I made an appointment for an oil change for 1pm, and my car wasn’t taken in until 1:45pm. When they were finally done, a mechanic brought in my keys and paperwork and put it on the front desk, where I waited for nearly 20 minutes for someone to finally come in so I could pay and leave. The service was so slow, and what’s the point of making an appointment when nothing is done on time anyway? I know that times are hard, but I’m definitely not returning here because of how long the whole process took. Nearly two hours for an oil change?!

These guys were friendly and thorough and efficient. They checked/rotated my tires. I got an on the spot text with pictures of my coar and explanation of what they were doing. They did not try to up-sell me but did show me my filthy air filter (which I googled on the spot and found for $25; theirs was $29 - no problem. My husband later told me I was way overdue for oil and air filter). Took a little longer than Jiffy Lube and well worth it. Ill definitely go back to them. Bonus is their location between Trader Joes and Wegmans grocery😊

The folks here are nice. I found the place a bit pricey $47 for installing a tire. Is a bit much in my book but I guess its a town thing. Real estate in Burlington is probably not the same as where i live. It took a long while to get the job done but the shop was busy, they did not have the tire at hand, but in the plus side they stayed 30 mins. overtime to get the job done and i appreciate that.

Guys wer the best shop Ive ever dealt with.honest and Cody the manager did everything he can to help me get my truck fixed and at a great price..I will always bring my vehicles here and no where else. I recommend this midas to everyone. By far the best shop Ive ever used

I came to replace a flat tire. Cody was super helpful - ordered a replacement, kept me updated with the progress. Once the new tire arrived the replacement was done quickly and professionally.

I am happy with the work (rear shocks replacement & alignment).Getting an appointment was easy, WiFi was great, the location is great for me. I plan on going back to Midas for future repairs.

This needs immediate attention and response. I was told to go here, because they were supposed to have a quality check. I came in, explaining my situation. That the previous auto shop I went to, claimed it was a brake issue. Clearly it was not, since my brakes had just been replaced. I explained to Cody where the noise was coming from. So when I was told Im being charged $50.00 to check my brakes, when youve advertised its free; I was perturbed. Now, by simply listening, they told me it was my transmission, and how my car was unsafe to drive. He then kept saying, you shouldnt be driving it. You have to leave it here. Ill get you a Lyft home. Kept pressuring me. Then said, I can order a transmission and its used. Its still in the other car and coming from Rhode Island. So a week without a car. Then the estimation of $4,000 to fix it. Heres where it becomes suspicious. I also had to put down a $1,500 deposit, and leave my car on the property, until whenever the work was done. How sketchy does that sound? I also had to sign a waiver saying, he told me it was unsafe to drive. He also did not inform me, they torqued my wheels, and Id have to come back for a check(WHICH I IWONT). Ill go to my usual tire guys. Ive now gone to two other mechanics. They both said, I should never have been told I have to leave a deposit, and the car and thats extremely suspicious. Also the images you see uploaded by the owner, arent real. None of those are real staff members, and come from Midas stock images. I would go elsewhere, and ladies especially watch out. These commercial chains work on commission, and are quick to claim you need work done. If it smells like fish, it usually is.

Tammy was first to get in touch with me to set up my appointment. I was in and my car was checked right away. The tech told me exactly what was wrong (leak and rotting pipe) rather than saying you have to replace everything the gave me an affordable alternative. They had it down the next day. Great service team. Cody at the desk was fantastic. The mechanic that serviced my car was able to do a great inspection and found some things that need to be addressed and I am happy they were able to find these things to keep my car going longer!

They were very professional! The older mechanic took a little longer but was very thorough! I guess now they need to take pictures of your vehicle as they perform their work. I waited a little longer then what I liked but it is what it is!

I went to the Midas in Burlington,Ma. to have an oil change and a tire rotation. It was excellent service starting with checking in with Cody. He was very professional upon entering the store and understanding.Answered all my questions I had.After having my oil change and tire rotation. He explained other issues that I will have to take care in the near future before it gets worse. They pretty much checked everything on the vehicle. I was very happy with everything. I went into Midas desperately in need of new tires. The manager, Cody, was very friendly and took the time to price out the options that were available in the shop. I was able to get great tires at an extremely fair price and have them installed in about an hour and a half. I highly recommend Midas for quality and speed of service as well as great value.

I discovered a screw in one of my tires and this Midas was close by. The gentleman at the register was kind and helpful. They were able to repair my tire and I was on my way for less money than I expected.

Burlington, Cody is the best at Customer service. He needs a raise. He goes above and beyond his job description. The report you get by email after your service will give you a heads up as to future service needs for your car. This place rocks.

I got a great deal on a synthetic oil change they showed me how dangerous my rear tires were and went over the car with me. The service manager and the mechanic were awesome! They knew their stuff and I got a great deal on some new tires and the alignment which is guaranteed feels great! I was there a few months ago for an oil change. Great service, timely, and efficient. About a week later I had a nail in my tire. They were so nice and recognized me and my tire was patched free of charge. I will be going back.

Great experience taking my car to Midas on Middlesex! Staff was respectful and explained everything very clearly so I understoodexactly what was going on with my car and they didnt try to upsell me on anything I didnt need. So happy to have such reliable, great service near my office. Will definitely come back again!

While it was a good value, communication and time expectations could be better. I was told about an hour for the service when I made the appointment. I called at an hour and a half when I hadnt heard anything. They said they were just finishing it up, no apologies. I got there just before the two hour mark. Still not done. It was pretty much done at the two hour mark. I would have liked better time expectations set and when those werent meant, a phone to call me rather than me having to check.

They did a great job! And were professional and friendly. I’ll return again for sure.

Efficient fix of flat tire

I had a flat tire and they were able to fix it right away. They were very professional also! I think I found a new service in the area!!

Excellent service and reasonable charge for engine diagnosis. They are very professional and didn’t charge any extra services. The best thing about them is the digital diagnosis report sent by text message, which is super clean and easy to see each parts’ notes with picture attached plus very intuitive and user-friendly! Definitely will recommend to friends and will be back for other maintenance services.

Very grateful to Jamie and the team :) They were absolutely amazing. Our car needed series of things that needed to be fixed - basically dead lol but they brought it back to life. They took extra care in making sure everything worked as it should, and Jamie explained to me in detail what was wrong, what was fixed, etc. Honestly they were fantastic. My wifes tire needed to be patched. I brought it to one of the chain tire stores and they tried to sell me a new tire and said it couldnt be repaired. I worked on tires when I was in college and knew I was getting scammed. I called Midas Burlington and they patched it right away and the price was great!!!

Warning: All of the 5 star reviews are fake. Look at them, most only have one review. New management made fake accounts to make this place look good. In reality, they are incredibly dishonest and will rip you off. They claimed my air filter needed to be changed, when I just replaced it two weeks earlier. They brought me over to see it. It was clear an employee picked up a handful of dirt and pebbles from the ground and put it in the filter. They also tried to convince me to get a power steering flush because the fluid “isn’t supposed to be red”, and claimed that’s a sign of damage. In reality, I have an old Toyota that takes transmission fluid for power steering and it was replaced a few months earlier. Avoid, avoid avoid. I can’t imagine the number of people who have been ripped off by these unethical crooks. Check yelp and google for a small shop with an honest reputation. They might take longer. But at least you’ll know they won’t rip you off.

Tried the maintenance and repair of my car first time outside of the car dealer and it was the great experience. Reasonable price along with lots of savings.

I needed an oil change and I called 20 minutes prior to showing up and they still were able to fit me in. When I came in they were very helpful, quick and efficient. The staff was also very nice and accommodating. They offered me coffee and tea and told me I could help myself to anything. It was a great experience overall. I will definitely be coming back into this Midas location if I have anymore issues with my car.

I had such a great experience at Midas in Burlington. They answered all of my questions over the phone, booked me an appointment at the time I asked for, completed the oil change in a quick manner, and they finished by telling me everything they did. The establishment was clean, warm, and I instantly knew I was in good hands. They were honest and cared about me as a customer. I will definitely be back!

Last Friday afternoon, I was looking for a full synthetic oil change for a good price. I called Midas since there’s one only 6 mins from my house. They said they had a $49.99 special and that they could see me in 30 mins.I showed up and Cody explained that it would be around 45 mins to do the oil change. I asked why some chains like Valvoline and Jiffy Lube are so much more expensive and he explained that you’re paying for speed. I confirmed that Midas changes the filter and tops off the fluids, then settled down in the waiting room.They did the oil change in only 30 mins and emailed me my receipt along with pictures of the standard inspection they do with the oil change. Jaime and George truely saved the day for me. I moved up to Mass only few days ago and didnt know where to go when my car broke down after work hours. They not only fixed my car, they also took care of anything that could give me trouble in future.

Just got back from Midas Burlington and had a great experience. Car was making noise so I brought it to them. Gentlemen in the customer service area greeted me and asked what I needed. Told them about the noise, they immediately put car on lift, determined it was due to a loose heat shield. Fixed it for me on the spot. Mechanic that fixed it explained what was wrong. Thanks guys, much appreciated!!!

They got the specific tires I wanted on short notice on a Saturday, matched the price of the cheapest online seller, and when I checked the date on the sidewall they were brand-new just manufactured. They definitely tried to upsell me on a couple things I didn’t absolutely need but when I asked them to explain it they did and when I said no there wasn’t any problem. Tires matter they got me the ones I wanted fast.

$130 is a bit much to find a coolant leak and incorrectly claim I have a blown head gasket. On the upside, pretty clean, polite front desk, didnt have to wait long, and the actual tech seemed like a cool guy, hope he finds a less sleazy place to work.

Price was good. The quality of work wasnt great. They broke one of my lug nuts and I had to come back for a fix. The sound damper on the underside of the car wasnt put back correctly. They tried to mask it with zip ties which obviously failed a few weeks later. Id never go back here for service. The manager I think his name is Kevin was good its apparent his employees are hacks.

Jaime and George went above and beyond to fix an expensive issue with my car even though they were swamped. They were honest, fair, and made my day much easier than expected!

I had suddenly got a flat tire on the highway and had to pull off, they happened to be right off the exit. They were super booked up and said it would be a 4 and a half hour wait to look at my tire. I didnt have much of a choice but to wait. But they fit me in and replace my flat in only about 30 mins. Was very grateful and the price was not inflated and about what I expected to pay.

Needed a quick service on my travels. Shop got me in and out but were also thorough and performed a full inspection to inform me the condition of my car and what services I would need in the future for optimum performance of my vehicle.

I think these guys are untrustworthy scammers - I had a flat tire from a nail and went to see if they could patch it. Was told at Midas it wasn’t patchable and they couldn’t match my current tires but would I like to buy 4 new tires for $800-$1000? Got a weird vibe from the staff so I declined and took it to my ordinary garage - they said there was no reason the tire couldn’t be patched, so they did and I’ve been driving on it with no problems.

New Ownership is outstanding. Great service from Steve. I came in for what i thought would be an expensive tire replacement and team was able to fix my tire and put me on my way for free.I came back for an oil change and what a clean complete job!

Jaime did an excellent job setting up and coordinating my service. Also, they immediately notified me that they couldn’t complete a transaxle fluid change because my car required official Acura fluid. They will order and reset the appt.

What a difference in this location now that they’re under new ownership/management! Came here years ago, it was awful. The new owner and staff are so friendly and knowledgeable and I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell me on things I didn’t actually need.
