Sunday October 3, 2021, 9:00 pm no cashiers working. Self checkout only, fifteen customers waiting to use the self checkout. I saw at least five employees standing around laughing to themselves. I saw four employees on the aisle with oatmeal standing around talking.Lowe’s food is now officially worse than our only Harris-Teeter. The only good thing I can say about this grocery store is that they are open three hours more than HT!

Great variety of desserts for any occasion or just because!!!!!

The quality of the products offered here are really good, however the stuck-up personality of the workers here takes away from it.

Horrible produce section, so often we run across rotting onions, potatoes, and tomatoes. Inconsistent beer and cider selection, probably just an odd coincidence but they always seem to be out of both my favorite beer and cider. The rest of the grocery selection seems standard and service is always decent enough.

Clean and neat store. Check out staff was polite and friendly. Prices are a little higher on some items but they have a broader selection.

Only one word can explain my visit..WOW!!!!

The staff definitely needs to work on their people skills or at least resemble that they want to help their customers. The employee at the food bar (where subs & sandwiches are made) was very unhelpful and did not seem like she wanted to help me or even want to be there. Sandwich was wrong and would be nice to have someone who cared at least a little.

I wanted you to know how upset I was when I tried to give one of your Managers a compliment about an employee at his store.I was checking out last week and Tyler was at the front of the store. After checking out I approached Tyler ask if he was a manager and he said yes. I wanted to compliment a lady in Pick and Prep! A couple days earlier I came in and she helped me find 2 things that I needed for a party! She was so nice to me and it meant the world to me! I went on to talk to him and I said that the lady in P& P helped me out of a jam! And I said I think her name is Lori and she was so wonderful to help me he rolled his eyes and as he walked of he says “yeah she’s Wonderful”I can’t believe I was treated like that! I know I’m a little older but I buy a lot in you store!All I can say is WOW!

Meats dont seem to be fresh. The beef looks like old mixed with new to be able to sell it. A bit pricey but okay I guess.

I just love Lowes, bakery area is always fresh.

Very rude employee and embarrassed me seriously. I am very disappointed being a regular and frequent customer . He should be fired.

The Beer bar was very very helpful and informative. The gentleman took time answering questions about the Beer selections and was knowledgeable with no BS.

It was a clean organized store with pleasant and helpful staff. But they had no fresh neck bones which was my purpose for being there. In North Carolina. I was in the twilight zone. I was visiting from Oh.

Nice selection of high quality produce. Staff is always extremely pleasant and helpful. Prices are slightly higher than nearby stores but the quality of food and cleanliness of the store are worth it. Dont forget to try their fresh squeezed orange juice!

Lowes food is a small grocery in size, but big at heart. All the staff is kind and friendly. We go there for the baked goods and the gluten free food/materials. I personally liked the deli-meat for turkey!

This place is constantly raising prices but offering less quality. I am done with Lowe’s foods. They do give nice service which is the reason for giving them 2 stars and not 1. That being said, they are absolutely the most expensive grocery store in the region for less quality.I just stopped by to grab a Sirloin Steak for my family. It was priced at $10.99/ pound, which isn’t too bad. I picked up a 2lb steak that I was excited to enjoy. After opening the package to get the streak ready for my grille, I realized that 1.2lbs of my steak was 1” thick skin that I had to slice off the bottom of the steak to get to the meat.I’m very disappointed in Lowe’s and their sad ways to increase the profit margins to pay for their store renovations. Thank you for the nice environment, no thank you for the increased cost and terrible value.Due to logistics I may buy a condiment from them, but other than that, I done.

We shopped at Lowes when it was in our old neighborhood, but closed after a while. We dont do our regular shopping at the Burlington location, as it is about 10 miles from new home, but shop there when we are in the area and need to pick up something we could find at our regular store or something special.

The store is very clean, and I can find a lot of things there that I cant at other retailers. For the most part, the staff seemed friendly enough. They seem a little over priced on most things though in comparison to other stores. But you pay to find the things you want and do one stop shopping.

This is a nice food market, they have a nice lunch counter, very good food I try to visit every day.

Lowes Foods really needs to reevaluate their employees, LAUREN especially. Very unprofessional and more worried about her personal life than her employees. I am taking my experience and heading straight to corporate.

This Lowes Foods and the store in Mebane are both very bright, clean and organized. With a great variety of products, and awesome customer service most of the time, they are my go to store when I am not pinching pennies. A bit pricey than FoodLion and Walmart.

This place is cleaner then food lion, smaller then walmart, and bigger then aldi. Its nice to have a place like this to shop at, I dont mind paying the extra prices because its easy for me to get in and out and get what I need without having to walk all the extra for another place. Its never too crowded ever either which is even better, plus a good beer selection.

Great Lowes food location. Nigel in the beer den is very knowledgeable and as nice a person as you will ever meet. The meat and produce are really great.

Shopping was lovely. I realize there are only certain things I can buy at Lowes. Their prices are a little bit higher for things. Like my cat food and my cat litter

I love my neighborhood Lowes. They always have the freshest produce, seafood, meats, store is very clean, and well organized. They also have great premade items. The spinach artichoke dip in the deli is to die for. They will even steam your crab legs for you!!! 😊🦀😋 Thats my favorite.

Its a nice store with a clean atmosphere. The employees are friendly and prices are competitive with the specials and sales they have.

I love this store. A little more pricey than Food Lion or Walmart, but there produce is always spot on. I love the deli, the bakery and love the fact that they have a great seafood department. I get lucky sometimes in finding some of the meats at good prices. Folks are nice here as well.

We love Lowes Foods. Great fresh vegetables, wonderful meat department and a pretty solid craft beer selection. It is always a grass roots homegrown feeling whenever we go there. Always clean, well stocked and friendly associates.

This place is awesome! I love shopping here because they have fresh fruit and veggies and the meat section is the best in town. They also have a beer den! You can sit at the bar while at the grocery store! And even better you can drink while shopping! This is the greatest idea for parents ever! Customer service is always great here as well.

Great store an restaurants

This Lowes Foods is a bit out of the way for me for regular shopping, but I do go there when Im in the area. Its biggest selling points are the fresh foods areas (produce, bakery, the smokehouse). I am a particular fan of the produce department - it is wonderfully stocked with very fresh fruits and vegetables, and it also has a great area selling pre-cut items.

Very clean, friendly service, most things in stock,a few things I like discontinued recently... I am impressed with this store.

Friendly staff, great atmosphere and appearance. Everything about this place feels local and like home. They have a quaint neighborly theme that’s adorable and fun. The wine section looks like a vineyard, the produce looks like a market, they call the front end the “front porch”, they call customers “guests”. I love Lowe’s!

Love the.fact that their meat section was full, they had it right from the beginning to put a limit on how many you could purchase. Great & very clean store friendly people with good customer service!

Overpriced, poor service. You have to go through an extensive interrogation in order to make a return.Also, because this location is so slow, they often sell expired or almost expired merchandise. Always check the dates before you buy because it is a huge hustle to make a return. Really, it is best to shop elsewhere.

I have never in my life been to a grocery store like this. They serve beer and wine, in the store! To drink as you shop!! Also great departments

Great selection of food. You can get a drink and shop so thats always a good thing. The people are very welcoming and there is a very homey feeling.

I like Lowes although they are higher priced than the competition. Their Carolina selection for alcohol, and various foods is what brings me in the store and their service keeps me coming back.

The ladies in the deli provided exceptional customer service tonight. They were very busy with the pre-storm crowd and multiple orders for meats and cheeses. They were fast and efficient, cleaning the slicers after use, changing gloves, providing service with a smile. My husband commented that they make you feel like theyre happy to have you as a customer! This is such a refreshing atmosphere compared to many other grocery store delis. This is the reason I choose to drive 10 miles down the road to purchase deli meats. They provide excellent service with a smile.

Love this store. Very clean and large selection of food and beer/wine. Love the bakery and freshly cut meat and great selection of seafood. Butchers are always knowledgeable.

I used to think this chain was very so so but my opinion has changed. They have great outside and indoor displays which are creatively thought out and implemented. They have an absolutely fabulous beer selection, Which includes a variety of draft beers which are available to sample, enjoy in the store, and take home in Growlers. The deli makes some outstanding sandwiches. All in all, this store is very impressive.

Fantastic grocery store. The staff seem happy and pleasant to talk to. The bakery and deli section is very well presented. There are lots of selections for meals you can pick up. Huge beer wall with plenty of options and also a bar where you can buy a pint or fill a growler.

I loved it because anytime I can get out to a store like this and look around by myself people just down know how it feels sitting in the house all day looking a the same four walls I fun just looking at all the sale they had I only went in there for a piece of cake and came out with six bags.

People are NOT practicing Social Distancing - associate manning self-check out was never more than 2-3 ft away from me! Made me so nervous I couldnt concentrate so she kept getting closer to help me. I couldnt wait to get out but I had to brush by her just to leave the checkout area. Totally freaked out now.Dont think people understand so I will repeat for those who dont care about people at high risk of severe illness. Stay 6 ft away from others!!

Very nice, higher-end grocery store chain. Warm, inviting feeling as you enter. Caution, though, its easy to over spend your budget here because of the nice things that they have. :)

Prices were very reasonable. The people who work here were very pleasant and helpful.They dont have this grocery store chain where I live, but I would HIGHLY ENCOURAGE the CEO of this Supermarket Chain to extend as far south as Florida. Because, if this is how ALL of the companys employees are like in ALL of their stores, they would be VERY SUCCESSFUL down here in Florida!!!

My daughters cake was delicious and decorated so beautifully! The pastry chef decorated each side of the cake with a different color horse. It was an extra touch above and beyond what we had requested. Thank you so much!

I love Lowes Foods! They have a huge variety of different foods and the fact that they have self-checkout is even better! I dont have to wait in any lines. I can just run in, grab what I need, pay for my groceries at self-checkout, and be on my way! I live about 15 minutes from this grocery store, and I pass about a dozen other grocery stores to get to Lowes, so its definitely saying something about them that I keep coming! Im a loyal Lowes shopper for life!
