Overpriced for low quality goods.I bought a full dinner set here that looked beautiful online. In person, it looks like something I wouldnt have paid target prices for. PLUS, the plates and bowls are laughably oversized. They wont take them back. Awful customer service and Ill certainly never shop here again. Look at Sur la Table or Crate and Barrel instead!!!

I bought some nice tumbler glasses as a gift for my boss. The clerk asked if Id like them gift wrapped, which she did a very nice job doing. Though she forgot to remove the price stickers from the bottom of the glasses. My boss and I are cordial, but I was disappointed that the price stickers were still on the glasses when he opened the gift. I hoped for better attention to detail.

This place has expensive kitchenware. While most of the items here are out of our price range in relation to its use, there are some quality items here that we are willing to pay a premium for. One such category of items is cutlery as quality knives do have a noticeable difference.

Anissa Fagans at the Williams-Sonoma Store in Burlington Mall was extremely friendly, and engaging and helpful. She went out of her way to make sure that I was able to find what I need even if it meant pointing me to another store (which unfortunately led to her unable to get credit for the sale). I will recommend anyone looking for kitchenware to the store!

As a regular customer of Williams-Sonoma, the typical shopping experience that I have had with your staff has been pleasant, and I have thoroughly enjoyed the products that I have purchased from you (from larger ticket items such as my Vitamix, to smaller items such as my grilling rubs). Today however, (June 19, 2016) was an entirely different experience. I entered your Burlington Mall location, with the intention of learning more about, pricing, and likely purchasing a Nespresso machine- when I was approached by a staff member of yours. This woman staff member (whose name, fortunately for her, I did not happen to catch, but I could point her out by appearance if need be) handled my questions with an impatient tone (eye rolls, sighs), and a undercurrent of hostility that was inexplicable given the circumstances.I can safely say, that no matter how much I may be interested in purchasing an item from this store again, I cannot in good conscience- reconcile spending one more cent at a business whose staff treats their customers so poorly. An apology would be very much appreciated. Until then, I will be sharing this experience with all of my family, friends, and social media.

The ladies running the store and the register were extremely unpleasant and unhelpful. They acted as if it was a burden that you wanted them to do their job. Doesnt seem as if theyve ever heard the term customer service.
