Had a glass dabber that was super unique and I had gotten from full tank a couple years ago now. I moved 12+ hours away and a friend broke it :( I called with little hope they would still have them (glass dabber dipped in bismuth, super hard to find online) the woman I first spoke with was incredibly helpful she had me send a pic of the broken one and then she sent back what they had. I was able to get two more pretty much exactly like the one I had broken. She even went out and shipped them for me. I’ve always loved full tank and even living 12 hours away they came through. Everyone I talked to in the process was super nice and helpful, I’m pretty sure it was Ang, and Matt. Thanks again guys!!

This place is never open. Just stopped by and they have an open sign on the door but the doors locked.

Got 2 nice pipes with great and fun assistance!!! Even got to see them handle a hippie whos dog peed on the floor! They did better than I would have!!! Lol

Person wasn’t very knowledgeable about CBD MGs, pretty much wasted my money on a 15ML bottle of 300MG CBD oil. I hadn’t used it in a while and needed some. I would have bought more but he was unsure and didn’t suggest anything so we went with the smaller bottle and glad we did. The Full Tank brand is pretty weak. Don’t waste your money.

Ill revisit this review but i didnt get to go here. They werent open at their advertised time and instead was a sign in the window they were opening late. I waited 30 minutes past what it said theyd open at 1130ish I left and no one opened the store. I ended up having to go to another pipe shop that wasnt my first choice. Im sure its a great store but I didnt get a chance to find out. Only going to stand in the rain so long and thought 2 hours in the parking meter was enough. Really pissed me off to read good reviews and they cant open close to on time.

Ive been to Full Tank every time Ive gone to Burlington (and use to go to UVM)! Since Ive moved back home (md) I still make it a point to visit Full Tank - there really isnt another store with a selection or as helpful, friendly, and knowledgable staff as Full Tank. Theyre prices are incredibly fair, and unlike a lot of high-end glass shops, theyll give you a great deal. Ive been helped by Sarah as well, and she gave us a great deal, and wound up helping us pick stuff out that are still some of my favorites! Thanks Full Tank, Ill be back again soon!!
