How here for all your john deere and stihl needs. Both sale and service staff are extremely knowledgeable and can answer any question. Service staff will print diagrams to make your repair easier. The environment is clean and bright. World not go anywhere else in alamance. Plenty of parking space outside. Great selection

I needed a belt for my tractor and went to the dealer I purchased it from and they didnt have it said it would take 2-3 days. Miffed but said order it left. Ran into friend also farmer they said call Quality / John Deere in Burlington went home got number and they said they could have it next morning BIG SMILE I said wonderful. Call next morning 8:45 they said yes its in . They were Very Busy had to wait but Sales Assistance was pleasant, helpful Samual Rankin . Thank-you for your help . Wished I knew about your place before but you have got my business from now on.

I bought a brush crusher 4200 from Nathan for my 4510 tractor. It broke the ears off of four paws on my tractor. (250.00) each. I bought the first two, they bought the last two. Tried to get my money back for the brush crusher but they said it was my fault for putting to much pressure on it. I have had a loader bucket on it for 15 years never broke one. Contacted sales manager Dean Bowers two times and have got nowhere. I am left with a 1,500 dollar yard ornament and they do not care.

My husband and I bought a new John Deere lawn mower and when we left the store we was not given the handbook. My husband had to go back and pick the lawnmower up and was told there was no gas to fill up the gas tank in the lawn mower. He did however give us an extra key at no charge. Again we still didnt get the handbook. I had to call and ask for it to be mailed to us. Our salesman was Jerry Rabon.

Im very happy with quality Equipment and have dealt with them for years and the John Deere products that they sell.They stand behind their product and anyone whos looking to buy John Deere product should go there as opposed to a home improvement center.John Deere original equipment parts are somewhat pricey but you can only get them from an authorized dealer ....ie Quality Equipment....... luckily you dont need them very often.

Nice showroom, great equipment, poor service. Charged $100 to pick up my mower, kept it twice as long as they said they would (why pick it up if you arent ready to service it?), and the bill came in higher than I was quoted with no explanation.

Dropped off my lawnmower due to a leak in the rear transmission. They couldnt find the leak - I can understand, hey it happens. I was disappointed in the over $250 in labor charges that was incurred in them trying to find the leak. I understand to a degree but not for a bill that totals almost $300 (including tax and the transmission fluid). All I can say is that I would have called the customer and made sure they were ok with incurring that type of cost when they realized they could not find the leak. Needless to say, I will not be returning.
