We went to Nestled looking for a crib for my first grandchild. What a wonderful store, and amazing staff. Cindy helped us mostly, but another lady (whose name I dont know) helped too. My DIL and son were thrilled with the crib we chose. The selection was great, the help and information we got was invaluable, and the prices reasonable. It was definitely worth the drive from Toronto to Burlington for us. Thank you thank you!

Had a great experience shopping for a new car seat at Snuggle Bugz today. Olga was very helpful and knowledgeable. She explained the features of each car seat and even brought them outside for us to try in our car. We really appreciated her help and will be back again!

Do not honour warranties - they have no interest in helping customers with after-sales support, telling them to go direct to manufacturer instead, even if its in warranty. Nice business model! Well sell you anything you want, but if you have issues with what we sold you, too bad - go to the manufacturer. They do not stand behind what they sell.While they have a nice selection of items, they are quite expensive, and similar products can be purchased for a much more reasonable price from Amazon or Babies R Us. Do not recommend.

I have loved every experience I have had shopping at Snuggle Bugz in Burlington. The staff are always very welcoming and helpful. During my most recent visit, I was on the hunt for a glider. I was helped by Cindy who willingly took me around the very organized store and with patience, explained every aspect of every chair...in detail. She really knows her stuff! As a first time mom I really appreciated the time she spent with me and all of the knowledge she shared. It helped me to narrow down my choices (as there are many choices here!) and get something I really love that fits my needs. I would definitely recommend this store for their quality items and friendly, knowledgeable staff!

I had a wonderful experience at Snuggle Bugz in Burlington. Lindsay went above and beyond to assist me in locating a special item on the mom-to-bes wish list. It needed to come from the warehouse and she did everything she could to make sure I could purchase it before the baby shower. I learned she is the manager. Lindsay was so friendly and followed through on calling me with updates. The item came in one day before the shower so Thank you so much!!

Very bad customer service in burlington! Salesladies were just talking to each other & laughing in one corner! Had the worst experience! Not even asking the customers if they need help or what..? Management is just wasting their money paying them, not even helping to increase the store’s sales, they just don’t even care maybe if the store will earn or not! We’re planning to actually to buy a nunna stroller & car seat… but we changed our minds because of these bad customer service..it’s not our loss anyway… 😥

We witnessed and dangerous precedent that Snuggle Bugs today! The Store staff surrounded and threatened a person that chose not to wear the mask that the store insisted this pregnant woman wear, but she chose to wear her own. This was a very threatening display to this customer and was a violent display of the TRUE colours of this store!!!! The Police were calby the customer! She should take SB to court!

I went to Snugglebugz on the weekend and had such an awesome experience. I was looking for a stroller and carseat. I had the privilege of receiving help from Catrina who was very knowledgeable when it came to all the models and makes. She was patient as we talked about hypothetical situations, and helped to guide us to picking out our own stroller!I am a first time mom to be with zero knowledge on this stuff. It was such a positive experience and I was so happy when we left.

Management of staffing must have changed for the better because the older reviews do not reflect my experience at all. Shopping for a glider/rocker for my nursery without ever seeing/sitting in it is not an easy task, but Cindy made the virtual shopping experience a pleasure. She was very knowledgeable about all off the products and guided us through our purchase of the right crib and stroller for our needs. When we went back in she remembered us by name, which with the amount of people in and out of this store was a huge suprise. As such its a chain store with a mom and pop vibe. Highly recommend.

I received a Bob All-Terrain Pro stroller that was purchased from Snuggle Bugz online.Upon opening the package, one of the rear wheels had a defective inner tube and would not inflate. I contacted Snuggle Bugz for help and was referred to contact Britax directly. Two weeks later I received the wrong replacement piece from Britax so I contacted Snuggle Bugz again for help as the stroller was not functional without the tire. Snuggle Bugz still would not provide support stating that claims had to go through Britax.I find this incredibly frustrating and ridiculous. A simple solution would be for Snuggle Bugz to provide a new tire from either a floor model or from their rep to help their customer be able to use a product they sold. This stroller has never been used but was outside of the return policy as it had been purchased well in advance of me receiving it as a gift.After a few weeks of trying to find a remedy through Britax/Snuggle Bugz we took the tire to a bicycle repair shop and paid out-of-pocket to have a new inner tube installed. It was inexpensive and easy to fix.I am incredibly disappointed with the level of customer service provided on such an expensive product. I tried to use Snuggle Bugz for my entire registry as they are a Canadian small business but I will no longer support a company that does not support their consumers.

Great service! I went in to start gathering some information about what Im going to need and I ended up buying a chair. Aiden (I think that was her name) helped me and she was lovely. She took me through the items I will need, showed me multiple versions, and why it was better to spend more on some and less on others. I felt like I had my own personal baby products tutor.I have my list and Im going to make my purchases through this location. I really wish that Aiden was on commission...

I can’t say enough amazing things about this location! The staff are amazing and so helpful. My husband and I started coming to Snuggle Bugz in Burlington when we were looking for furniture for the baby room. Cindy always treated us as if we were family. She was SO patient with us as we went several times as we wanted to make sure we picked the perfect chair and a crib set for our needs. We were even able to contact her via email if we had any questions and she was super quick to reply! We did our baby registry there as well and unlike other stores we had a staff walk around with us and really help us with our needs. I really enjoy coming to this location. We are from Milton and drive out of the way to shop here as it is a great experience!

Very disappointed that I purchased the Nuna Pipa car seat from Snuggle Bugz online and the colour that arrived was very different from the picture. I was told no exchanges and that their web team will update the photo in the future so its not misleading anymore. Now I am stuck with the wrong car seat. Customer service was not helpful. Nobody answers the phone even if you are first in line. It transfers you to a voicemail that is not monitored. The only way to get in contact is through email which can take almost a week to get a response.

Did my registry here back in November 2018. Always had such great customer service. Friendly, courteous, knowledgeable staff. They are a higher price point at times but I do think they have a lot of unique items and brands that other places don’t carry. The only con I would say was that their registry was all manual. So, you had to write it out on paper which takes up a lot of time. Post shower when you went back and asked for a print out it was just a list with no picture, which made it hard to know/find things when I went back to close out my registry. The staff was more then willing to help though with my questions. I know one of their competitors has an app where you can actually scan items using the camera on your smart phone. If Snuggle Bugz is able to do that one day it would make things a lot easier. Especially post baby when the luxury of time is a thing of the last!! Other than that though I had a great experience and would definitely recommend to others and will shop here in the future. Has made our experiences at SB very enjoyable and informative.Consultative approach that is human and not in your face sales.She has shown us that making the best decisions for us is what matters and has helped us pick the right products for what we need.The product line is definitely on the better end vs. a traditional store - take a visit and walk around to really get a feel for what they have as well as what you want / need.

The staff was friendly and so helpful. I had taken my stroller out of my to go to Costco yesterday and only had my babe in his car seat. Clearly, I was still going to shop still. One of the staff offered for me to borrow a stroller for the time I was in the store. That was so kind. That staff member also helped answer all of our questions about car seats. I was looking to purchase car seat online.I searched and found all companies offering same price as Amazon, so I decided to support local businesses and ordered through Snugglebugz.I contacted customer service and sales department after 10 business days to follow up with the status of order, they told me your package is with Fedex.I followed up with Fedex they told me hour package is with shipper. I am so disappointed and frustrated with this back and forth follow ups, I contacted again yo cancel the order they told me it is car seat and final sale. Since I have not received the product I dont understand why it is final sale.It would be my last time ordering something online with Snugglebugz. I prefer to order from Amazon and receive it next day.

We first heard about Snuggle Bugz Burlington through my sister in law, we decided to check them out and we have been shopping there ever since. We set up our Baby Registry with them and so far we have had a wonderful experience. The staff is very helpful and they know their products very well. They carry all great baby and mom products, if they sell it then its safe and good. Also their online platform is pretty good. Kudos to Cindy the Store Manager, and the rest of the staff, they always make us feel like we are at home. Thank you Snuggle Bugz Burlington, hope you open a location in Hamilton soon.

Weve used snugle bugz a lot in the past as know the service is normally excellent and as this is our first baby we really appreciate the advice and knowledge of the staff. However today we went into this store for the first time to buy a new car seat. We had pretty much made up our minds which one we wanted and just wanted some more information before buying it. The service we received was terrible. The person who came to speak to us was disinterested and it seemed like she only approached because she had to. We left without purchasing anything and definitly wont be going back to this store.

Just went in this store to make a huge purchase. I had a mask on. I was shopping around for at least 15 mins and then some entitled cashier decided to tell me I cannot wear the mask i am wearing, but a specific one that she tells me to wear. They threatened to call Police, cornered me. I WAS WEARING A MASK!!!! Nobody said anything to me the entire time that I was shopping there! A bunch of employees then circled me, humiliated me and did not even stay 6 feet away from me! I have called Police and head office and reached out to local media. Absolutely horrific. Denying service to a disabeled pregnant woman because one employee didnt like the mask I wore.

For such expensive items you think the customer service would be better. We had a very unpleasant lady assist us with a stroller. She was very short and expected us to know everything. I apologized to her as it is our first baby. Very awkward.We’ll try again and hopefully she won’t be there.

In August I shopped at Nestled in Burlington and ordered multiple items, I will never order from here again and suggest you don’t either. Staff were nice and helpful in store, but now they don’t return my phone calls after stating they will get back to me. And I usually end up speaking to 3 different people at a time.After waiting 10 weeks for my crib and dresser I decided this was far too long and inquired about canceling. To cancel staff said I would loose my deposit of $2300.00 so obviously I’ve opted to wait it out to come in, staff said they have no control over the delivery and cannot rush an order. Finally they relocated a crib to me and I was able to pick it up (which they don’t tell you they have an unstaffed warehouse, so you must make an appointment to pick up and you must be able to carry the furniture yourself) it has now been 15 weeks and I am still waiting for a glider and ottoman, which the staff have not returned my calls inquiring about my furniture. The crib and dresser is good quality furniture but not worth the wait when baby is due soon, which is a shame because I have spent A LOT of money through nestled and snuggle bugs.So in conclusion, prepare for a long wait time if ordering from nestled! And having no control once ordered, and having poor contact with the store.Update: It has now been 17 weeks waiting for my $1400 glider chair and ottoman, and they have finally told me it has been “lost” with no timeline as to when it will be found, possibly needing to wait 20 weeks again for them to have a new one shipped...... therefore I have cancelled the chair and requested a refund. To get a refund staff said I have to go into the store with my credit card, which isn’t going to happen since my baby is due any day and I live an hour away, so now I am on my second week of waiting to see how they will refund me. Extremely disappointed with nestled and their lack of care.

We had purchased a whole bedroom set for my daughter (crib (with convertible kit), dresser and changing table) and a year later the furniture looks horrible. The paint chips easily (we purchased all white) and the wood is very poor quality.Quality is definitely not there for the price you pay and the crazy wait time. The staff working there were great when we purchased the furniture, but service decreased after the fact. We had delays with our order and items missing (not able to locate), just poor service and quality for the THOUSANDS of dollars you pay - thinking you are giving your baby the best quality.Very disappointed and will not be returning.

I was excited to come here cause I kept seeing Instagram hype but upon coming here I found the people who worked here were very snobby. I also realized the stuff is super expensive, 25.00 for a bowl lol, 50$ for a towel I found both items exactly the same at indigo kids down the street for less than 40$ they were both on sale. This store has such a small selection is honestly was boring to come there. I drove about 40 minutes and nothing is special. Don’t waste your time unless your bored and rich and have money to wipe yourself with.

Ordered a crib and was told that it would be a long wait as they are a special order. Was told that it was a higher quality product than the other retailers as it is made in North America. Received a call that it was ready for pick up but the pick up is done by appointment and in another location (warehouse is 10-15 minutes drive away) which is very inconvenient.When I arrived to the warehouse I insisted on opening the packaging as their invoice says that they are not liable for any damages if you completed the pick up. SO HAPPY I DID!!! The crib was littered with holes- turns out that their high end North American manufacturer doesnt believe in quality control and packaged and sent a crib that had all the finished nails/staples holes exposed. Called the store- was told that theres nothing they can do about it and if we would like to get the same one it will have to be re-ordered and will take 14(!) weeks.Not much good to us as my wife is 8.5 months pregnant. When we requested to be refunded as we decided not to deal with them anymore the sales person (Helen) initially told us that she could not issue a refund only a manager can do that. Why dont you wait till you speak to Kelly ?. Surprisingly enough - when we insisted on getting our money back she located a magic card that enabled the refund....Bottom line- it is an overpriced store that is labeled as a better quality retailer. I dont mind paying for quality and good service but when I dont get either it is really a waste of time and money...There are other options out there and I really recommend to pass on this ordeal!

Ive shopped with them online quite a few times too and always had good experiences (with both delivery and in store pick up). The store is beautiful and the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. I am glad that I was eager to get a crib, as we went shopping for one 6 months before my due date. Thankfully we did, the crib was in stock, but we had to wait for other components to it for almost 5 full months. As i continually called to check the status, it was another week out until it arrived. I dont live locally in Burlington and it has become a bit of an inconvenience to have to try and make another trip up there to get my nursery pieces, especially now being very close to my due date. Beyond that, I loved the store; but the product turnaround time is not ideal.

While the store is nice, it’s the customer service we have received from Jamie at the Burlington location that made us choose Snugglebugz again and again. She is amazing! She goes above and beyond to make her customers feel comfortable and at ease, especially first time parents such as us. I remember feel so distraught by my growing size during my pregnancy, but Jamie really made me feel comfortable in my own skin. I felt like I was talking to a friend, she was not pushy, but very supportive. When it came to actually buying products, she remembered us immediately and helped us get the perfect gear that suits our lifestyle. It felt like a completely customized experience. A few weeks ago I visited the Burlington location and it was the best shopping experience I’ve ever had!As a first time Mom (due May 1) shopping for baby things has proven to be very overwhelming – What bottles should I choose? What stroller? What are the absolute must have items? What the heck is a “snotsucker”?! Well, all my questions and more were answered when I met Cindy!Cindy was kind, patient, professional and extremely knowledgeable about every product we asked about. She went over and above my service expectations, she made great suggestions and really made my experience at Snuggle Bugz top notch. I had the opportunity to work with a few other sales representatives while I was there and each of them were fantastic! If something is a similar price to Amazon or wherever else you are buying and here get it here instead, service is phenomenal. I am so disappointed at the lack of customer service I have received from Snuggle Bugz - Canadas Baby Store. I purchased an Owlet smart monitor and after setting it up we were beyond disappointed with this product. The app crashes, you need to keep the app open on your phone at all times and it drains your battery very quickly. The audio is terrible and the video drops constantly. Ultimately this is not sufficient for our needs, particularly for a $500 product.We asked to return this product for a refund, but were told we could not as Snugglebugz will not refund/exchange electronics. I was advised to go directly to Owlet. I took issue with this as well because I purchased from Snugglebugz, not Owlet, and as such Snugglebugz should be who I deal with to rectify any issues. Nonetheless, since they would not help, I went to Owlet and was told that since it had been over 45 days from purchase they would not help either. A 45 day guarantee on a baby product is ridiculous as most parents purchase well in advance of their babys arrival. I went back to Snugglebugz and was told that they couldnt help as they were only the third party seller. WHAT?! If this is the case, what is the value of shopping at Snugglebugz vs the manufacturer directly? I had assumed it was for the customer service aspect, clearly I was wrong. I have asked to speak to a supervisor 3 separate times now, and have yet to receive a call back. I have also attempted to contact the president of the company, with no response. It has been over a month now. To boot, we had our registry with Snugglebugz, not to mention all of our nursery furniture was purchased there as well. If this how Snugglebugz treats their customers, I will never spend another cent in this store. These days, customers have a vast array of options of where and how to buy- customer service is what differentiates retailers. Huge fail here.

The staff here are very helpful but their prices are higher and you are able to find those items elsewhere cheaper. We were looking for a dresser and was shocked that we had to wait 14-20 weeks for it to arrive. They do not stock them in house and it comes from over seas. I google searched the dresser we were interested in and found it in stock at amazon and had it the next week . I recommend looking around online before you buy here.

This is a great store with very helpful staff. Pricing is maybe a touch higher than other stores, but this store carries a much larger selection/options that places like Toys R Us/Babies R Us would carry - hence the added cost. Dont hesitate to visit and ask questions - the staff will help you out.

No customer care, not professional, bought from them an Uppa stroller, not because they are cheaper because i thought support our local stores, I had to wait more than two weeks for it with lots of headaches and trips back and forth canceling personal plans and in this time nothing they could done, computers are down they keep saying as this is my problem they couldnt even give me my money back basically I was stuck with them and no one cared, it was the worst purchase the headache it gave me NEVER againI dont recommended( They will say what ever to you so you can buy even false promises)

Walked in with my wife one day looking for cribs. Found something fell in love with it but due to stupid family superstitions couldnt purchase until a certain time but that would have cut it too close. They took the order, put the crib on the side for me, and asked me just for my word that I would come pick it up at a certain day without any down payment. To me that is the definition customer service and assistance. Excellent staff, very helpful, great selection not just for cribs, but for everything baby related. Loved the experience.

I called the store a day before going in and put a product on hold, with my husband and two kids in the car I decided I would quickly run in and out of the store to pick up my product as it was ready for me at the counter. I lined up behind a lady also waiting to check out. While waiting there for about 5 minutes and clerks going back and forth from the counter, neither of us were even acknowledged. Then a gentleman came to the counter along with 3 of the stores clerks, who were helping him with the purchase of 4 car seats. The one clerk proceeded to check him out until he stopped her and said that hes still looking around. Instead of taking the waiting customers the clerk didnt even make eye contact with us and walked away from the counter, leaving me, the other lady waiting and the gentleman as well (so clearly she wasnt helping him any more) The other clerks were basically doing nothing but chit catting with each other about the car seats and WOW hes buying 4 car seats! With my baby, child and husband waiting in the car I ended up leaving as we were clearly not important customers because we werent making a big purchase.The store was NOT at all busy and all the clerks were tending to ONE customer! I do like the products in this store but vow to NEVER shop here again. The customer service is complete CRAP!With the bad reviews stacking up here you would think the store would make some sort of effort to improve their customer service.

Rude. Inattentive. Unprofessional. Oblivious.I am posting this feedback here since there is neither a forum to provide general feedback, nor an e-mail address provided on the company web site to correspond with ownership and management.Our aim was simple: pick up a few items at Snuggle Bugz for our infant son. We dressed him up and headed to the Burlington store. It was a Saturday afternoon, so there were other customers in the shop but it was not overwhelmingly busy. Having collected our items, we went to the front desk to pay. And then ... nothing. We stood there, unacknowledged (despite a sales clerk right there, on the phone and another staff member sorting out empty boxes nearby). Finally, after waiting for several minutes, I called out, Were ready to pay ... somebody ....The clerk on the phone turned to me and was flippantly dismissive in informing me she was on the phone with another customer, scolding me like an impetuous child. Really ... so thats how it is here ...The other clerk came to the cash desk, and was (to use a polite word) snippy as she processed our transaction. We could have left the items there and shopped for them elsewhere, but still decided to give the store the courtesy of our business.The failures in customer service here are numerous:1. Despite the number of staff people on the floor, leaving customers at the cash desk unattended2. Staff performing tasks not directly-related to customer service not having the awareness to attend to paying customers (especially on a busy Saturday afternoon)3. That while speaking to prospective customers on the phone is helpful, it is not done at the expense of paying customers in-store4. Rather than apologizing for the delay, being treated in summarily rude fashion5. Treating the simple act of performing a sales transaction as an inconvenience rather than an essential function of customer serviceThe correct actions should have been:1. Realizing a colleague was on the phone, another staff member should have immediately approached the cash desk2. Failing that, the clerk on the phone should have acknowledged us and invited a colleague to approach the cash desk3. Failing that, the clerk on the phone should have apologized for the delay, placed the other customer on hold, and processed our transactionPerhaps staff feel their time is more valuable than ours. Keep in mind we had our infant son in tow, and this store (of all places!) should know the narrow time window during which parents have to perform these kinds of activities. Therefore, the complete lack of awareness and courtesy is inexcusable.That we experienced these multiple failures in such a short span, and for such a simple process, leads me to question the businesss general competence and that starts with ownership and management.The remedies are as follows:1. Evaluate the efficacy of your staff. Labour is expensive and if individuals are not adding value, then they are dispensable.2. Customer service standards are defined, set, applied, measured, enforced and systematically improved.3. Staff require certified and demonstrable product knowledge.4. An anonymous shopper program rates the store and staff on key customer service metrics.5. Staff compensation is tied to sales and customer satisfaction.6. Those who fail to meet the standards are terminated.The solution to both our problems is simple: we will take our business elsewhere. While the store is well-merchandised, all products are available through other retailers--the store itself is not essential. Therefore, we spare your staff the inconvenience of providing meaningful customer service (rather than the superficial assistance we observed and experienced). And we are spared the aggravation (in a baby store, again, of all places!) and waste of time. I will not tolerate rude and oblivious behaviour.You have work to do.

I dont know why your customer service has gone in the toilet in the last six months but I think that everyone should know that this is the third time I have gone in and heard (at the cash), in front of customers, employees talking about the customer who just left the store! Seriously! I dont even care if it is about me or not. We are parents, we are sleep deprived and trying to do the best for our kids. So since we are paying top dollar for your crap, try doing your job with a smile and keeping your mouth shut.

Came here for all my first child’s baby needs. I purchased my Uppababy Vista here after looking at a few options for multiple seats (knew we wanted 2 kids). We were sold by several sales staff to buy the Uppababy Vista because we were shown how versatile it was. So we splurged and bought the stroller.2 years later and we are due with our second child. We find out that the sales people didn’t outright lie but they didn’t provide all the info we needed/misled us.The stroller is useless for 2 kids unless you want to spend another $400-$800. So much for it being an incredibly expensive dual stroller. It’s practically pointless with 2 kids and I refuse to pay that much more to use it.When we reached out to the store they offered to give us 10% off more Uppababy products... yeah no.We won’t be shopping here again. There are so many other boutique baby/kid shops out there that will be more honest and provide all the information it’s consumers need.

I have been shopping there since 2012 when we registered for our first baby. And I use both the Burlington store on Web-ordering with out any problems. If I ever had a issues (I did once with a web order) they were most helpful in correcting the situation.At the store I love the personal help you get, very knowledgeable staff and they let you try out the strollers and everything. Today they helped us put the footboard on and figure that out. They help you figure out how to use things so you dont go home not knowing. I like that for the baby registry they spent an hour with us helping with each department.I have no problems returning things or exchanging. I do not find it more expensive, I have looked at price at other stores and there the same, but I get the added help of the staff at snuggle bugz and a high-red feeling.So I am one happy costumer and feel they do a great job at helping new parents and familys.

The worst experience I have ever had! I purchased a second seat for baby joger stroller and the girl who served me she said it the one I asked for when I got home it was totally different one. Called them and tried to fix this to send me the right seat at home! Asked me couple of times called me couple of times to get my address and I gave it to them. Now I supouse received on Tuesday. FedEx called me today at 06:50am to get my current address bc they couldnt located me instead of Snuggle bugz giving my building number and then my apartment number...they missed it up they gave my apartment number as a building number and the building number had my apartment number #!Now I was supposed to received it today and I didnt. I called FedEx they told me they had already atempted twice and couldnt get on hold of me! Thats not true. I have never ever received any call or someone knocking on my door. Now I have to wait till Monday! Even that the day I mention that I need it urgnently to buyThe worst customer service.

We went in to the Burlington Fairview store with a mid range budget in mind for a stroller and car seat and wanted to do some research in person. We had no intention of buying that day. We were pushed into buying the floor model of a Peg Perego stroller, with the exclamations that its just out of the box. We bought the stroller, and experienced major sticker shock after leaving, as we werent even offered a discount for the floor model. We naively thought it was a decent price until we shopped around a little further with models with comparable features.We thought over the purchase and called to see if we could return, no such luck, as we were abruptly told, as it was a floor model and therefore final sale. Not even a sorry, just a rude finish to a conversation.I didnt even get a chance to talk to a manager to discuss maybe store credit to make up for the floor model purchase. They wont even get our online business now for the car seat.

Service was never great, has only gotten worse.Fantastic selection, OK prices, but never adequately staffed for the volume of customers.Difficult when discussing defective merchandise - we ordered a crib, received it, and promptly found problems with one of the panels. Received replacement, found another problem. Owner was difficult to deal with through this process.If Springys in Hamilton hadnt closed, wed never have gone back to Snugglebugz.

We placed an order (four digits amount), paid about half, waited 10 weeks for the promised delivery. On week 11, because nothing happened, we called and weve been asked to paid the rest, and wait a few days to be called to pick up our order. On week 12, because again nothing happened, we called again and weve been told that another 3 to 4 weeks are needed. That was exceeding the babys delivery date, so we asked them to cancel the order and refund. We found the same product, same price, available on stock with next day delivery from another baby products store in Toronto. Just dont give up on Google-ing. As for Nestled by Snuggle Bugz, Burlington branch, we regret every dollar we spent with them. Use a search engine and avoid any disappointment.

Get your baby items from another chain like westcoast kids. The customer service here is horrible! They sent the incorrect adapters so I was stuck carrying a newborn in a car seat with a toddler in a double stroller for two weeks. I understand things can go wrong but to offer a store credit of $10 is basically saying “we messed up, but do purchase more from us”. The return process is also a pain. The rep and manager had a bad attitude and did nothing to help compensate for all the inconvenience.The error on their part made it difficult for me to commute with two under two for longer than expected time. Not ideal with a newborn so I’d assume they’d provide better service but I guess not.

I bought a Baby Jogger Select Lux Stroller, adapter and a Perego Primo Viaggio car seat for my Daughter in Law and Son Online from your store (over $1000 worth of product). When they received the car seat, they realized they said they wanted the car seat with the exact same name except is has Nido on the end of it. When we called to take it back they said as soon as the car seat leaves there warehouse its not returnable. ToyRUs say they return car seats but for some reason this company does not due to a Policy of Safety even if the car seat was not opened from the box. Buy from ToysRUs is my advice.....

Terrible customer service!I ordered out of stock stroller online, and told it should arrive in about 2.5 weeks, once its I n stock. The next day received a call to confirm the purchase as standard policy to verify it, as fraud prevention.After almost weeks wait, i went online to check the status of the order. I found out they cancelled my order entirety. So i called in Burlington location to ask why. They told me because thwy needed to verify the order with me. Despite the fact that they had notes that it was verified in their system, i was told i can purchase it again. I said i need it now, she sqid its out of stock and i wouldnt be able to have it now.The point is that i lost my place in que when theyre in stock. I just went to Amazon.ca and purchased it there. So when i tried to support local retailer, they disappointed me badly. Theyve just lost another customer to giant US retailer.

Company sent me 6 bottles of expired product for baby.Ordered 6 bottles (aprox. 6 month supply. Ordered Jan 24,2015 and once received Jan 26th had expiration date of Feb,2015 (expires in 5 days).Contacted company customer service repeatedly directly and by email but received no response. They have a 30 day return policy, therefore a week later requested return label by email but still received no response. Now have opened case with paypal.Initially first communication with them by phone they indicated they were fully stocked and would call me back in a few minutes to confirm after checking expiration dates and let me know, no one ever called back.This is a product to be used for a babies delicate/sensitive skin, a baby store specializing in baby products did not check the expiration date on 6 bottles before shipping the product.?They did not return my calls or emails for replacement after indicating they would?They have a return policy but did not respond to return label request for online purchase.This is all for a $57.00 purchase. No longer about the money but the principle that I was given expired goods to be used on my babies skin and although they claim I could return if any problems my inquiries into the matter were not responded to.Not a first time customer of store, ordered furniture etc.... Never ordered baby products and obviously if this matter doesnt get resolved will never again.
