Favorite saying Whats not to like?. We frequently travel RT 160 miles to our closest Costco, for a months worth of foodstuffs and other unique goodies. I find the staff will hustle to help in any way and it is very rare that I cant fulfill my expectations. Best value, unmatched quality.

Parking lot was full but today it didnt shop like a packed store. Found everything I went for and a few extra things, of course. Seasonal items are still in good supply although they were out of toilet paper and paper towels. The other thing is I wanted to purchase 2 bottles of extra strength gel tab Tylenol and was only allowed to purchase 1. There was no sign that indicated there were any limits. That was not a positive!

Such a great location! So many products at great prices. Exactly what you would expect at a warehouse type store (large quantities at exceptional cost)!Ample parking and a layout making even the back 40 seem close. Many accessible spaces available in close proximity to the entrance/exit.Items were well stocked. Store was clean and orderly. Aisles in the store allowed the vast amount of customers to safely social distance while shopping.Social distancing markers visible at checkout. Ample checkouts open to handle amount of customers and two employees per checkout sped things along.Only issue was at checkout ... I had placed my member card for it to be scanned when I noticed the cashier aiming the scanning gun to the plexiglas. Apparently, she didn’t want to scan the card laying down but wouldn’t ask me to kindly hold the card up. Poor service on her part as she could have simply asked in the beginning.Nevertheless, my purchase was completed and I was on my way to the exit where the employees were friendly and made up for the previous lack of customer service.

Membership personal very nice. Very hard to get around when you are disabled. It is extremely frustrating they really need to do something to help us disabled maneuver. We have wheel chair but how can we also push cart?? Please help us. We would like to shop Costco also. We are already left out of so much.

Ive been to many Costcos in many states and this one is just as awesome as the rest. They did however seem to be short staffed and when we bought food from the food court there was no silverware and when I asked the man behind the counter if he could get some he was not able to because he was busy and there were no there employees to help. One if the cashiers at the self check out was very helpful and friendly. I wish I had gotten her name. Hats off to her for her outstanding customer service!

This is my last year as a Costco Executive member and will not be shopping at this location any longer. Worth the drive to go to Bellingham or Marysville than to have to deal with the miserable employees that work at this location. I thought Costco was supposed to be a good place to work!? The employees definitely do not reflect that. Have had nothing but bad experiences here.

Costco is great — this location is kind of annoying because they insist on checking your membership when you enter…like…super irritating

Good the gas prices are nice it didnt cost me 105 to fill up my truck this time gas in town nope last time here in town paiway to much cost 149.72 I make the drive for cheaper gas

Nice Costco but tons of people whenever you go. Their food stand before the exit makes food pretty fast.

10 stars to Burlington Costco. They are handling the hysteria with class and professionalism. I applaud who ever runs this team, as well as each and every one of the employees. They kept a lot of people calm. Amazing.

Costco has a surprising amount of organic food and electronics like OLED TVs.Quality stuff for cheap. Even things like organic seaweed snacks and grass-fed beef can be bought in bulk.

I love Costco, but could have more of a variety of drinks 🙊 . A better covid distancing method could be in place

Ive been shopping at Burlington Costco since the doors first opened. Constantly impressed by the staff and their friendly and helpful nature with customers. The store always has a great variety of products. The fruit/veggies are always beautiful and delicious. A true one stop shop for a family of 6!

Very clean store and I went to the tire part. The man there was friendly and he had the tires on the cart and I purchased them in under 5 minutes. Very fast and a great price for Michelin tires. Thank you Costco!

I love this Costco location, the employees are always very nice and helpful, and they are usually very well stocked on all items. They just added some self-check machines and boy do they save time! It was amazing, if never seen such short lines, and even no lines! This is my go-to location for all Costco-related needs

Always a good place to shop. Some products dropped,such as rising crust pizza. Sometimes products offered in too large quantity for me, but variety is good.

The only reason to go to the store is because of the prices. Its always crowded. The customer service needs a lot of work over there. I was disappointed.

Went to Mt Vernon Costco this week. I was there in mid afternoon. Not crowded and had enough check out lanes open that we walked right up and were the next people in line. People were wearing masks.

Love it. What else can I say? 😁My latest fave from there is Sujis brand Taiyaki. Sooo yummy! 😋

Pretty well stocked store overall, despite the global supply trade failures going on.

Service is always friendly and quick. Great variety of merchandise for grabbing the essentials. Make sure to keep a list handy though. Bad for people with impulsive buying habits...

Seems great for big families but the savings dont seem to really be much savings after the membership price. I still find better deals elsewhere. However, its still the store I go for diapers in bulk. Kirkland Signature diapers are great quality and price.

Extremely rude and disrespected by a staff member behind the return counter. For years we have been coming here and if you are going to the food court you enter through the exit. There are no signs telling you otherwise. My father was showing his I.D to people and no one would look. The next thing we know we are being yelled at, not asked, YELLED at. The lady demanded to see my mothers id and asked where we were headed as if we were inside the Pentagon. She abbrassivley yelled at my mother that we have to go around through the ENTRANCE to get to the food court.My mom showed her ID as the lady continued her verbal assualt. We walked away after showing her the ID and the lady said just so you know for next time. I caught part of her name which started with a J with blonde hair and older. I understand if this is for Covid and what not but, my parents are upset at this Costco and hope that appropriate action will be taken for this inconsiderate and rude behavior.

Always a treat when there are samples you can actual taste. Bought four items that where being demoed!!!

Costco has everything you need and more, I love going there to purchase what I want and need. I also love to just walk around and dream of one day I can buy one of everything in the store. Thats just my dream.

Only saw 1 person without a mask, unfortunately it was an employee down around his chin. He was outside so fine, but it was right at entrance to the building so, gross. Otherwise, everything else was great.

Not to crowded. Fuel prices are lower than anywhere Ive seen in whatcom country.

Why cant Costco get Prunes in a bag. They got all kinds of dry fruits except Prunes. Some of the prices are very high than the retail stores. Pay for the membership and dont get the things we want. Chilli paste varieties of bar soaps. You see same stuff on the shelves each day and month. Please make some changes getting different kinds of products. Thanks

Wed afternoon seems to be a good time to shop although lines at checkout were about the same as usual.

MMMMM, SAMPLES ARE BACK!!!And they had a pair of pants my size, unlike the rest of the Burlington stores Id been pants-hunting in recently.

The layout of this store is so convenient and the staff are very courteous. Plenty of parking. Several ways to exit to avoid heavy traffic off I-5.

I absolutely love Costco. They have such a variety of wonderful things at all of good quality . The only problem is they just rearranged the store and it is extremely irritating to try and find where everything is since youve known where they were for years and now its completely different. I realize its to make you shop more and spend more but it is still very irritating.

The staff was very rude today. I heard other customers complaining, as well so i know it isnt just my imagination. They did not greet me, or the people behind me. The only thing they said to me was leave the paper towels in the cart after i had already put them up on the counter. No Hi, How are you doing? Nothing.I honestly felt like a cow in a herd of cattle. They need to start trying to treat people like people and not cattle.

Weve been coming here for years! Then all of a sudden, my mom gets hit by a truck in the parking lot. Even after that though were still coming! Nothing will stop us, not even broken legs and arms!

As usual, hey, its a Costco! This particular Costco is a bit small... but somehow they manage to have the usual dizzying array of goods inside. I believe they have fewer furniture and garden displays than other Costcos.And while not terribly obvious, they do also have a gas station.

Never had a bad experience with Costco. The people there are friendly and cheerful.

They did an Awsome job enforcing social distancing guidelines. They need to do a better job of cart sanitizing. I witnessed the person who was supposed to be sanitizing the carts simply just spraying disinfectant into the air with zero focus on the cart handles.

Its Costco. Good food selection. Fair prices. Lines move ok, not fast.

They should call it colossalco everything is super sized and amazing

My favorite “Big Box” in the County. Best prices for higher quality foods and good value on consumables. Staff is fun and friendly, store and bathrooms are clean and access to/from I-5 can’t be better.

I love this store I just hate that they butchered their food court and the options with in it. To have as many people inside your store like you do and yet cry about a pandemic making it so you have to make it clean and safe just shows youre trying to up your profits while cutting the things that draw the people to your store and have made you the awesome company that you used to be.

Can always get what I need at a great price. Store is busy with many people at most times of the day.

Easy shopping at Costco today. No crowds at lunch time. No scones in the bakery either. Sad.

Prices are good, quality products. But why dont they open earlier? B/c they dont have to. If your the only game in town, you can make your customers suffer heavy crowds. They need some competition, then maybe they would think more of the needs of their customers.

While on a short trip my Jeep had a valve stem issue on the rear driver side tire and I was losing air fast. We had stopped to get gas at the COSTCO in Burlington WA. I quickly stopped over to the tire shop at COSTCO for some air. That is when I found out my valve stem was broke. Dave in the tire shop was amazing. He went way out of his way to find the issue, get my Jeep in and fix the issue at a great price. He acted as if he had done nothing but to my wife and 3 kids he saved the day.Dave was amazing and deserves a bonus or some extra days off.In the past years it has seemed as if customer service has gone away forever. But Dave saved us.

They were running us through like cattle today. Just scanning and leaving everything in the basket. Not even a box. Unloaded everything piece by piece in and out of my car in the rain. Everything was moved in different areas so made long shopping trip.

Good for getting more for your money wish they had bigger selection of diapers wipes and formula
