I was having a lot of trouble with an old Mac tower and Will was incredibly helpful and patient while trying to resolve things. For about two months of having issues, he has consistently been available to help me troubleshoot and look for solutions. Thank you so much again!
Order from Apple directly. After shopping here fore the better part of 20x years, my last two encounters were enough for me to say no more. Its not the same Small Dog that I grew up with. Customer service is out, and letting people buy the wrong products is in... even when asking OVER and over if this was what I needed.
Do not shop local in this case.Apple will run diagnositics for free.Small Dog sells defective products and then charges to fix them.A truly sad small business for Vermont.Unfortunately, you will find a better warranty and refund policy at Best Buy or Apple themselves.
I used Small Dogs consulting services and worked with Nate. He was excellent - Nate takes the very technical and communicates it in a way that not only makes it easy to understand but that Ill also remember going forward. It was like taking a mini-class while also learning how to fix the problem at hand. He was personable, addressed my issues, and mindful of the time. Definitely recommend!
Had my computer check out it was to old to up grade. Thank you Small Dog Electronics!
I came in close to the end of the day today and the person up front was super helpful with fixing an issue on my Mac. I was having this weird issue resetting my computer password and the person up front was super helpful. The problem was fixed in ten minutes thanks to the knowledgeable staff! I’ll definitely be bringing my electronics here the next time something goes wrong!
Every so often my IPHONE 7 needs to be factory resetIt is the only Apple device i own right nowAPPLE authorized dealers must do this for free weather you have apple care or notSmall Dog tried to charge 60.00.
Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, will come back in the future
I was directed by Apple tech support to bring my computer to small dog. It had a big ? on the screen one day. I dropped it off to them and they told me theyd get back to me in 24 hrs. That was on a Thursday. I finally called them Monday and asked about my computer. They said theyd get back to me as they were behind. They got back to me the next day and said the computer was basically junk and that it would require $900 to repair and would need to be sent to Apple. I decided to get a 2nd opinion and went to Computers for Change, downtown. Thankfully the guy there said all it needs is a new hard drive. It cost me $125. Im back in business. Computer is working great.
My trusty old Macbook Pro went into total shutdown a couple months after taking some aerial hits from some mangos. Small Dog fixed in about 2 minutes and didnt charge me a dime! Friendly and professional the whole way through.
Please note that you will be asked to make a 20 minute appointment that you may have to schedule 1 week in advance. You will be charged $60 just to drop off your laptop and have it join a subsequent line. I am expecting it will take a week to get my computer back, and they will charge $35 to ship it back if I cant take more time off work to drive back to Burlington. At an Apple store, technicians typically look at the computer during your appointment, and only charge for repairs or parts. As an update, i was later quoted $700 for my repair. Thinking this could not be right, i called apple, and they confirmed that the repair in question should not be more than $500. I sent the laptop directly to Apple, and they completed the repair for no charge. The only $$ i am out is the original $60 for Small Dog to examine the laptop.
Nice helpful workers
I turned in my Macbook Pro for a broken screen on a Thursday afternoon and got it back on that Monday. They did an amazing job and I am extremely happy with their speed. It was also covered under limited warranty, so thats a huge plus. The staff was also great and did a good job of explaining the process and what happened.
I brought in my laptop to get fixed and paid $60 for a service fee and $100 for a backup fee. I used one of my debit cards and it partially accepted it for $133, they told me it didnt go through at all even though I told them it did, and made me pay another $160 on a different card. After seeing that my extra $133 was taken out even though they didnt listen to me I had to call them back and inform them so I could receive a refund. They told me they would refund me but didnt so I had to return to the store on 3 separate occasions and call them numerous times because they kept telling me they would process the refund but kept forgetting to. Its now been about 3 weeks and Im finally getting refunded. They kept forgetting and apologizing on their part. They obviously do not care about their customers.
Brought my MacBook Pro into Small dog for a sticking key board. The computer is under warranty. The keyboard was replaced in 24 hours. Works like a charm. Good service, fast, competent. Five stars.
Hadn’t been to SDE for several years, but needed a battery replacement for my I-phone, so called and made an appointment (required) to have the work done. Just for the heck of it I started reading the reviews and was taken back by a few and started wondering if I should cancel. Let me be quick on where this is going...I kept my appointment and am very glad I did. Jake, the service writer was very friendly, helpful, & informative. 5 stars for Jake. I dropped off my phone at 10:40 am and it was ready by the time I got back at 1:30 the same day. The price was as quoted and my phone is as good as new. I have to say my SDE experience was a 5 all the way. And special thanks to Jake.
So glad to have a local shop for Apple related needs. I’ve ordered from them online but this was my first visit to the store. Clean display room, well stocked, and friendly and efficient service that got me in and out quickly with exactly what I needed. I will definitely be back. Very glad to support a small business over the big box stores!
They helped me find the right laptop charger. They were so kind and helpful!!
Located in So. Burlington suburban neighborhood. Nice modern mixed-use building that stands out in the above area. Parking in back, but I had to haul my 27 iMac to front of building. I scheduled an appointment for service and it was a good thing - busy little place. Courteous intake staff. Done with intake in less than 25 min. Problem diagnosis in one day.
Its not a Genius Bar. Its a small apple boutique & smaller than its original location.
After one of their employees told me they had initiated the repair, someone called me three days later -now a full week after they received my machine- to tell me that the repair had never even been initiated. They refused to work with me in resolving the issue, offering only a 50% discount on something I had already been quoted was going to be free. Very disappointed. Will not be using their repair service again!
Ive bought or tried to buy things here, both in person and over the phone, multiple times over multiple years. I want to support local businesses. But the consistent impression I get is that the sales team is arrogant and aloof. (My friends tell me the same thing... sorry)I call in a phone order and they literally hang up on me. I go into the showroom and I wait 10 minutes until I get a nasty look like did you need something? My reaction? Go to Staples.Im sure this could be changed, and I hope Im re-reviewing them next year noting a big change, but ... the sales culture here is broken.
Weve had several laptops go in for repairs recently. I found the service staff to be incredibly helpful, professional, and polite. They explained what was wrong in a way that made sense to a lay person, and were very patient with questions. I would definitely recommend them. Especially Bronson. He was not only awesome, but he has a cool name (which is why I remember it). That said, Ive never been overly impressed with the folks at the checkout desk. Ive never found them terribly interested in customer service. Theyre not rude...theyre just not friendly. This is true when I call as well. I always have the impression that they are annoyed with me for interrupting whatever important thing they were doing.
My retina display on a mac book pro needed to be replaced covered under warranty so I brought it to Small Dog service. Moses behind the counter was professional and provided great service. They made the repair in 2 days and I paid $0.00. Thanks Small Dog, I will be back.
My first and last experience with this company. I was quoted $99 for having my screen replaced. When I arrived they said the screen would be $169 plus a $30 sign in fee. I explained that I was quoted $99 for my model of phone. Showed them the email. The counter person went and spoke to someone in the back. Returned and apologized for any miscommunications. There was no miscommunication. I was quoted incorrectly then expected to pay an additional 100% of the original quote. I took time off of work to go to the appointment. I tried calling their customer support. After holding for 32 minutes (the times it takes to drive back to work) I hung up and wrote them an email. I will not be doing business with this company. Others should be aware that they provide, in writing, quotes and then refuse to honor them. I will be contacting the BBB and Apple directly.
I strongly discourage anyone seeking repair services for Apple products from relying on this business. Small Dog Electronics is the first hit on Google for Apple repairs in the Burlington VT area. However, I brought in a simple iPhone charging issue to their service desk and was informed that there was no fix, and that I would need to buy a new phone. The folks at Best Buy in Williston VT fixed my problem in just over 10 minutes, and did not charge for the service. My sense is that Small Dog is probably a fine retailer and reseller, but should not be trusted for repair issues.
Top rate employees who know the products. Eager to help customers with all their Apple wants and needs. We have been 100% satisfied over the years with the store service and quick online delivery. We feel very fortunate to have Small Dog in Vermont to fill our Apple purchases.
Excellent customer service! Knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Ive been in twice in the last week and had good experiences both times. The first time Moses helped my wife and myself. He is obviously very knowledgeable. Unfortunately Im rather low tech and couldnt quite keep up with him. But he was very willing to help and to give me his time. The second trip Justin helped me and while he suggested that I could save myself some money by doing a restart on my iPad myself, I asked him to please just do it for me to save me the frustration. He did the restart while I wandered in the store and soon came out with the job completed. He then took plenty of time to help explain to me how to stay on track and how to continue the setup. I was very pleased in the end!
I got a macbook serviced here once and it was over priced and mis diagnosed work that the machine didnt need. This store exists to sell old people over priced tech that they dont need or understand.
Great local mac shop. Sales and service team are all excellent and the staffs product knowledge is second to none. Looking forward to buying many more macs here.
Just bought a Mac laptop. Sales folks there are smarmy, argumentative, self-important and condescending. Same low regard for customer service and respect experienced at the repair counter after a 20+ minute wait (prepare for a long wait in line!) The tech folks will not answer direct questions about the services (whether due to lack of knowledge or refusal to explain themselves to a customer or other). As Apple prices are basically the same all over, I recommend you consider other Apple dealers in the area or an online purchase. Expect underlying disdain for the customer/customer knowledge as part of the buying process there.
Customer Service is Terrible. Very disinterested in making anyone happy. I will be searching for other options in our area.
Ive been shopping at small dog electronics for many years. I have always been more than satisfied with their service and products. Both my wife and I have purchased many Apple products from small dog electronics; these include an Apple laptop and Apple mini Mac several iPads… As well as various and sundry accessories. We have always been more than satisfied and would rate them most highly.
Small Dog Electronics is an environmentally friendly Apple reseller that I buy all my computer and related products from. The customer service is excellent and items that I order are delivered in a timely manner. There is just something about this company that makes you want to do business with them. May be it is their personal newsletters that are filled with great information and technical advice, may be it is because they donate to worthy causes, may be it is just because they are so dog friendly.
Not helpful and kinda rude.
I will never recommend this business to anyone. I spilled liquid on my macbook pro and brought it in to have it worked on. They said that the keyboard needed to be replaced and told me it would take 7 to 14 days. Three weeks later I had still heard nothing from them so I tried calling multiple times, leaving voice mails every time. No one ever called me back. FOUR weeks later, none the less around finals week, I finally talked to someone who said that the wrong part had been ordered and they were waiting for a new shipment. Another week goes by, I call and they said that the part hasnt come in the most recent shipments and they were still waiting on it. Finally they call saying my computer is done and when I go to pick it up I mention the long wait period and the inconvenience it caused me as a college student around finals week. They gave me the apple number and said that there was nothing they could do.They have HORRIBLE communication with customers. No one ever called to tell me my computer would take TWO TIMES LONGER to fix than expected or ever returned my calls inquiring about the status of my computer. They also did not offer to ship the right part when the wrong part was received in a faster way and just kept telling me I would have to wait for the shipment that contained the part when the shipments were taking longer than they usually for some reasonAlso, sharing my experience with friends I was not the only customer who did not have good experiences here.
I brought in my MacBook Monday morning asking to have more memory installed. I thought I would have to make an appointment and come back. Happily Small Dog installed the memory in a few minutes. Small Dog also took the time to find out and explain that my battery was swelling and should be replaced soon. Typical great Small Dog TLC they have given me for many many years.
I dont normally write reviews, but these guys were awesome! I came in to increase memory because after the Apple operating systems updates, my computer just could not perform. The process was affordable and quick. My computer works so much better. Also the attendants were very honest and upfront about alternatives to the more expensive repairs. This was a good place to visit especially since there arent any Apple stores in the state.
Everyone raves about this place and it deserves it! I placed an order from them last week because I was so impressed the last time I ordered something from them and remembered them. (I forgot what I ordered before but I certainly remember the small dog figurines they packed with it. :) )
Only authorized Apple dealer in Vermont. Not sure what has happened but the customer service has dropped dramatically in the South Burlington location and stock is severely limited. Don’t go in if you are think of shopping and picking up the same day, most items need to be ordered. So disappointed as this us to be a great store.
Beware of small dog. Do not mistake this for an apple store, its a dealer only. They will sell you apple products but you only have them to turn to when things go wrong. Their consumer service is a joke.Bought a MacBook Pro last month, plunked down almost 3 grand and it has never worked on video chats. It shuts down, restarts, you get and error message to send report to apple(which I did every time) guess what, after weeks of case reoprts with Apple, and engineers report says, MacBook Pro has a known problem with no known work around. Cant be fixed period.Small dog doesnt care if Apple says there is a known issue. They want to hang onto the thing for a week, find nothing wrong and argue with me.I asked for the manager on three separate occasions. She is not ever in store, she doesnt return calls. Shes not an owner is she?The pompass attitudes of these staff blew my mind. Not a good expierence at all. I am an Apple user, had them for 27 years, but this is no apple service. Do not shop here.I plan to complain about small dog with the fcc, state attorney general, all mac forums, and anyone that will listen. I America we have laws Small Dog. You need leadership over there and to treat paying consumers with respect.Im 100% disappointed with they way my case has been handled.Im sure someone will see this tomorrow an start apologizing, but dont you believe it ppl. Shop on line for Apple products Vermont, this is not the service you expect from Apple, nor the results from so much time with Apple care.Ill F/U this review if I ever get results on my $2500 paper weight.
Ive been buying at Small Dog for years, and have always been very satisfied! As an IT person, I deal with many vendors, and my experience with Small Dog has always been superlative! I highly recommend them.
Went in for a hard drive issue with my Macbook Pro. Since it was so far out of warranty, he wasnt able to work on it. So he referred me to Brads over in Shelburne. I appreciated the honesty.
Long story short, I accidently deleted my hard drive that held the OS on my MacBook. Apple Support wasnt able to fix the problem so they referred me to Small Dog Electronics as theyre the only Apple certified company in Vermont to work with Apple products. The technician was able to walk me through the fix over the phone rather having me come in to the store, which was AWESOME as I live an hour away! Dont let these bad reviews influence your decision on the establishment!10/10 will be coming back for business!
Small Dog is the worst electronics store Ive ever done business with. Its pretty cliquish. When you walk in, youll see employees standing around talking to customers for long periods of time but its difficult to get help there. The technical department is inconsiderate and rude. I was standing in line, with cash, ready to pay for a repair, and the guy behind the counter was talking softly and asking a bunch of questions to the lady in front, while a line of people formed behind me. It got so bad that two students behind me announced they need to get some more people behind the counter or something to that effect. But this guy kept jabbering, ignoring the growing line. I dont like standing in lines as Im sure no one else does, either. While he kept on being really, really slow with the customer at the counter, I saw two tech service employees standing around at the back, doing nothing. Whats going on? Seriously? They should have been attentive and considerate and been up at the counter to ask someone else if they needed help. Pathetic. When I finally got to the counter to pick up my computer, the guy wouldnt give it to me until I returned with a receipt, showing I had paid, and he fumbled around the computer for 5 minutes like he didnt know what was going on, even though I had given him an order receipt. Finally, he prints a receipt and tells me to go to the other counter to pay. What? So, I have to wait in line again to pay, get a receipt from that guy, then return to the service counter with that receipt to pay for the computer. And when I returned, I cut in line, as the first guy instructed me to come up to the front.Horrible customer service, inconsiderate and rude. Pretty much like the employees of City Market, the most over priced market in Burlington, where the employees acting like youre interrupting them. And whats with the little toy dogs in bags in pails on the counter? Listen ... skip the gimmicks. If you have GREAT customer service and considerate help, with fair prices, you will do well.Small Dog Electronics is a place to avoid.Cliquish clerks. Overpriced service. Rude employees. Skip this place.
The folks here are nice. However, Apple is really not willing to repair at a reasonable cost.
I have always had a positive experience with Small Dog Electronics. They are better than an Apple Store in my opinion for certain things.
Great person at the service counter, right parts, great price, same day service.
Small Dog is the place to go in Burlington to get your out-of-warranty Apple products serviced. They also have a large selection of accessories that can help out in a pinch. Customer service is great!
After bricking my iPhone and reading about how my phone was destroyed and helpless. I brought it to small dog where they also said it was destroyed but still reset my phone to factory settings as a last chance option. As it was resetting they read up on the issue and set up a plan B if the reset didnt work. All of the employees were very pleasant and kind. The reset worked and since it was not expected to work I was not charged! My phone works perfectly now! As I was talking to two of the employees there another helped my mom with a storage problem. The customer service was grade A! The employees gave me tips for the future so it doesnt happen again. I will return to Small Dog Electronics if I ever have problems or need assistance.
Small Dog has always provided me with the best service and most knowledgeable Apple people in the area. While its not the same as an Apple Genius bar, I am more than happy with the service provided.
Friendly staff that were ready to jump in and receive my old iMac for a potential trade. Did have to wait in line for a little bit at the service, as there was only one person at the desk. Otherwise, they were super helpful at taking in my computer and working with me to come up with a fair trade-in value for the iMac.
Great people great service.
Always very helpful and professional. Great environment and cool selection of product
They are not autheorized by Apple! Keep in mind! WHEN YOU GO IN AND THEY WILL ASK 65$ for you device check. That is unnecessary! What you should do is to send your stuff to Apple and they will give you a price for fixing
This place has gone downhill in a big way. For me its now just a place to check out the latest and greatest, then buy said latest and greatest online for less and without sales tax. Repairs used to be quick and well-done, but my laptop took 3 tries before I gave up and drive 300 miles round trip - twice - to our nearest Apple store where it was repaired properly. My husband and children have had similar experiences.I have no idea what happened in the past year or so since my family began having these problems. It used to be great. Maybe that was just the golden retriever that used to be there all the time.
In the last 6 months, on three separate occasions, I have had to ask for help and service with my Mac Book and ipad and each time the service was quick and thorough and the staff got me back in business in no time. In fact, at any time in the last 5 years, the Small Dog service staff have always been exceptionally helpful and friendly. I recently bought a ipad mini and worked with a sales associate who was also very helpful and friendly. I am always in and out of this store very quickly and very satisfied.
Lazy technician didnt want to work on laptop. stopped in twice before to get new OS installed onto a new SSD I bought no problems. Went in this time and he basically said it wasnt worth his time and to just do it myself. I was shocked. Im going to go in again and hope the same person isnt there. Terrible service. Thankfully it normally isnt this bad.
Moses was great at troubleshooting my Mac issues! Very happy with the service.
Expesive and didnt get the full help i needed not to mention was really rude to me.
Theyre helpful and go beyond the norm to have satisfied customers.
The employees at Small dog are always very helpful and friendly. They helped me with a computer charger issues I was having.
I wanted the service guy to look at my iPhone since my battery is not keeping a charge just to see if something was not set up right. He was to busy so told me to talk to an associate. The associate said he didnt know why my battery wasnt charging, that since its old I should just get another phone. I asked if I can change just the battery and he said no. Not wanting to spend $600 for a new phone, I just googled it and find out I can get the battery changed for $60.
I bought an old mac book from a friend. He told me with Ram and a new hardrive, it should work just fine.I went into smalldogs with the old mac book thinking it would be a quick fix. However, I was told I would have to pay heftily with no guarantee it would function. The expert I spoke with kept explaining the possibility of my old mac (an 06) never running again. I got the mac running with some help from friends and paid a little over half of what small dogs was quoting. It runs great!Im very disappoint small dogs staff.
Helpful staff. No pressure to buy. Always clean
Having subscribed to their free and informative newsletters for years, rather than buy my Mac mini from several Apple stores in Houston, I favored them with my business in 2012 and was completely satisfied with the shipment and merchandise received.
The worst customer experience for repair I have ever had. I have worked with dozens of computer repair companies and myself was in IT for over 10 years. Their intake process is a mess, they said it would be done in 1 to 3 days and nothing was done after 2 weeks. When we got the computer back the hard drive would not even boot. Literally the worst. On top of that all of the tech reps were impatient and rude.
The place for apple products, staff is friendly and informative
My first visit. Love the Vermonty atmosphere! Product display spot on. Great customer service!
Wonderful customer service and Incredibly helpful when it came to fixing my Macbook Air. I will recommend to anyone with any sort of Apple issue.
They do a good job. Pretty expensive but they fix what problem I had
After buying a Mac and being given misinformation by the floor salesmen. The Tec guy was not overly joyed to give out information about a simple fix without mentioning prices per hour for Tec support. Overall Costumer service is poor.
They charge $30 per phone call. What the hell is that? Not knowledgeable about my issue on several occasions. Just like every other modern business I guess, money money money
Highly knowledgeable staff, if they dont have the answers, they know where to find them.
Excellent customer service...very helpful 👍
Not impressed-brought in broken iPad and was told maybe dropping it again would help...I understand some things are not fixable but perhaps a little more courtesy would be nice.
My first time walking in was great. My screen on my iPhone was cracked and I heard they did repairs. Its fairly expensive but rather than ship it off to apple or wait until my next trip to a state with an apple store I decided to shell out the money to have it fixed locally and hopefully quickly. It was quickly fixed (yay!) but upon using my phone that night I noticed that some buttons no longer worked and it was glitchy. I had brought it in with no glitches just a crack and now it looked nice but didnt work. So I went in and talked to the manager I think (will?) and he was very accommodating and told me to bring it in the next day for a technician to look at.idk I thought that since it had not worked after i left it with them then it wouldnt by my responsibility to fix what they broke... the next day the technician guys were so rude, I paid for the service again because arguing was exhaustive, and in the end I paid for something that they broke and also that they couldnt fix anyway. The whole experience was awful and Im never going back in again, Ill just visit an Apple store in another state. The sales personnel are great (but then again, dont they have to be, theyre trying to sell you something...) but the service/technicians were eh to say the least.
Our 27 iMac crashed on us and of course we had ALL of our family pictures on it. We called Small Dog and they were friendly over the phone, giving us the details on how their repair facility worked. The iMac was out of the Apple Care warranty and so this was going to come our of our pocket. The diagnosis was to cost us $65 alone and we of course agreed because we have ALL our pictures on that computer (stupid, I know!). They were ultra friendly when we brought the computer in, gave us details on when wed hear back from them and gave us no false hope.We were called sooner than expected with a prognosis and cost. The data recovery process would cost us $150 (with no promises that wed get anything), the new hard drive another $150 and then another $100 for labor or other parts or something. So, $150 to try to get our pictures back with no promise and another $300 for the diagnosis and new hard drive. The friendly people there called us often with updates and they got our pictures back!! The computer was done sooner than we thought and runs beautifully now. My husband says it was a little pricey but I disagree. Hes a computer smart person, Im not. However, I would have paid $450 for my pictures alone if I new that would get them back! Id go back to them in a heartbeat. On a side note, save your pictures elsewhere people! And, get the Apple Care 3 year warranty because weve had to use it on both our Mac Pro and iMac. Its worth it!
We try hard to support local business. Bought our first apple product from Small Dog. Worst service ever. Terrible sales and service help. BAD attitudes and unhelpful. NOT surprised to see Apple has cut you off. Sad.
Great service! Just what I ordered and on time delivery. Thanks!
This store changed my life. After a dramatic and disapointing search for a laptop charger at 4 different retail locations, we came to the glorious establishment of Small Dog. I was obviously VERY anxious due to the fact I had a long, frustrating charger-seeking escapade. My anxities vanished as I was greeted at the front door by a marvelous creature dog named Hector with 10 million wrinkle and a springy tail. Finding a charger was easy and the man who helped us was friendly and very understanding to my dreadful saga. Tears practically sprung to my eyes in blissful relief. I would reccomend this store to anyone even pageans!!! I feel emotional writing this review because I am that thankful!!
Ok I will bring to you a baby girl dog ok I swer
Terrible... Extremely expensive repairs, bad customer service, VERY long wait times, terrible tech support, sloppy refurbs, rude sales reps... I would recommend just going to the nearest actual Apple store to get anything done, even though thats 8 hours, $100 and a ferry ride away for me.
April 5, 2016 - I called to ask if small dog would repair a broken screen on my iphone. I am traveling and staying in Burlington for a few days. The guy who answered the phone was a real jerk - rude, disinterested and arrogant. Im not going there and my advice is that you dont go there either. Who needs that kind of crap from a damn clerk?
I bought a macbook air plus a 3 yr warrantee. When I brought my computer in to deal with a problem I was told they couldnt fix. I would have to go to an apple store.Wheres the nearest one? In Albany, NYI should have been told they are not an authorised apple repair shop.
NOT TOO BUSY TO HELP. EMPLOYEE AT REGISTER JUMPED IN TO HELP ME WHEN SVS AND SALES FOLKS WERE BACKED UP... FIXED MY MACBOOK AIR ISSUE. TURNED FRUSTRATION INTO JOY
I went in with my partner to have a laptop looked at and the tech told here there is no problem with her mouse when there clearly is. While he was checking out other items on the laptop I mentioned my excitement on getting the new iPhone 5 and mentioned that I would just go there and get it. GET THIS....he actually told me that I could get it anywhere I wanted, that they all handled AT&T contracts the same. HE ACTUALLY DISCOURAGED ME FROM PURCHASING IT THERE!!!! No problem...I will give my business to someone that wants it.Secondly, last night my lcd went on my ipad and I called there a few minutes ago to get a quote on repairing it. The man who answered the phone told me they did not stock parts or do the actual repairs, that they were outsourced and took 2-3 weeks. No quote even though I told him I had the first iPad. So I decided to look at these reviews and they are horrible. Further down I read one that said Pine Computers around the corner repaired iPads so I called them. 2-3 DAYS!!! and from 129 to 149. Guess where my iPad is going??? I havent decided whos getting the iPhone, but I know it wont be small dog!
Great service, always helpful. Large selection of Apple products.
Scammers, I came in to order a part for my macbook, seeing as they advertise themselves as apple repair specialists. I asked to have a power inverter ordered, and the guy refused, unless I paid a $157 fee to just have it looked at. I wanted to repair it myself but they refused customer service just because they couldent profit on me. Cheapskate Scumbags.
Cannot understand why some of these people write such poor reviews----- Small Dog has always been a super supplier --- & does business in a personal way which so few shops do today.......& i would with them from California!
Service department is terriblely slow. Waited 30 minutes for some one to help drop off a repair. Another 30 minutes to pick it up
Very good customer service; pleasent atmosphere
They fixed my computer and then told me that a month later, apple would stop making parts for my computer. Why did they not tell me this before I put 350 dollars into my computer? because they are a horrible company.
Was not happy at all. Had some issues with my mac and they just kept sending me out the door. They didnt want to help at all. Wanted me to just contact Apple. For an apple place they did not seem like they wanted to help.
They specialize in Apple products, but fail to mention that they dont do iphones, one of Apples most sold products. Also, tech support guy was incredibly rude.
Company refuses to service you if you don’t give name email and phone number.
It has always been the best for me!
I would rather spend a week at the DMV than try to get my Mac fixed here again.
An Electronic store that specializes in Apple Products, little to none Android products.
