They had styles that the other stores did not have and they had the sizes we were looking for. They also had Nike backpacks which we were having a hard time finding probably because of Covid but definitely happy we found what we were looking for.

Coming down from New York and stopped at this mall, worker from there named Denzel welcomed me right away and helped me grab the air maxes I’ve been looking for and couldn’t find them in New York definitely won’t hesitate stopping by they got it all!

The staff is incredibly rude and they flat out suck. I have a medical condition that prevents me from covering my nose with a mask. I will be considering legal action as this violates the ADA. Would give zero stars if given the option.

The staff is very rude. At some point one of them was yelling at me for no reason. The person who was helping me was also helping around 4 other people and took forever to get me my shoes. The person also got confused serval times & kept bringing me the wrong pair of shoes. Should really check themselves before working at a store like that

I called earlier today to find out about a pair of sneakers that had released this morning. Before I called here, I called Finishline, Footlocker and Nike Store at multiple locations and was either told they were sold out or didnt have the size I was looking for, which I totally understand. But... when I called this Champs a girl answered, so I asked if they had the Sneaker and size I was looking for and she replied I cant disclose that information to you ..... um so how am I suppose to know if the sneaker is available or the size!!? Please Champs, explain this. I didnt know asking about a new release and size was TOP SECRET unless your employees were trying to hold them for themselves or their friends.

Very friendly staff and very accommodating!

Says they close at 7:00. Got there at 6:40 after driving 45 minutes. They would not let us in and said the manager was closing early.

Customer service is not professional watied more than 10 minutes to get a pair of sneakers and then another staff came to ask me if I am getting true. They dont communicate well between themself. Finaly I got what I was looking for but the casher wasnt professional either.

The experts here know nothing about their products. Please dont let them help you find what you want, its just a waist of your time.

Manger and employs I dealt with were uneducated sold me a bad pair of adidas pants tried to return 30mins after purchase they refused to take them (also poor selection of shoes) they don’t come over to help when looking at merchandise just a sad excuse

Three kids working, all more concerned with getting out of work than helping customers. Acted annoyed when having to answer questions or get shoes for customers to try on. Small selection of womens shoes. Even smaller selection if you didnt want something in pink.
