They had what I needed,I will be back,neat well stocked

Been going here for 10+ years just spent 140 dollars here, had help from a employee getting my extension to match and turns out when I got home it didnt even match my blonde hair which the extensions were strawberry blonde so definitely didnt match, I went up to try to exchange them and because they have been opened they will not do what is right and get the color that matches me. Super upset as Sam knows iv been coming for years but I will not be EVER coming back here. Dont go here they do not value the fact that I just spent so much money and has not been 24 hours of me having the hair and wont exchange bit.

I go to this location simply because they make you feel at home and the staff is so helpful Tht older girl over there is very Knowledgeable I’ve only been there about 3 times and every time it was a1

They didnt have what I needed so I had to adjust the style I was wanting. The staff was not very helpful nor friendly.

Stop in this store while I was in this city shopping and the one guy there had me in tears laughing very funny guy thanks for all the smiles and see yall again on my next trip in September love my wig..

Followed around the store more than once on different visits. All African Americans dont still. I had a horrible experience. Great products bad service.

Im a new customer. The selection of wigs are somewhat limited, due to distribution. Overall a good place to shop for hair supplies.

Selection is very non existence. Owners are rude, One worker, although nice, was very unprofessional. Cursing, on the phone with a personal call, and very loud with her conversation.

They have a lot of products there! Great selection with great prices!! The store is bright and very clean. I appreciate the mask requirement in order to enter, and they encourage social distancing throughout the store.

The employees are not wearing masks at the BMOC location nor are they enforcing them to be worn by patrons. The selections are decent but the prices on some of the products are significantly higher than other stores.

Always greeted when I come in.. nice selection. Glad to have a “hair store” on this side of town.

Management is extremely rude! ASKED IF HED CONTACT HIS SECOND STORE FOR A PRODUCT TOTALLY REFUSED. To make matters worse he sold me a wig,in a totally different pkg.and refused to take it back! I will never give my money to this business again

Not a lot of mizani products which is what I use . But they do have weave for days. I only been once so far but I will go back only because its close to home.Update: the one Off of church st. And Graham Hopedale is the one to go to. I went there the other day and it was nice lots of products and my wild growth will be going back there from now on.

Staff is very rude and unnerving.

Every time I go theyre always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Tonight the girl who helped me went out of her way to help me find the wig I wanted 😊

Really nice hair store. Better than both of the ones by Maxway and citi trends. Great selection and prices!! Coming from living in FL and Atlanta, Ive never had any luck finding a good BSS but tonight I found this place and Ill definitely be shopping here now. Both Diva locations are anyones best bet in this town!! I couldnt be more pleased!!

Just left this hair store and will not return. I was not greeted and the guy who wrung me out was rude! Tried to hold conversation and he was interacting at all. When I asked him what my total was responded rudely. Didnt appreciate his so called customer service at all! Would give it no stars if I could.

Well Im sitting here looking at the sign that says open 9am-8p on Mondays and its 920 am. And they are closed. Second time this has happened, and I have come in the middle of the day and they were just randomly closed. Very annoying. I just wont come here anymore.

The selection of products, hair choices, and different supplies is broad. Ive gone to this location many times throughout the pandemic, the employees NEVER wear a mask. A sign is posted for customers to wear masks, but employees do not abide by same requirements.
