Im a MAC makeup devotee and will happily buy their products anywhere, but the Burlington location has by far the best staff Ive encountered. Their product knowledge is amazing, and they always match me with colors and products that exactly suit my skin tone, taste and needs. Theyll also make great suggestions if youre up for trying something new.

I wear mac studio tec. AMAZING product. I love their plum eye shadow kits. I did splurge and buy a makeup brush kit last time I was in at the recommendation of one the artists. Ladies if you do not use brushes you are not putting on makeup correctly! Changed my world. So happy.

Ali is amazing! She did my wedding makeup, and was incredibly skillful and friendly. She was super flexible, knowledgeable, and innovative as she worked with me through my trial and real application to get my perfect bridal look!!

I came in three weeks ago with a make-up emergency. The store was packed and I was pretty sure I was going to leave. A guy approached me and was very nice and at first I was skeptical. I’ve never had a male do makeup for me. He sat me down, was very patient, and I was very happy with his service. I don’t like anything heavy or “beat” and his artistry matched what I needed. His name was Corey - I think he is the manager. My new favorite product is the setting spray - it is called Fix +. I’ll certainly be back!!

Walked in today, a ridiculously busy Saturday, and was immediately greeted by Bella. Had a picture of prom make up that I wanted. Bella took the time to closely look at the picture many times to pull products that would match the look. She also took the time to explain EXACTLY what she was doing and at times had me do it myself. Bella did not push me to buy anything, although I bought EVERYTHING she used on me. Consider it an investment. If I paid for prom makeup it would be 100 at least and I would not own any of it. Bellas makeup looked good in the store and in natural light. Bella is a hidden treasure at Burlington MAC.

Love coming here. It’s the only Mac I go to.. Dan is absolutely the BEST!!!

I went to Burlington Mac to get my make up done for a wedding I was attending, I set up an appointment with a girl named Nicole. I left the appointment in tears because I was so dissatisfied with not only how my make up came out but her lack of customer service skills. I had tried to explain that the look was not what I had hoped for and instead of being understanding and trying to come up with a solution she was rude and told me that “this was how make up is supposed to look” I felt so uncomfortable that I just paid and left. I had hoped to go there to feel beautiful and I left feeling much worse than when I got there. I will never go back to this Mac and I would advise other people to go elsewhere if looking to get their make up done for a special day.

Staff was very helpful and kind to my wife. Very pleasant experience, though my wallet hurts

Great customer service! I was greeted and helped very promptly by a lovely woman with long brown hair, glasses, and great taste in lipstick! I definitely need supervision in choosing makeup and she helped me find the right shade of eyebrow gelcreme and lipstick and gave me some good makeup adivce! I felt very comfortable and didnt feel pressured at all, which was a BIG plus for me. Will go back soon! :)

I’m not the one to be writing bad reviews about places. But in this case I feel like I needed to. I had set up an appointment to get my holiday makeup done for an a special event. I had a guy who was very nice but did an awful job. His name was Corey. He was being very skimpy with the makeup, I was very dissatisfied with his skills. I had to prompt him to put more make up on me multiple times. I showed him a picture of what I wanted, and my finished look didnt look anything close to it. My eyeshadow was not blended well at all, and it barely looked like i had any foundation. I wanted my face to look “beat” and honestly I was better off doing it myself. I was there for an hour, and my final look looked something i couldve done at home in less than 10 minutes. Also, he didnt apply no setting spray or anything like that. By the time i got home, my make up had wore off & I had to end up doing it myself. I’m very disappointed because it honestly was not worth the price at all. I will not be booking at this location again.

I have had nothing but good experiences when visiting Mac in Burlington. Yes, it is often busy in there so sometimes you have to wait for people to help you, but that should tell you its because the employees are doing their jobs and doing them well. I do not feel like I am treated like a customer when I walk in the door, but Im walking into a room full of friends. Everyone is so genuine, open, and kind. They genuinely take the time to make suggestions based on my taste and what goes with my look as opposed to just picking something for a price point. The men and women who work here are utter sweethearts who love that they do, and love helping people. I look forward to stopping in everytime Im in the mall, even if its just to say hi!

Love the costmatic but hate the way they treat customer. They need get a 101 on customer care....

Terrible customer service! Sales girls know nothing about the Back to Mac program and are rude in the bargain.
