Took my car in for an oil change and told them about a problem with my dune buggy, which is basically an old VW Beetle. No problem. A simple adjustment. After their VW expert works on it, it wont start. They say needs a new battery even though I had no trouble prior. Spend $250 on new battery. Still wont start. They dont know the problem. So put in a new starter. Get it home. Wont start. Now I have to spend money to take it somewhere else so it can be fixed because they screwed it up and dont know how to fix it. Stay away.Update: Took it somewhere else. They diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes and had it fixed by the afternoon. I wouldnt go to H&R if the worked for free.

They know what theyre doing and I really dont trust anyone else under my hood.
