NW Hot Springs is awesome. Great customer service and my salesman Josh was great. He bent over backwards to make my purchase happen. All questions were answered and the setup guys were prompt and extremely careful with my new tub. Don’t bother looking further, this is the place.

From start to finish, this was by far the best company to work with. I called around at multiple locations for a hot tub but when I spoke to Jordan at NW Hot Springs on the phone, I knew I was in good hands. He took his time to take us around the showroom to look at multiple options and gave us comprehensive packets to weigh our pros and cons. It was clear he was not trying to sell the most expensive product but instead the one that fit our needs. He called to keep me updated on when my tub got to their store and even touched base after it was installed. Wonderful experience…you’re a name, not a number in this company’s eyes.

I had an old jet setter and it was time for a new one. Jordan helped me buy a new one just through talking on the phone and viewing their website. Quinn and David delivered it and then had a very difficult job to get it through my garage, turn it sharply or fall down my back steps, then get it up three steps without hitting my roof overhang and gutters. They did it! I was sooo impressed with their problem solving skills in an almost impossible tight space. They hauled my old one away and then set up the new one and explained how to operate it. I am so pleased with my new hot tub, its better than the photos on the website and Im very impressed with Quinn and David troubleshooting a very tight space. They also took my old one to a friends house. Thank you guys! I have an old Hot Springs Classic Hot Tub that wasn’t heating and had a water leak that wouldn’t stop. I went into Northwest Hot Springs to see if they could help keep the old tub running. Galen and Pam went above and beyond to help me out! Instead of selling me a new heater Galen offered me parts from an old hot tub that was going to be thrown away. The heater worked perfectly and was free! The water leak was a difficult issue having PVC fittings that are 30 years old and knowing parts don’t exist online. Pam was able to find the parts I needed in the store and all for $17!! As of this morning the tub is leak free! Thanks again to Pam and Galen, you’re earned my business and gratitude. I won’t be looking anywhere else for my Hot Tub needs!Ted

Really friendly and helpful. We bought a house with a hot tub and they tested our water sample and gave us step by step instructions on how to care for our hot tub. They helped us get the chemicals we need to maintain it at a very reasonable price.

My wife and I recently purchased a hot tub from Northwest Hot Springs. Jordan Brown was our sales person and was extremely helpful in explaining the features of the various models, so that we wound up with a hot tub that was perfect for our needs. He also lowered the price as much as he could by giving us credit for the last repair charge for our old tub and for a sale which had expired. Jordan also made sure that the tub was available to be installed on the day that he had promised and has been very receptive to answering our many questions since installation.The superheroes in this project were the installers, especially Quinn, the foreman as well as David and Greg, his assistants. Unfortunately, they encountered an uneven foundation for the tub. Rather than using shims and other means to level the area and calling it ”good enough“ so they could finish the job that day, they insisted on doing it right by having my deck handyman build a smooth and level platform first. This meant that they would have to come back on a different day after the platform had been constructed. However, their next available opening to install the tub was more than a month in the future. Since we had promised our grandchildren, who were visiting from out of town the week of Thanksgiving, that they would get to enjoy our new hot tub, Quinn and David very generously volunteered to return the next day, AFTER THEIR REGULAR WORK HOURS, to install the tub. Quinn actually worked until 8 PM to finish a perfect installation. Now, that’s what we call a real commitment to customer satisfaction!We would definitely recommend Northwest Hot Springs as THE place to go for the purchase and repair of hot tubs.

New pool and rock retaining wall turned out gorgeous thanks to Dan Hyatt and his team at NW Hotsprings! The pools location needed to be refigured several times due to placement of the retaining wall and working around natural features in the landscape. In the end, it turned out great. I look forward to working with NW Hotsprings to install a future hot tub!

Extremely satisfied customer. It took a while to figure out the difference between a normal spa and a Hot-springs spa, I had both. These are like a work of art. The quality is amazing and the power of the jets and the seating, you really do get what you pay for. I would highly recommend NW Hotsprings to anyone in the market for a quality Spa. The staff was great as was the price and delivery.

Dan Hyatt and his crew(Quinn, Ken, and others I may be forgetting) are amazing. To start, Dan built an amazing in-ground swimming pool for us. I can’t thank him enough for the hard work he put into making this happen. The project was finished about 2 was ago. It’s winter and we still enjoy swimming during the day and night. He is very professional, friendly, honest, reliable and just easy to work with. If you want a pool, he will get it done right. He was extremely helpful. When the project was done, I felt like I knew how to care for the pool and if I had questions I could just ask. All of his staff were all very friendly and professional. They also made the process of getting a hot tub easy. Once it was ordered and delivered It was up and running in no time. I wish I would have got one earlier. Walked in and absolutely no one offered to help or greet me for 10 min. A sales person went out of his way to not make eye contact and turned his back on me and he was just 3 feet away from me, as he helped another older couple.Very rude staff if your single.

The replacement of our old hot tub with a new one from Northwest Hot Springs in Burlington was a pleasure from start to finish. David did a great job of coordinating the removal of the old tub and installation of the new one. The removal team, led by Quinn, did a fabulous job of making sure all remains of the old tub were carted away, and today we took our first hot tub in quite a while and if felt wonderful. Great team work!

We visited the Burlington store just looking and the sales personnel was very knowledgeable and attentive. What I did love is that they were not pushy they gave us an opportunity to look without hovering. We were invited back for a full experience. They took really great care of us. Northwest Hot Springs installed 16x40 foot pool in our backyard and wow is it every beautiful. The president of the company himself (Dan) came and physically installed it and coordinated everyone involved. Dans a perfectionist. I know this because so am I. I went out and analyzed every curve. For example, the waterline is perfectly level along the tiles. Nice work indeed. The cost came in exactly as quoted and he was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. Very satisfied.

The delivery team was amazing, they were polite and very professional. They took the time to answer all of my questions and make sure I was all set before they left. I later had a bunch of issues getting my water correct in my hot tub, I called the store and they sent someone out to show me how to fix the problem. Amazing customer service!!!! I would recommend anyone to these guys and I will be sure to buy from them again.

Great experience from beginning to delivery. The sales staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and NOT pushy! Quinn Hooker and David Coffey delivered our tub, they did a great job and were super friendly. The wrong filter cartridge was sent but David volunteered to bring us the correct one when he got off work. We werent able to fill our tub because of issues with our pad but Quinn went over everything with me and I feel like Ill have no problems when we do get to fill it. You might be able to save a buck going to the big warehouse stores, but I have learned from experience you wind up with an inferior product and no customer support, and in the end you’ll spend more. Weve owned 4 Hot Springs spas since 1985 and have used them extensively. Not only are they the quietest on the market (except while running the jets, of course), but the quality of the product is excellent. Whenever we have needed service, which has been very rare, it has been efficient and professional. One of their technicians, Jay Mesman, has provided excellent service for our aging Jet Setter, now 16 years old, keeping it running like new. I couldnt be more satisfied and would not buy any other companys tub (especially after having sat in noisy and uncomfortable ones owned by friends and relatives). Hot Springs forever!

I bought my new hot tub last summer to replace a very old, mostly broken one. Soul and his team were very helpful with spa selection and installation. All of my questions were answered and Soul provided assistance in locating an electrician to replace old, out of code wiring. The site prep and installation team were courteous and professional. Soul came to the house to ensure it was set up and ready to go. The complete process was smooth and stress free. I use my hot four/five days a week and couldnt be happier with Northwest Hot Spring Spas. Will recommend this business to anyone in the market for a new tub!

Annette and I really love are Hot Springs hot tub we are in it almost every night for an hour or so .We keep it about a hundred to 101 so we can sit in it longer it gives us time to unwind talk about our days and enjoy each others company .My whole family loves it I have five kids and theyre all married with and have kids and the kids just love coming in and sitting in the hot tub with Grandpa or Grandma . Bought a new cover, they are only good for about five years and then become water logged. Originally told two-four weeks but order didnt go in for two weeks, then back ordered. Finally took a couple of phone calls to track down what we had already paid for.. Install was four months after purchase.Installer,Quinn, was great and patient with multiple questions and and went over the carrels and feeding of a hot tub cover, still five years is considered good. Do not push when lid gets heavy potential damage.Have been working with Northwest for 19 Years and overall pleased with all interactions.

Today we visited NW Hot Springs and purchased a Green Mountain Grill. We have been thinking about this purchase for awhile now. Jeff and staff were so helpful. They answered every question we had. Quinn and his co-worker delivered and set up our Salt water Flair Hot Tub about a month ago. I’ve owned a salt water hot springs before so there wasn’t too much new but these guys did a fantastic job making sure we were ready to go. The water test feature they provide is helpful in getting the water dialed in. Since the first water test, everything on the 5-way test strip has been great. We’ve been using the tub about 5-days a week. I’d highly recommend Northwest Hot Springs. Dan the owner was our initial contact and he’s very knowledgeable and professional and beat others prices. We are hoping to use these guys for a pool install this spring!

Due to a series of homeowner (me) mishaps with getting the pad setup, we had a few attempts at delivery. The crew was very nice and helpful in getting us on track. On the actual delivery date, the crew did a great job getting the old, heavy hot tub off the deck and the new one on the pad. Very happy with the results. Built new home in 2003, purchased new hot tub at that time.For 30 years we have purchased chemicals and cleaning supplies exclusively from NW and used them for all service and repair needs. We have received great service, prompt assistance and fair prices on all transactions during this time. Would not consider using a different vendor.

We have two grandees, one in our primary residence, and one in a rental. Northwest Hot Springs maintains files and records for both of them. Once new, they are both now in the process of aging, and occasionally we have issues. A lot of the time when I report my observations over the phone, the wonderful technicians there have been successful in guiding me to a great resolution on my own. And on occasion, we have had Northwest Hot Springs Burlington send technicians out to find and fix bigger problems. Maybe by luck of the draw, we have always had Jay from Burlington, working on our hot tubs, and we cant say enough about his efficiency, effectiveness, and personability. 5 stars for the product, the customer service, and a bonus for Jay.

First time in the store, and I got everything I needed. The sales associate, Debbie, was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will come back to this location next time.

We bought our spa in 2004. Its been dependable with minor fixes. I like this place as they are happy to walk you through steps yourself to fix any problem. This can save you money and them a trip for something I can easily do. When it did need service the repairman got here way before they thought he would be able to and quickly did his work. The spa was up and running quickly! I really appreciated his attitude and quick work! SPA time!

My go-to spot for hot tub care.

I called Northwest Hot Springs and asked about products for a new hot tub owner and about water testing. Very helpful on what i needed like the tub info and to bring in a pint of my water to test. When I arrived the staff were friendly and courteous. Quinn Hooker helped with getting the correct chemicals to get my tub going for the first time, helping me understand what they were and when to use them etc. Thanks for all your help and hope to see you next time I need supplies.

Quinn and his helper made this a very safe, smooth transition from taking away our hold Hot Springs Classic tub and installing the new Flash...we have been using it for a few weeks now and just love it! They did an awesome job and answered all our questions....polite, helpful and effective! This is our 5th Hot Springs tub and again, we are so happy with the results.

Greg Pless is an incredible serviceperson. He presented to my home to assist me with a spa & astounded me with his personable presentation & the in-depth nature of his knowledge.
