Office staff has been amazing! I’m mid changing jobs and was going to lose my vision coverage. They got my husband and me in for new patient visits within a couple of days. They were helpful, friendly, patient and thorough in answering of all my questions. I’m new to having to wear glasses so I only have one other experience to compare to but have to say I really appreciated how much the doctor explained to me as we were going through the eye exam. He had a great bedside manner. Wish all medical offices made me feel as welcome and supported as this practice has. Kudos!!

I had such a great experience with Dr. Hollop! The ladies at the front desk were friendly & attentive. Dr. Hollop helped me extensively deal with contacts not fitting correctly in my eyes - following up with me after my eye drops regime was complete, and providing great care. He took the time to explain what was happening with my eyes and why. I felt so confident in his care, I’ve referred my husband and friends who all have had great experiences there. The attention and detail that he gave me to me is not found much in the healthcare field these days!

I’ve had Dr Tony in the past and have continued on with him at his new location. Dr. Tony is clearly a passionate optometrist and only wants the best for his patients. I got in quickly to see him, got a good exam, and learned a lot about eye care while there.He has a contagious level of enjoyment for his practice and that makes him enjoyable to see. Outstanding customer service!!!! Every optometrist in the greater Burlington area couldn’t get me in for 2-3 months even after telling them I couldn’t see! I called Associates in Eye Care and explained the situation of the need for emergency eye exam. They squeezed me in the same day! Thank you Dr. Tony and team!!!!

I arrived to my eye doctor appointment 20 minutes early. When my appointment time came they took another customer from the waiting room and I waited patiently. 20 minutes past the time of my appointment, I ask the front desk, do you know how much longer it will be for my appointment? The response was, yeah I guess he is running a little late but you have to remember you got here early. I responded saying, 25 minutes is more than a little late. I am a new customer so wondering if this is typical. The front desk said this it was not so again I waited. Another five minutes passed and I can see the employees standing around and ask, Can you find out how much longer before I can be seen? The front desk responded, is there some place you need to be? If you do then I can tell him to hurry it up. My response, I took time off from work to be here. its a matter of respect for my time to not wait around for 30 minutes. I started to leave fed up that every time I politely asked for an update, I was instead met with critiques. Just as I go to leave, coincidently the doctor was ready to see me. I shared my experience with the him and he said sorry, that happens, when I asked why he said that one customer always needs more time and it pushes back the entire day. I said well if it happens this often and you know this client then you could schedule the correct time needed so that this does not happen. His response, well I suppose we should do that. Ironically, my appointment was rushed through and although I didnt get an accurate prescription, I will not be going back there because of this experience.

I have been very impressed by all my interactions with Dr. Jaremczuk and his staff. They are low key and also extremely professional. When my prescription sunglasses (what a gift) were chewed to pieces by my dog, they worked tirelessly to get me a replacement pair at no cost to me. A co-worker also had an amazing experience with Dr. J., who found a cancer behind her eye. Because of his awareness, she is well and healthy. Thank you, Associates in Eye Care, Burlington!

I used to love going here, but his new receptionists have been absolutely dreadful at communicating. I’ve had problems with them calling me back multiple times. I had a major medical issue and didn’t receive a call back after reaching out multiple times over the course of a day and a half and ended up having to go to urgent care over the weekend.

Dr. Jaremczuk is an exceptional optometrist. Not only is he knowledgable, he educates the patient on matters of the eye in an affable and understandable manner. Its no surprise that he taught biology and chemistry in the past. He is a doctor and teacher -- and he has a pleasant sense of humor -- its nice to laugh during an eye appointment. My fittings for eyeglasses and contacts were thorough and efficient. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking an eye health expert.

Dr. Jaremczyk was the most thorough eye doctor I have been to. He took the time to get my prescription just right and I have to say its the best one I have ever had. I didnt even realize how bad my old glasses were until I put them on again. Dr. J really cares about his patients and it shows.
