Excellent service from Nancy, who did a great job of helping me choose the right chair by explaining the pros and cons of various features and choices. She followed up with the manufacturer and gave updates of when to expect delivery. There are a lot of nice products there, and professional service. Highly recommended.
My wife called the store, explaining that we needed to get the wedge within 3 days, as she was heading out of town for a medical reason. The woman on the phone (receipt says her name is Kat) offered to personally deliver the product on her way home from work (out of her way) that day. This was not a very expensive item either. That is unbelievable service and empathy for the customer. I am absolutely amazed. The world needs more people like Kat.
They have great service at the store and extremely comfortable products.I went in looking to buy a new pillow, and Kat pointed me to each of the pillows that might suit my needs, giving me a full description of each and allowing me to try that out until I found the right one. She also found a coupon for me when I was checking out.The pillow I ended up choosing was definitely expensive, but its the most comfortable pillow Ive owned in my life and I cant imagine going back.
Short version: Prices are the same as Amazon, superior products, great service, you get to try before you buy and take it home that day.What a great experience I had yesterday at Relax the Back.I first shopped on Amazon, but the shipping would take a week. Luckily, I decided to look at the RTB website, because they’re local. The prices were virtually identical. That was the first pleasant surprise.I made it to the store with only 5 minutes to spare. I wanted to test the back rollers out and assured the store associate that I was aware of the time and that I’ll only be a minute or two. he said “no problem, stay as long as you’d like”. I’m used to associates trying to get out as soon as the clock ticks closing time, if not before. This was my second of many pleasant surprises.I got talking to the associate and learned his name. It is Jullian Coleman. This is where my experience began to far exceed what I could have possibly expected. I was just buying an inexpensive back roller. Jullian clearly loves what he does and is very knowledgeable. I was there because my back hurt and wanted relief; Jullian seemed to be empathetic to that.It’s now after closing time. He asks me if I’ve ever tried a zero-gravity chair. I said no. He got me set up in one and it was the best my back has felt in over a month. Like I said, he loves what he does and it shows. We talked all about the chairs, the company, back relief tips and before I knew it, we were talking about our families and where we live. To make a long story at least a little short, I stayed until past 7 PM! The store closed at 6! I felt as good or better than I do after a PT session.I made sure to get Jullian’s card, because I couldn’t wait to write this glowing review. The products are superior, the prices are the same as Amazon and I was able to take it home that day. The best part, by far though, was Jullian himself. He loves what he does, is personable, kind, friendly, knowledgeable and hard working. When I left an hour after closing, he was still there working. I can’t say enough about Jullian. I feel like I made a friend and RTB earned a customer for life.
Great products, we purchased a foot/calf massage machine that we really like a lot and the office chair has been great. They stand behind their products and its appreciated.

I received good service while in the Burlington store. I was also impressed with the gentleman who met me on a Sunday in the closed Needham location ( and in fact He made the sale of your Xchair product but due to limited stock I had to go to Burlington to try the model I wanted). The gal there was very knowledgeable too. I bought numerous products in addition to the x-chair and was told it would take a week or two for the chair. Since then, I’ve called twice to ask if the chair is ready yet and only got a voicemail. I’m disappointed I did not get a call back to tell me the chair is late, or when I can expect it. Makes me think you went out of business.

Try the anti- gravity chairs! (I think thats what they call them.) Theyre expensive but if you have back trouble youll feel the relief immediately. I was there to see the chiropractor at the Joint that is in this location as well. 2nd time there when in town. Great doctors and a great collaboration to have these two together. By relaxing in the chair, which they nicely encourage before seeing the chiropractor, it helped with my adjustment even more.
I found out a few days before shoulder surgery that I would be sleeping up right. I wanted to order the pure fit bed wedge system... I called the Burlington store and found out shipping was going to be 79.00!!! I live on Cape Cod and the store was over an hour away, so they sent Steve, a coworker to meet me at the bridge and deliver this bed system to me so I could have it before surgery! Now that is service with a smile! I have never had any sales store or sales associates care so much about my well being... This store was awesome and so was the Needham store. I called both and they are sister stores so they were both outstanding. Thank you Steve for being my hero! And thank you Nancy for setting everything up!!! You all rock! I walked in and was told a $1500 dollar desk was on sale for $700 bucks! Very high quality adjustable height work desk!!The two gentlemen helped me load it in my car and I was on my way!

Overall happy with the experience. I went into the store after finding the support chair I wanted online. I knew exactly what I was looking for, saw the price and everything. I walked in and the woman was friendly but assumed I wouldnt want the item I specifically sought after just because it was $300. I let her know I did my research so its clear I was okay with the price. Even though Im 25, I could buy 3 of those if I wanted to. I understand Burlington is a higher income area, but one should never assume someone cant afford something. She suggested an acu ball which I do not like as much as I thought I would but thats fine !

Store is clean but the staff was a little vauge. I guess we didnt look like serous buyers but it takes to decided to but a 5,000$ chair. Other than the standoffishness I will go and a chair, when Im ready, maybe not this store??
