I really like this place. They have good deals and when I went today and explained to them I had forgotten my coupon they were kind enough to use one they had on hand. 5/5 for the customer service alone and the food is great also.

Staff very helpful in a holiday chaotic atmosphere.Overall price for the product fair although Omaha Steaks make you feel like you got a bargain in exchange for their over inflated prices. For example, a box of 12 4oz burgers Sale price $30.00 breaks down to $2.50 A burger or $10.00 per lb. (Sale price mind you) check pricing for the best ground beef in a supermarket and compare! Either way my visit was no more than I expected and the help did their job in a friendly inviting manner. My only suggestion is doing your homework on meet prices before visiting. Its no bargain.

Food is incredible, prices are not. However, once youre on their list, the sales, coupons, and specials come fast and furious. Keeps you on your toes, and the employees are pretty helpful in getting the best bang for your buck.

Bundle prices are about the same as grocery stores but quality is so much better. Packaging makes it easy to store and to identify items. Instore specials are always irresistible! Parking in the mall is easy, great location for this store.

This is the establishment that constantly advertises on line. Their steaks are fine but they never quite live up to what you might get at a great steak joint. The staff is knowledgable and the provides excellent service. A great spot to pick up steaks for the BBQ.

Good high quality frozen meats and sides. They carry the same things you can order from their popular website but often at a discount. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful.
