They have a great work ethic. You can take your vehicle there with the confidence they are going to do right for you. I took my jeep there to look into why the radio quit. They determined the radio itself was no good and they didnt charge me anything even for diagnostics, or the time.

Been taking my vehicles to William Tickle Automotive for many years.. The most honest, reliable mechanics I have ever dealt with. I have never felt that I was overcharged or taken advantage of.

Went on reviews and found it to be a good friendly place. Took longer to get parts than I thought, but wasnt in a hurry. Had to take it back but problem resolved. Only down side I had was getting grease smudges off the drivers seat. Also everywhere the mechanic touched with his hands left greasy grime on the car body. Doors, hood, fenders etc. Its all part of the trade but so is final inspection. Highly recommend just take some 409 when you go to pick up vehicle.

I had a bad experience with this shop. I sent my car there for one thing and they created another problem. They expected me to be liable for their mistakes. After he agreed to finally fix the problem, the owner told me to never stop foot on this property. I use to be a good customer, so be weary of their negligence when it comes to their workmanship. Speak up when you know your right.

My check engine light was on for 3 yrs. Ive been to numerous auto repair shops that all said I had a small evap leak code. Several thousand dollars later and Mr. Tickles shop was the first place that actually found the leak. I told every shop I smelled gas when I filled my car up. Turns out something on top of the gas tank was broken and the pump was sloshing around in the top of my tank unsecured; hence, the smell of gas. My engine light has been off for over 30 days and Im grateful! Will definitely be returning here if any future car repairs are needed.
