They greeted me when I arrived. I was looking for powder nail accessories but they are really a hairdressing supply store. They had a small area by the cash of nail polish and accessories but no powder nail products or accessories. They also have a hair salon attached. They have a large selection of hair products.

I come all the way from Niagara to come here. There customer service is excellent. They are very knowledgeable about their products and always take the time to explain how to use them. I am never disappointed when I come here.

Beauty Supply Outlet is a beautiful store and a knowledge staff! I called asking about a specific hair product that the staff knew the item and they routinely stock the product: when I went there the next day they remembered our discussion and I purchased the product in 5 minutes! I look forward to returning to Beauty Supply Outlet!

Unfortunately I purchased electric curlers from the Beauty Supply Outlet without first reading the warranty/return policy. When I returned the defective curlers 2 days later I was told that I could only exchange or get a credit. I was willing to exchange for another brand but they had none. Next time I will make sure I purchase from a store where the Owner is confident in the products he/she sells and therefore has no issue to offer a cash refund.

I have been shopping here for the last 5 years. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hair color products are of excellent quality. I hope they are able to open soon. I need to stock up!

Rude management. Don’t stand behind their products. Defective? Your problem. Container empty? Will tell you it always comes that way. Want to talk to Management? You’ll be given a phone number to a voicemail box; never returned.

This is a great beauty supply store. They have an excellent selection of products and the staff is very helpful and knowledgable. Recently, I bought the wrong brand of shampoo and brought it back. The staff made the exchange painless. I have been going to this shop for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. They also stand by the warranties of any product you buy such as hair dryers, flat irons ext.

Sunday afternoon. In this store for 20 minutes, with two sales associates behind the cash. No hello or good afternoon, no acknowledgement whats so ever.I had a few product related questions, that will for now remain unanswered.This is unfortunate, as I have purchased products for my curly kids previously.Please note I am a returning customer, as I stated the product was lovely. I had the same staff experience the first time in. I used my internet while standing in the store to source product info.Thank you

Im totally disappointed. Bought shampoo and conditioner, quite pricey, after using it for just over a couple of weeks, my scalp is very itchy and my hair is greasy. Called to see if I could exchange products but your return is 14 days. Personally I feel that isnt enough time to see if a product works or not. Really? Im stuck with over $30 spent on something I cant use. I would like to exchange to try something else, but Im not willing to spend more money in a store that doesnt cater to their customers. ☹

I am very impressed with the BSO Burlington! When my drug-store straightener died after an impressive 10 years of loyal service, I decided to try a curling rod. I was nervous to try it because I have used a straightener to curl my hair for 15 years and was always impressed with the loose, natural waves it created. But I read that curling rods wont fry the ends as much. I visited the BSO for the first time and was assisted by someone who helped me select a Paul Mitchell curling rod. I went home and watched YouTube videos of how to use it correctly. I tried my best to get the hang of it, but after a week of trying, I gave up. I was constantly burning my fingers (even while using the glove it came with). I found it took much longer and the curls were so unbelievably tight despite my best efforts for a looser curl. It took much longer to curl my hair and I had to pay so much more attention than with the straightener. I also found it more dangerous because at least the straightener plates are on the inside, so the chances of burning myself are less when it is sitting on my bathroom counter. I was very pleased that the BSO was willing to exchange the rod for a straightener. I ended up paying more for the straightener but boy was it worth it. I bought a Paul Mitchell straightener and am completely happy with it. I have learned my lesson not to try my hand at a curling rod again (my stylist warned me to avoid it also). I was very happy with the exchange policy and customer service, which is exactly what shops like this need to focus on in the competitive world of online shopping. Very pleased!

I like this store, but on my last visit nobody could help me to fine a right color shade. I been told, it is no specialist after 5pm! The store had 2 ladies that time and no one was able to help. I left the store a little disappointed
