tires as we did not have their correct size in our used inventory.As the business owner I feel better to have explained the true story.

I was very very very disappointed and upset. I had scheduled an appointment two weeks ago to have my ball joint done and when I went in for my scheduled appointment, The guy told me that he was too busy changing tires and he only had one lift. So they couldnt do it for me because I had my own part and it wasnt worth it to him!!! He said I dont know who told you but Im sorry where just not going to do it. I received NO phone call to say they couldnt do the work nor did they call to cancel the appointment.I will NEVER ever go back to this place again!!!!!!!! The owner was extremely rude and disrespectful. I took the day off from work to have this done because I wasnt going to have my vehicle so I lost a days pay n still didnt have the work done. Im not happy. I hope you read ALL reviews before you bring your vehicle to these jerks. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Very unhappy!!!! My husband needed tires as his had belts showing. After calling around to many places, these guys told him they had a set of nearly new that would fit his vehicle. Mount, balance and tires would be reasonable...asked if he needed an appointment at which he was told no. He arrived this morning (one day after calling) only to find out that they dont even have his tires. 1, he didnt have the gas to drive out there for no reason and 2, had we known they didnt have them when they said they did, we would have ordered the other tires we found. My husband and I will NEVER recommend these people to anyone EVER! What a crock of crap they are!

I have been coming to this place for many years. I cant be happier with them. They help me in everything they can with my car. I kinda feel like a person who goes unexpected to her friends shop/garage bc her car is acting up and bc she knows her friend never is gonna be too busy for her... ABSOLUTELY UN-PROFESSIONAL!!!!!Scheduled work over the telephone to have a ball joint installed which is work they CLEARLY DO, reading other peoples reviews. Because there was a rush to get winter tires on the morning of our scheduled appointment (when they told us to be there & agreed to do the work) the OWNER turned us away, apparently because he will make more money faster selling & installing winter tires. If they dont want to do mechanical work during the fall season, that SHOULDVE been stated on the phone when we scheduled the appointment. His GREED made my stomach turn & his rude demeanor brought tears to my fiance. NEEDLESS to say, I will NOT be recommending this establishment to ANY friends or family!!! Go elsewhere if you value your time or your vehicle!!!

Negative Customer Service.I had my tires changed recently. They were fast, however changed them outside (my vehicle was never brought inside the garage). My husband said that the vehicle needs to be on the machine (inside the garage) in order to be balance. I dont know the difference and called E & E back to check. THE MAN WHO ANSERED THE PHONE WAS INCREDIBLEY RUDE, THIS WAS HIS STATEMENT, Yes, your tires got balanced, the car doesnt need to be in the garage, just the tires....WHAT DONT YOU BELIEVE ME, ARE YOU TRYING TO QUESTION ME? I was taken aback by that statement. I wont be going back there and neither will my husband.

Had a flat and was driving on my spare tire, pulled in to ask if they could patch it, the gent was able to take it right away, not even 20 minutes later and the patched tire was mounted on my car and the spare back in my trunk.

Just called and got a quote they were very rude deffinatly not ever going there. NTB is the place to go!

They had me in an out in under a half hour to repair my flat tire and mount it on the car.

Analeise, you and your husband are both morons.The tire goes on the machine without the rest of the car. The machine is indoors, same one they took the tire off the rim with.

Not open on Saturday and on the website says it is open from 8 to 12 . wemt all the way there and closed .

These guys broke the tire pressure sensor on one of my wheels and refused to replace it or reimburse me for it.

E&E is first come first served, no appointments and no frills, just gets the job done.

Very dishonest people do not bring your vehicle here.
