Unbelievably nasty! It was about 6:00 in the evening so the store was a little on the crowded side but I had never been to a Sheetz like this before! I went for gas but me and my kids were thirsty so we wanted to go inside for something to drink. The drink area was filthy! There word towels of some sort on the floor in an attempt to keep the area dry but it did not help there was some kind of leak coming from somewhere. There were no large cups at the fountain but someone left an entire sleeve on top of the small fridge display. So I said okay I grabbed the sleeve and got cups for me and my children only to then realize the fact that there were no tops for the cups either. I couldnt find an employee and I wasnt going to continue to do their job for the so we poured out drinks out and I went to the register to pay for my gas. The crazy thing was I said to the cashier that the drink area was absolutely filthy. He responded to me by shrugging his shoulders. I responded back by telling him this was the worst sheets I had ever been to. If I didnt need gas as bad as I did I would have left all together. He still didnt seem to care.

As a customer and a mother to a current employee there. I am very disappointed in the store manager Susan. She isnt handling herself in a professional way. My name shouldnt come up in any conversation at that store. Unless your repeating a order that I purchased. It has come to my attention that I am always a topic of interest. Sheetz needs to be about Sheetz not Shonte. A customer has even contacted me about this matter. She overhead the conversation while ordering food.

As a former Sheetz employee I am highly disappointed in the service. Due to change of management this location is going down hill. Nasty attitudes especially from the store manager Suzanne is highly unacceptable. She is very unprofessional. In addition to nasty bathrooms, sales floor, and drink station. I will not be returning to this location. I will also make sure to tell my family and friends to beware of this location.

I’m not far off the highway and they have half-and-half as well is milk for the coffee. They did one out of breakfast this morning but the stuff is real friendly and the bathrooms are clean. Came back and couldn’t be slower with food. Dropped a star.

Great location; close to home; but should get more or higher point value on items you by and gas. Speedway has better points and value for their savings card, sorry to say👌👍🎅😎🇺🇸🏈🏈⚾⚾⚾

I visit the store almost every morning to get coffee. The Frozen lattes are amazing even the sugar free caramel. What an amazing staff they have. They are always friendly, efficient, well dressed, well-groomed, and the store is always clean! Ive even started ordering my breakfast here the bagels are pretty good. I personally think they had the best onion rings around. You should definitely try them out, for a gas station they are offering some serious 24/7 customer service!

Always clean. Restroom ALWAYS clean. Im adamant about only using public restroom when absolutely necessary, and for many years, i have NEVER had issue with their restrooms!!! Great Job!! 👍👍

I ordered through GrubHub, due to online learning for my kids and we wanted a quick lunch. Needless to say the food was terrible. Hot dogs were cold, chili was cold, they put 1000 onions on the hotdogs. The pizzas I got for the kids were burnt, the tater tots were full of grease and Luke warm, the burger sliders tasted just like the grill with cleaning supplies on it. That and the hot dogs. There staff must be having a bad day in the kitchen. Only reason I gave them two stars is because GrubHub got my food here fast in 6 minutes and I was offered a refund.

This location at Mebane Oaks Rd., Mebane, NC is not clean. Food on tables pulled inside from outdoor dining area, floors need swept throughout--under water fountain, ladies restroom stalls, restroom needs refreshed, by far the least clean Sheetz Ive ever been in! And blip on gas tank video monitor says freakishly clean.

I go here every night all the night time employees are very kind and courteous as well as the management and the store is always neat and clean Katie is always smiling and now that shes on day shift I miss her working at night its just not the same

Just got a grilled chicken sandwich with lettuce, tomato, bacon & mayo. It was perfect & SO good! Arbys & Hardees are gonna have to step it up, WAY up to compete

The worst Sheetz I have ever been to! Twice now they have forgotten to give us all our food. The first time it was missing 6 hotdogs and the second time a bucket of fries. Shame on me for not looking until I get home. It won’t happen again. Also it’s never very busy there but takes them forever to make the food and they don’t even make everything on the ticket. I love Sheetz but I think they need some training from PA.

FILTH! Absolute filth! In fact, the bathroom was even cleaner than the rest of the store. This was, by far, the worst one Ive ever seen. Trash was strewn throughout the store floor. Litter in the parking lot. Watered down fountain drinks, and sticky counters from spilled beverages. PLEASE Sheetz, clean up your act!

EVERYTIME i go to this sheetz they NEVER call my number !!! And I’m left waiting and waiting for my order . I usually go and sit down at the sitting area they got because I know it’s gonna take a few mins. And they seem to forget I’m there WAITING !!! And when the Caucasian man with glasses finally sees me he says” You need help ma’am “!??? Ummm duh you literally took my order 5 mimd ago ( two large frozen lattes ) they’ve been sitting there idk how long . Second time I went for smoothies. There’s no need to say anymore because I was left with a reason to NEVER come to sheetz no more !!! 🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️ Will stick the Graham sheetz for now. Their drive thru is more convenient and I NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THEM !!!!
