The internet is terrible, constantly fluctuating and not keeping any remnant of speed. Ill have 70 MPBS download and 1.2 MBPS upload, 5 minutes later Im at 1.2 KBPS download and .5 KBPS upload. All day long it goes up and down like some broken slinky with mental issues. I work online and the internet fluctuating and cutting out makes me waste hours of my day restarting the router and internet all across the board. I even installed range extenders and what is supposed to be 5G is less than 2.4G. They talk a big advertising game to get you in the door but never deliver on actual speed and connectivity.
Hands down the worst service I have ever received. I’ve been a customer for two years. My internet hasn’t worked in two months, no technician visits to get it fixed, no refund for lack of service, and can’t even get the issue resolved with their “live agent chat” or the call back number. I recommend looking at other companies instead of entering a contract with xfinity.
You have a terrible service.For two weeks I have been sitting without internet and nobody can help me. My kids miss school because of this. I cant contact the staff. You are incredibly terrible. Never use their services.
Overall, one of my least favorite destinations to have to suffer through. My visits have been okay on some days, horrible on others. Some of these ladies ARE helpful. Some are NOT. Social skills would be nice but dont go in thinking they ALL have them. Comcast is a monopoly around here. They dont have to be good or nice. Cut the cord at once. Only do minimal internet service. Do a promo year deal to get a locked in low rate. Re do it every year.

We ha e been to the Center with questions as weve upgraded our home cable service. Kathy has been exceptionally helpful with guidance and suggestions. So customer attentive, always positive, friendly with a smile.
Ive always had a great experience here. The workers are always friendly, and try to work with you. Way better than calling or dealing with the larger company online.Yes, they are expensive, but there isnt many other options besides Wave cable...and they arent any better for the service.If you want someone to work with you on pricing, deals, and the right setup for your situation, come here.
Went in with the worst of expectations, considering Comcasts reputation, but were pleasantly surprised by the woman at the counter. She listened, recommended fixes, and gave us a way to reconnect with her directly if there were any future issues. Very good experience..
Really nice staff but honestly felt pretty awkward driving to the place because it is in the back of everything. And felt like I was driving where I shouldnt be. So if you feel lost driving there you are going the right place.
Customer service was fantastic, Maureen was very helpful and set me up with exactly what I wanted. She gave me her business card and asked me to call her when the internet was up and running just to make sure it was what I wanted. I did run into a few issues (lower speeds than Id paid for) but the issue was resolved quickly and Im happy with my service.
Eh. With all things, or at least most, anything can happen. Service is usually stable and cost is reasonable. Been rough over the years though. Totally love Xfinity.
I must have went at a busy time- there was a line about 3-4 people deep and only 2 customer service workers (theres only two desks). It took about 15-20 minutes to be seen and the customer service was only average, maybe a little below average. I left feeling pretty underwhelmed and frustrated because it took so long and the lady wasnt even very friendly :( Maybe it was just because they were busy?
Horrible service and after a long wait couldnt even help me fix my problem. You are better off calling then dealing with these rude, snarky, sarcastic people.
Whatever is in the water at the office in Burlington they need to bottle it and sell it to others who have to deal with customer service. What a great crew you have there. Great job!!
These people go above and beyond for excellent customer service, wish their employer wasnt so money hungry, cant believe Comcast is my largest utility in a 4 bed home, but the Burlington office staff make it okay.
The gentelman idelt with acualy told me the truth and said that you have to call in to get the equipment activated. Which is what i have always has to do anyway. All the other people tell me that you dont have to do that.
Waited about 10 minutes. Friendly, helpful service. Gave clear instructions about changing my outdated equipment. No charge.

Good customer service. Waived a fee on our account that shouldnt have been on there. Given it was a communication error, expectations were met to remove the fee.
Got in quickly. They didnt hard sell anything, and gave me some free movies just for stopping by. Pleasantly surprised by the level of service and friendliness.

I do not like you robot phone lady.... There should be an easier and faster way to talk to a representative of an actual store instead of having to answer questions to a robot who doesnt understand what I am trying to do. In the end I just hung up.

Sadly, Comcast is basically all we have in our area. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I had to tell the technician that came out to my house how to do his job. Instead of fixing our internet cable, he was about to drill a hole into the foundation of my home and just install a new one. He never informed me they were going to charge me a $70 trouble call fee on top of our monthly payment. When I called to ask about it, they just told me it was already “completed” and there was nothing they can do. Hands down worst customer service. Go with just about anyone else!!! I can’t wait to never use their crappy internet again. If I could give negative stars, I would.

I must say in all years with Comcast when we go into the service center, service is always great. Now the phone centers are a completely different story seems to always be provlems there. But thw people inaide are great. Kudos.

Wifi is good. It doesnt work % 100 the day you hook it up and you will have to call for help so they can connect to your wifi. So just chill and have a drink and they will help you.

Our company placed a order to have some lines ported over to Comcast from Frontier as well as add a third line to our satellite office. To do this you have to sign a form. They had us do it 4 times as they kept insisting they didnt get it. Finally, when they arrived to do the work per the order they arrived at the wrong location (even though we only used the location we wanted and they pulled the wrong location from their own files) and was angry and told our staff I dont have time to go to XXX. He then proceeded to cancel our order at Comcast but did NOT cancel the order that had already been sent to Frontier resulting in all our phone lines being shut off! Upon trying to get it corrected Comcast insisted they didnt received the form...even though it was obvious they had or how else would Frontier know to port over the lines. They didnt have the initiative to look for the canceled order and entertain the idea that the customer was telling them they made an error and should try to fix it. They said we would have to send another form to place the order (remember it took 4 tries over 2 weeks for them to acknowledge it the first time) AND they couldnt get to it for nearly TWO WEEKS. They actually expected us to go without phone service in a medical clinic for two weeks. We went back to Frontier.
I have never been so cheated!They refuse to cancel my service and my contract has been up for over two years.They just keep billing....Word to the wise, DO NOT CONDUCT BUISNESS WITH COMCAST!
Went in to get help on how to add a device to a wifi hotspot but they dont do that there...then i suggest removing the word service and switching it to payment

Very poor customer service at Burlington Wa office. Kept hd service was provided new power cord but wasnt given the hd cable cord needed to use tv service. Had to travel 26 miles the next day to pick up the cable cord I needed. The rep wanted me to do a survey telling the company what great service she provided me. I rate the service a flat 0.

Theyre ok, but probably shouldnt badmouth Direct TV, which was very unprofessional, but made me happy I left Comcast. Im saving $90 per month with Direct TV and AT&T wifi.
Can not get through their automated service to an actual human no matter what buttons you push or directions you follow. I was calling to connect service. Glad I didnt. If I cant talk to a human, I dont want their service. Will take my cold hard cash and contract elsewhere.

Comcast service has to be the worse service in the area. Its beyond awful as I cant seem to get thru a single night without massive service interruptions. Try frontier or some other service for internet.....the absolute worse. When I call the service dept I just get an automated answer that says we recognized there are outages in the area....night after night after night.

Awful public location. They tend to hand out DVR cable boxes that ARE NOT stable. Constantly freezing while streaming on demand content. Have gone through 6 cable boxes in under 6 months, fact.

The customer service rep told me to go pick up my equipment at this location and that the location was open until 700pm (on Saturday). When I arrived the hours posted on the entrance stated the place was closed all weekend! Waste of time!!
