Fantastic shave, although its more than that. Full service with plenty of creams, face masks, hydrating. Pricey but worth it. Darlene pays plenty of attention to details and takes her time.

Jacob is the best barber Ive ever had! He is extremely friendly and his skill is second to none. He keeps the mood very light and makes you feel like VIP. You wont find a better, more skillful person in the area.As for the type of service, I definitely recommend getting the Royal Shave and Haircut. The best 75 minutes Ive spent on myself in a long time. Pure relaxation.

Very nice place. Customer service very good. Very snobbishThe service person spoke a mile a minute. I could hardly understand him.The products appear over priced.It was tense. The customer agent blatantly lied. He affirmatively told me they rarely if ever have sales. Since, I have seen many sales. I consider this fraudulent and intentional misrepresentation. As a result, I demoted this place from 3 stars to one star.The lesson; dont lie!

AWFUL!!!! Do not come here. If youre interested in old school shaving products then try Amazon or an online store for better quality and customer service. If you want a Shave done to you then go to a Barber Shop (such as Rays Barber Shop in Burlington). The Art of Shaving is awful. I bought a straight edge razor for $150, and after one shave it stopped working, meaning it lost all its sharpness and literally didnt cut hair at all. We called corporate customer service and they beat around the bush and said go to the store. So we did, and the guy there could not have been more rude. His name was EJ Reed so look out for him, very mean, rude, and told me to even stop talking. We told him it was defective product, but without even looking at it, he told us we were lying. This place is a scam, and avoid it all costs.

Only go there for Jacob the barber, hes got tons of experience and cuts the best haircuts of my life. Make sure its Jacob when you book you wont be disappointed, I get the hard line side part at it looks baller everytime!

The guy who works there with the blondish hair and glasses was very pushy and had a terrible attitude. When I changed my mind on purchasing a razor he was being very sarcastic and rude. I couldn’t believe the way I was being treated. Worst customer service ever. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!

Very courteous and professional staff.

I received two shaving kits as a gift from this place. One from work, one from the wife. I had my wife return it, completely unopened. They gave her the run around, saying she needed not only the receipt, but the little carrier it came in. She had the credit card she used to purchase it on her, and they refused to look it up.The kit I did open was terrible. The shaving cream is terrible and gave me a rash, the brush fell apart, and the razor is chinsy. I do not recommend this place at all. The shaving aisle at your local CVS provide better products.
