I love the smell when I walk in here...leather! The staff is friendly and its always clean. The Greensboro location does have a larger selection than Burlington when it comes to womens clothes I feel like but about the same on boots. The boot selection could be better, I personally feel like Cavenders has a much better selection but unfortunately there is not one in NC.

Absolutely terrible at what they do. I brought three pairs of boots in to have the shafts likely stretch and they ended up destroying 1200s worth of boots. I will never shop at a boot barn ever again.

Very rude lady working there. I searched online before driving 30 minutes to the store only to find they have NO Muck Boots! Thanks a lot! Just a bunch of fancy cowboy boots and overpriced stuff. No actual work boots for real work or farm life. I just knew theyd have some. She said the boots online arent always in the store! Better call and ask first if you want something. Plus hope you dont get the rude lady who acted like I was washing her time.

Drove to this location based on updated hours saying the store closes at 9pm. When we got there, we found it locked up and this sign on the door.

Way over priced everything! I didnt see anything in this store even close to worth its price tag. Most of it can be found cheaper elsewhere. Avoid.

I ordered online the Corral white glitter inlay boots which were discounted, fantastic quality. The only reason I gave a 4 star review and not a 5 star review is because I couldn’t find a size chart when ordering the boots and then ordered a half size too small. I do not own a printer to get a return label so I drove to the closest store (about a 1 1/2 hour drive, not bad) to exchange the boots for the correct size (which I was charged full price instead of the discounted so I had to pay the difference, understandably) I called on Monday to request the exchange and the employees were very helpful and held on to the size I asked to exchange for until Saturday (when I picked up) Overall it was decent experience and I would suggest the website add a size chart or make it easier to find if they have one already.

Friendly salesperson who was extremely knowledgeable about products and inventory. Not a store I understand, but the gift recipient was thrilled! I will a absolutely return next time I need some, or a lot, of direction for a country boys gift!

This is my first ever google review and I HATE that it is for a store I frequent but I just had the worst service (or umm... non-service) experience at BB-Alamance. The sales associate (who I think is a manager) ignored me at the cash register for 13 min. Y’all- THIRTEEN MINUTES, while making eye contact several times. I gave her all this time to ACKNOWLEDGE me and she never did. Mind you, I have spent hundreds of dollars in this store alone. This experience left an extremely sour taste in my mouth.

Be nice if they had boots grouped by brand not just size. My first time to a Boot Barn so it took me a few minutes to get my bearings. Once I found the boot I was looking for I couldnt find the other boot. Staff was helpful in helping me look. A few minutes later I found the boot, tucked on a back shelf three feet away. Found myself a nice cowboy hat too. I was greeted at the door, also asked if I needed help. Overall good experience. Minus one star for boot hunt 😁

Terrible experience. Extremely limited selection of work boots. Could not get help from girls working. They wanted to sit at cash registers and not help on floor even when nobody was purchasing. This will be my last trip to this place. I will do my shopping online or at other establishments. Not worth the 1 hour round trip for this type of experience. Very disappointing!

After purchasing a set of boots I was instructed by a employee to apply boot polish, was never helped getting proper fitment for my boot . Tried to return them was told by the manager unable to return since I used the polish they recommended!!!! So now I am stuck with $209 worth of boots very disappointed in this company

Yes Im given 1 star only because of some of the inventory, I drove 45 minutes 2 get 2 this store,When I get there no one welcomed me, I walked around for a good 30 minutes, there was no one 2 help me, there was at least 25 people in there try on boots and getting upset cause it was like the store was empty of employees, so I got up set went to the cashier was,there where 2 girls there I had over 2500 to spend and I spent 14.00 bucks on a flask and I dont drink. I asked the 2 girls if they had any more employees they replied yes theres a girl in the back,I got upset and said you need 2 go help the customers and not stand at the register doin nothing, then I asked 4 the manager the 1 girl in the ugly brown hat on her head, amber said she was the manager and I told her she was doing a lousy job, she said thank u and still didnt do anything, Boot Barn needs a new manager and people that like to help people. If it was my store she would be gone I would work it till I could find a people that like to work.

Staff was really nice, friendly, and helpful. I have been to several boot barns, and Im not sure if it was this one or if they are all changing but I felt like they didnt have a great selection. I personally prefer Ariat boots and they still have them but I felt they did not have a selection like they have in the past. Same with clothes.

Store was nicely laid out but prices were high. The boots looked like they had been on the shelf for a long time. I personally was not impressed and I drove almost an hour from Raleigh to visit.

I just bought a band new pair of boots from them that was on sale and I couldn’t fit them so I went to go return them and they wouldn’t return them because they try to tell me they have been wore outside but I bought them just like that!!! They need better people working in there and better customer service!!!!

I bought a Stetson skyline silverbelly hat here and I wasnt 100% satisfied with the overall quality of the hat, so as soon as the new hat came in, I exchanged it with no problems! Great customer service and friendly employees.

Super helpful staff. Got Ariat work boots and decided they didnt fit well, and got a full fitment upon return for a new pair. Still very happy with them. They also stock Obenaufs boot treatment, which is the best there is for hard use.

Hot little women in there to look at and the prices are decent too.

I am used to thier stores in the midwest. This store is extremely small and has very few selections. I asked about speacial ordering something and was informed cant do that from thier location.

Disorganized. Couldn’t find the match to any of the shoes my husband picked. Staff looked for 2 mins and gave up. We would be leaving but my husband is determined to get a pair today.

Awesome store with excellent customer service. Tim the manager totally took care of my exchange. Well return soon and refer my friends.
