Storms customer service skills could use some work.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!! I have gone here and found cheap and reasonably priced clothes and items for myself and kids!!! Found cute maternity clothes when i was pregnant with my daughter!!! My mother in law finds stuff all the time here and it is a great place to shop!!!! I will def be going back in the near future to buy summer clothes for my kids because they are cheap and the kids grow out of them in no time!

Always a pleasure to buy at this store. The owner and staff are wonderful and know their products. Everything is clean and in great condition. Highly suggest it to buy items and consign your not needed items.

Love this place! They almost always have what Im looking for. Was on the hunt for a booster seat n they had just got one in! Brand new! Will continue going in!

This place is amazing. The people there are so kind. I do agree some stuff is expensive however it is still cheaper than new products, and cheaper than many people try to sell things for on marketplace and let go. They also have sales every day to the point where you can get a whole outfit for 1 dollar. They are always so kind here and compared to other consignment stores ive been to their products are great quality. I go here a lot and will continue to for a very long time.

Over priced and not friendly. Walked in and the lady at the counter was having a full on conversation, never once offered customer service. As far as merchandise, it just looked like they put things wherever they will fit. No room to really move around. First and last visit.

I would honestly give this place no stars if I could. They have a huge selection but the owner is extremely rudeI hope everyone reads the one star reviews and the response by the owner who legit argues with everyone who reviews the shop poorly. I would also like to say I had gone in the store a number of times with the same “service”. One time the owner was on a personal call while checking me out. I gave this place multiple times with the same “service”. Yes we all have bad days and we are all human however the owner seems to only have bad days. I have gone to this place a number of times because I know the owners daughter even though it is a bit over priced for second hand in my opinion. Each time I attempted to be friendly and made purchases while in the store. Each time I was met with the same poor attitude.Note they do have maternity clothing second hand, which was difficult to find in other stores but when I asked to try it on it felt like the owner thought it was an inconvenience.

Called ahead for a specific item. Lady said they had three choices after she checked real quick. Went in items were as she said, purchased quickly and on my way.Very clean and great experience.

The people who work here are incredibly nice; however, I have visited many times and rarely make a purchase of anything substantial because their prices are ridiculously high. I can purchase brand new merchandise for the same price that they are asking. I have been to some great consignment stores, but unfortunately this isn’t one of them. I was unimpressed with the quality of the clothing and shoes- everything screamed Goodwill to me. And it isn’t so much a children’s consignment shop anymore. The store is littered with adult clothing consignment as well, and it is definitely not what I would spend my money on.

It’s a good variety, but the quality isn’t worth buying it second hand at the prices they ask! 1 toy dumb truck your average size was $21.99. Used!! A crib, $399.99 scratched up missing paint USED!! It’s just absolutely ridiculous in my opinion, this is a consignment shop not where you get stuff brand new at Babies R Us

Big store, really organized, and really great selection! A liiiiittle pricey for it being consigned, but youre getting really great items it seems. Didnt look at everything, but first time there and Ill definitely be back!

I love this consignment shop! We bought FurReal toys that are priced over $100 for $15 dollars here! I have bought Michael Kors boots here for $15 and I get compliments every time I wear them. They have sales all of time. I would rather shop here than go to goodwill or salvation army. The ladies are always nice! Great prices and great service every time I go!

Prices are way too high. Deff worth the drive to just go to Once Upon a Child in Greensboro. For example a used cat n jack shirt from Target was $4.99 here when you can just buy it brand new from Target for $6! If you’re looking for expensive name brand items then maybe you would like the deals here. Onesies are $2.50 here ($1 at Once Upon a child). And toys are almost at new price as well. A walker was $30 (and only $40 brand new on Amazon). The selection here is good, but prices are too high. I would have bought a lot more if not so expensive.

Prices are higher than youd expect for second hand items. Staff is helpful and friendly though.

If you need baby or kids things up to like 14 this is your go to place!Neat,friendly,organized and most stuff are gently used or brand new!I gave it 4 stars only because they didnt have any Men things but a great place!

They need to get there stuff in order and keep up will incoming merchandise better.

Its the only consignment store that feels and looks clean. Very helpful staff. The clothes are lightly touch a d the always have furniture.

If you have children you need to go to Jack And Jill, before you spent twice as much somewhere else, they have loads of clothes and toys, beds, childrens furnature, and it all looks like new, but its used, check them out.

I love consignment stores! I have shopped here several times after being referred by a friend and even drove about 25 minutes for the trip. The store is neat, and the selection is okay. The prices have always been a little high on the average but you could save with getting stuff on sale. You have to look though. I view consignment as offering a good deal. Some of the items I can find for the item for the same price new at Target or Buy Buy Baby on sale. (But I always use my phone to compare prices.) I never sold but my friend did. I was surprised when I heard what she got for her items. Sell them yourself. You will get way more! Trust me. I perfer Kid Exchange consignment sales eventhough they do take time. However, I am a stay home mom.The store recently moved and I declare...I think the prices went up more. I went in looking for a high chair and the cheapest one I saw was $130! I think that did it for me. It is just not worth the gas and my time. I can shop closer to home and find better deals.

I am not rating as a consumer bc I dont shop there but I do sale my items to this store. The first few times I considered the money given back (and I say this loosly)reasonable but the last time I took my items, I felt completely ripped off! I took in a lot of things and LOTS of things with tags( Ralph lauren, coach, true religion, aldo, seven jeans...with tags), they gave me next to nothing, and of course kept almost everything I had. I know they had a lot coming in, and I brought a lot in but if they didnt have the cash on hand to be fair, they shouldnt have accepted most all of my things. My friend mentioned the same thing had happened to her several days earlier. Now we are out of our money and clothing. This place should be dissappointed of how they are taking advantage of people.
