Excellent service. The Culligan team keeps me posted as to when to expect delivery. The delivery man is very nice, the dogs dont bother him at all, and he fills the tank with salt. Excellent ratting

Terrible customer service!!! I was completely out of salt for my water softener and called the Burlington office to get a delivery. The women was very rude and said I had to wait until Monday to get my delivery. I said ok....then I called Mon at 4:45 wondering where my driver was and was told someone forgot to make the delivery. She had a ticket, but somehow they messed up. I offered to come pick it up, but she said they were closing at 5:00 and she wouldnt wait an extra 5 minutes for me to get there!!I wanted to leave 0 stars, but that was not an option!!!

Great company. Very professional, prompt and affordable plans for new softener as well as home delivery of softener salt.

Genuinely a wonderful experience. They were professional, on time and willing to answer all of my questions. When I thought something wasn’t going right they sent out a very patient person to check on it and then he took the time to explain the problem and where I could get help even though it had nothing to do with my softener. Thank you for your help!

Great service and we are happy that for our salt delivery that the delivery man took all 8 of our bags of salt into the house and down to the basement and filled our water softener! It is great they call to remind you that your delivery date is coming up in case you need to change it. We have only lived in our home since August and had initial service and then our 1st Salt delivery recently, but we are pleased with all of the equipment we have as well. Glad we can live in the country and have a well but not have the iron since we have an iron curtain, and we dont have the odor or any rust in our water. We do have the reverse osmosis as well which is great to have the extra little faucet for filtered water right on the sink. Water is tasting great, saving us money from buying bottled water!

My water softener sprang a leak because the O rings on the intake valves were worn out due to age. I had no water at all because the main valve was shut off to avoid flooding. I called on a Monday morning and Julie in the office arranged for Ken one of their maintenance repair men to come out within a couple of hours. Fix was done quickly. Both employees did an exceptional job in getting this done. Thank you both. I would definitely use Culligan of Burlington to service my water softener again.

Everyone is helpful, professional and here to help us. They dont try to sell us extra stuff, just help us take care of the equipment we have. My husband is disabled and the gentleman that comes to give us our salt is always very helpful to explain what hes doing so my husband understands. Usually, if someone is coming to the house for any type of service, my husband ask that I stay home from work - but he is totally comfortable having our salt guy come. I feel bad that I dont even know his name.

Reverse Osmosis gave us really good drinking water, we added mineral filter to system since we were used to spring fed water. Plumber and salesman were great. Seriously love this water, it was horrible before Culligan.

My Culligan service was prompt, thorough and efficient. He also suggested replacing the old unit we have with a more efficient unit. That will be done in January and I expect it to be in the same fashion. Culligan of Burlington has always been focused on making our experience with them pleasant and simple.

They do a great job. They deliver the salt directly to my door and water softener and then do an auto pay on my credit card. If I speak with anyone in the office they are always courteous and helpful. I highly recommend them!

Buyer beware, If I could give no stars I would! Future customer, I am not one that complains but you must read this if you are thinking about using their service. I am managing a property for my mom a duplex, she was using Culligan of Burlington for over 15 years and paying for rental service. In June 2019, we called for testing of the water, the tech did something to unit that created tenants go through over 10 bags of salt in 1 month. My mom called Culligan and was told by receptionist that this was a problem with tenant not them. Tenant called me again stating that 2 months in a row her electrical bill went up $100 per month. I placed another called to Culligan and they said they would send someone out there again to look at it. 2nd tech came out and didnt even go inside to check unit, he said to tenant that we needed to upgrade to a bigger unit. Something appeared to be wrong with unit, this is not normal to go through so much salt and electric. I called SOFT Water for a second opinion. They came out and noticed a issue with the Culligan softener it was continuously flowing out water and wasnt in the middle of recharging. The dial was set extremely low and said that it was set to recharge daily. This is why tenants electric bill has increased. We end up going with Soft Water and paying only $3 more a month for a bigger unit, that will only recharge 7 times a month instead of daily. Also, Soft Water said that we didnt need the iron filter that if we put Iron out we can save money. Note: also Soft Water tech told me how to check to see if there was any slow leak in toilets, which there was not. After Soft water installed there system I called for a pick of Culligan. Culligan came out and the tech said to the Tenant upon leaving, we are happy to lose certain customers. This is bad business and not only did you loose one customer, you lost me, my mom, two tenants and future referrals. Culligan, you have cost the Tenant more money in electric, more wear and tear on our well pump and drama over a Water Softener.

We had Culligan install our Mark 812 water softener when we built our home more than 27 years ago. It has worked perfectly ever since. Of course, in that length of time, weve had several routine maintenance visits from Culligan and learned that they not only sell a very good product, but they also have great service people too - friendly, professional, and they really know their stuff! Id recommend them to anyone.

Steve, as well as the technician who came out to install our RO System were both extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. I knew we were in good hands with them.

So the place house I rent has one of their softeners in it and it’s a rental. Well the past 2 month my electric bill has been almost $250 and I was putting at least 2 bags of salt in a week. So I knew something was wrong. I called culligan to come check itOut and the guy said it was fine there was nothing wrong... so I called a different company to come in to see about switching to themAnd before the guy even looked at the softener he knew there was an issue. The drain into my sink was constantly draining and that was my soft water.. so it was an issue inside the machine and a different company could figure that out!!! So we switch and as the man for Culligan was taking out their unit the guy tells me”they don’t mind losing certain customers “

The driver is always nice and lets you know how much salt he is putting into the softener. He also shows you the empty bags. They also deliver when they tell you.

We enjoy the clean fresh water, and ease of not having to lug around gallons of water ourselves. The delivery is fast easy and freindly. The water is pure, clean and always fresh.

I have been telling them for over 6 months the softener is not working. They dont seem to want to come and take it out. I think I will unhook it and delivery it to them personally. I have an ice rink in my yard as it has been running water nonstop for several days.

Great service, great price, no more smelly well water

Had a rep come out and test water. Was told I would get an email with quote and then I could make an appointment to get installation. No email for 6 days. So I called. Was told email was sent. I again said I didnt get an email and could i just set an appoinment to get install. He tells me no I have to get the email first. Ok...resend the email I say. He then says it will take several days to send me the email because he has to to get the email together...um didnt you just tell me you sent an email??? Its now 8 days and still no email or appointment set.
