Boston Bullion is great! The premiums are lower than any website and the lowest I have seen at any coin dealer in the area. For the last few months I have given all my business to Boston Bullion. I wish I started going there a long time ago. Ken is great and always gets you the best premiums! For example, I went in today with a set budget and he got me every coin to the penny for my budget. He even brought out his test kit for the sovereign coin I got to show how they are real. I recommend BB for any silver/gold stacker in the area! This place has the worst customer service! After many calls and emails inquiring about how to buy some coins, I desisted from make any purchase from this place. The person answering my emails was rude and not helpful at all! No everyone is en expert on coins, and this place wont spend any time with you responding you questions, either by phone or emails! If you never placed an order here, dont waste your time with Boston Bullion.

This will be my second trip to Boston Bullion to sell to them. Ken was very professional and courteous, he also communicated to me through email very well beforehand. I received a good price for my bullion, a better price compared to other bullion dealers in my locale. I also enjoyed the safety and privacy of the transaction, other places that i visited seemed too busy and uncomfortable. Boston Bullion runs a service that all B&M stores should adopt; they are definately book marked for my future needs!

Very good, simple phone transaction to purchase gold and silver coins. Ken was very easy to work with and my package showed up when expected and was packed well. I got a very competitive price and am very happy with the purchase.

I went in there to sell a coin and he was on the phone, I could of waited for him to get off the phone but he wanted to do it the same time. As soon as I showed him my coin he look at me like i was on crack and told me no and turned and kept talking on the phone like I didnt matter. Thing of it was I had a lot more coins to show him but after that I could care less to give him any of my time and if your reading this sir you should talk to your customers with respect and tell them what your interested in and maybe we could of done some business. If he does this to you, you should just walk out and give him the same treatment. Never will come back

Highly recommended! I took a trip here this week in search of knowledge and help getting into the buying of precious metals. I walked in and didnt realize I needed an appointment until reading the sign in the door. I buzzed the doorbell anyways and to my surprise was let in any ways. I sat and spoke with a gentleman about gold and silver, buying/selling, nuances, etc and he had no problem filling me on in. Theyre really straightforward and honest, which is not something you see often in the world nowdays. Ended up leaving very happy and informed, Ill for sure be returning in the future. I bought a sleeve of ASEs here about a year ago - very professional and i love the location. i dont want a busy location and i felt comfortable here. they brought out my coins, emptied the sleeves so that i could see and count them and then repackaged them for me. they also had third party fake check literature available if I wanted it. i appreciate the security of the place and the fact that they take bullion ownership seriously. thinking of buying again from them soon.

If I could go lower with stars I would bought a coin set them a year ago dont have any use for it anymore. Went to sell it back to them and they would give me $30 for both when I payed $150 for both what a joke and a rip off never do business here again.

I made my first trip to Boston Bullion this past week. I went there to sell a small amount of my gold, so I cant comment on buying bullion form them. I didnt even see any coins or bullion inside the building so Im not sure how they sell product there. There were a couple other rooms that I didnt go into, so its quite possible that there was some bullion in another room.But, I was extremely satisfied with their buying department. Their building is very clean inside. Its almost like going into the customer service department of a bank. There were several large office desks and one person at each desk. The person I was dealing with was very nice. Their buy prices are the best prices Ive ever seen at a local B&M store. You can go on their website to get the prices and they will pay you exactly what you see on their website. I drove well over 30 miles to sell my bullion. Their buy prices are far superior to every other coin, jewelry or cash for gold store north of Boston. They paid $338 for a 1/4oz gold Eagle where other coin shop buyers offered me $282, $295 & $288. So if youre selling a lot of gold, you can see how much more $ youd get from Boston Bullion compared to other buyers. Even if you have to travel 30 or 50 or 60+ miles to get to Boston Bullion, it could be worth the effort. I highly recommend these guys if youre selling some of your bullion. They will pay in cash or check and they dont waste any time. They take a look at what youre selling, calculate the value. ask if you agree to the price and then get the $$ in your hand very quickly. Clean, courteous, safe and top prices paid! Theres no doubt about it...I will absolutely be returning every time I decide to sell some of my gold and silver. Just make sure you call prior to making a trip to their store.Im not sure about the few negative reviews here, but Id just ignore them. If youre dealing with bullion, these are the guys you should be dealing with. I dont know about scrap jewelry........but bullion!? Yup, Boston Bullion is the best local bullion dealer.
