Fôr years I have shopped with Fred Meyers I love their personal brands way better than any store I have shopped at. I like that theres a good variety of things and happy to refund if theres a problem. Just wish we had one in Colville WA. I have to go to Spokane so I miss Fred Meyers a lot

Large Fred Meyer with lots of groceries, clothes, electronics, outdoors, hardware etc etc.Usually well stocked and has scan and go facility. Also look out for the autonomous riderless ride-on floor cleaner robot.. its terrifying and fascinating at the same time.

This is the place to shop if you have a service animal! Staff is very respectful and even requests other shoppers leave the dog and handler alone if they see them distracting the dog. My visit today was interrupted by a small pet chihuahua who had actual done is business on the floor! The owner began following me around with the dog pulling on the leash and growling at my dog. I do not cause conflict if this occurs. I simply redirect my dog and avoid any issue. Its safer for me in the long run. When I checked out, I let an employee know about the dog and its owner. They employee got the manager and they where very apologetic and quickly took control of the situation. It was not hard for her to find the little dog as it was baking at the time. I am greatful for the manager and employee fast reaction and encouragement. They made me much calmer and I felt that they wanted to provide me with a safe place to shop. Way to go guys! You are awesome!

If you want to wear a mask at Freddies then by all means do so. If you dont want to wear one then dont. This is what freedom is. If youre still having a panic attack because of the few people not following this deplorable mask mandate put forth by this states deplorable governor, maybe considered having your groceries delivered, this way youre completely safe. And youll be saving a fortune on fuel! This is just a suggestion of coarse. You have the freedom in this country to make up your own mind....well for now anyway. They were very kind and helpful, courteous at checkout even though I needed to go through twice, they had the detergent I was looking for and toilet paper unavailable at other retail stores nearby.

Shopping at any Fred Meyer stores is always a great experience for us. Great produce section with promos and sales. All aisles are extra wide and extra helpful personnel. It also has a fantastic cake and bread section.

Love Freddies but have been having my groceries delivered till today. Freddies is overflowing with flowers 🌹🎉🌷🌼 Such a beautiful NW Washington day I masked up and walked three times around the outside garden shop.

Sorry I went in to patronize this Fred Meyer. Bought laundry detergent to do laundry and when I went to customer service to get quarters they told me they’re not allowed to sell them! Ridiculous!!!I will go to another store from now on. Supposed to be a nevstop shopping center. Yeah right.Went in again to buy lotto tickets and the customer service reps did not know how to sell 3 draws for powerball! I went to the kiosk outside and to the customer service department inside the store and they both didn’t know how. The lady said she was told not to sell them that way and she was too afraid. What the heck?! What kind of management doesn’t train their staff to do their job? Worthless help. Ridiculous. First the quarters now the lotto tickets. They should not be selling lottery tickets at all!!!! They deserve no stars.

Im tired of going in this store with a mask mandates state wide and there are a lot of people in there with no masks on, come on Freddies you can do a lot better for your customers. For now until things improve Im not going into this store!!!!!

Terrible customer service, will never return this store. I am shopping in the store today for coke products. They are $2 each when you buy more than 5packs. Great price! However, When I am at the check out, the customer manager Freaks out by seeing how many cokes I am buying, I bet she just doesn’t want to scan all those products. In the middle of scanning, all of sudden she said “oh, just letting you know that you can not buy more than 6 packs of coke”. Excuse me? I have shopped here for years, never heard of this. Can you make a better excuse? Plus, At where your price tag say so? I know she just made that up, because I called the store to confirm the limitation before visit. What is wrong of buying extra for my coke, Fred Meyer?

The lines are ridiculous you have to be there at odd hour. That membership card to get advertised prices is also ridiculous, seems they have issues keeping policy consistent. The mask holes have a lot of store to cover so breathe easy when you can. Too many pretentious people who think theyre better than Walmarters keep this store floating. The website online ordering is horrendous.

I’ve had awesome days at Fred’s and I’ve had bad days at Fred’s, just like anywhere else! I know that cashiers are prolly under a lot of stress as well. I know that I’ve had some pretty bad cashiers with zero customer services and then I’ve also had awesome ones! The 2 star is for how packed it is and half the people not wearing masks! I’ve even seen a workers not wearing one! I know there’s some people that don’t believe in wearing masks for whatever reason and I also know that there are people that have a medical reason as to why they can’t. But I also know that a lot of people are abusing that “ I can’t wear, because.” it’s very sad! I really hope that Fred Myers starts taking the “mask wearing” more seriously. Just because some people don’t believe in covid-19 remember there are some that do “ I’m one of them” it’s out there! And keeping people safe should be Fred Myers number 1 priority! Please hold a meeting about it! You might be holding a breeding ground for covid!

IF YOU GO HERE EXPECT TO SEE PEOPLE WITH NO MASKS ON ITS COMMON. (Not workers just shoppers)I love fred meyer and always held them at a higher standard for grocery stores but they have no regulation on mask wearing in store. There are no people at the door asking you to wear a mask anymore and the workers dont confront anyone so people will just walk out with literally no mask in sight or with their nose out or with the mask down on their chin. Its disappointing that they do not provide a safe shopping experience and dont protect their workers.

I want to thank all the employees at Burlington Fred Meyers. You are cleaning the registers and keeping us safe. You guys are doing a fantastic job and that is why I choose to shop at Fred Meyers during the virus. Fred Myers you need to appreciate these works without them I would not be shopping at your store.

I have had your garlic bread so many times. Its consistantly awful but I sort of automatically buy it. Tonight I realized that the bread you use is shamelessly stale day olds from your bakery. You have decided to repurpose your stale bread by slathering in garlic flavored margarine and stuffing it into a golden bag and up selling it for $5.00!Touche! And at the same time shame on you!

So, here I am in Burlington Washington Wait. Why are you in Burlington? Can I guess? Did you end up in the northwests key destination for shopping at the most comprehensive collective of manufacturers retail outlet stores, that just happens to be around the halfway point between Vancouver BC. and Seattle WA because you heard there was a very nice Fred Meyer store there? No? Ah. Well, you are hearing it now. This is a generously sized store and has the awesome inexpensive fueling station as well. If you are planning an epic shopping excursion in Burlington a good approach would be to prepare. You could start at Freddys and get yourself fueled up, decompress and take time to channel your inner zen shopper. Would an NFL team go directly from the plane to the field? No...of course not. Do like the pros. Start at Freds and get your head in the game. Enjoy!

Great place for one stop shopping, customer service is EXCELLENT!!

This Fred Meyer location typically provides great customer service. However, I had one of the worst experiences ever with a female manager in the furniture department. She is a shorter, red hair woman, with glasses, heavier set. I came to inquire about a couch I had a rain check for that I had been trying get for a long time. Instead of checking to see if the item was even still coming or available, she refused to help unless I had a the paper copy available. Which I was previously told wasn’t necessary since they had my name and phone number. She finally checked after I asked to speak with another manager and then proceeded to pull the paper copy out of my hand and rip it up in my face. Which I have video of. THANKFULLY, Another manger by the name of Nick heard about this and reached out to me to rectify the situation. Nick and another manager in furniture (older gentleman with a ponytail and glasses) went above and beyond to correct this ordeal. They went out of there way to find the couch and even helped make sure I was able to pick it up. They completely turned what was a terrible experience around. They are the reason this is a 5 start receivew and I will be going back Solely because of the amazing job Nick and the other manager did.

It seems as if being under construction means that this place is having LOTS of good sales. Plus all of their configurations are well thought out for updating and being a more efficient store. Its becoming a more presentable place with hopefully consistent fair prices and it doesnt feel so much like walking into an 80s department store anymore which is cool.

Great store. Today I visited the meat department. Very helpful staff. I got great advice on cut of meat and even best cooking instructions. They even threw in a little spice sampler. Pretty cool.

I have shopped at Fred Meyers for the last 20+ years all over the PNW. I love the selection, the time it saves me by not having to run all over town for different items, and that I can get gas there. HOWEVER, I have used their Click List program about 10 times now and the most recent time I was very disappointed. I found mold in both packages of grapes they picked out for me, as well as the raspberries. These items aren’t cheap. I emailed Fred Meyers about this TWICE and have not heard back. So basically don’t bother using their click list option. They pick out rotten produce for you and then don’t care when you report it. They have also packed my car with the bread on the bottom. I arrived home to have all 3 loaves crushed. I appreciate the convenience of click list, but if you don’t want rotten produce and smashed bread, I wouldn’t recommend it. Either go inside and do your shopping the old fashioned way, or go to Safeway where they don’t have moldy produce and know how to pack your car. They also deliver now, which is a great option for busy moms, the elderly, or if you are dealing with an injury (like me).

I’ve always liked shopping at Fred Meyer’s, especially since they carry a lot of organic products and produce. HOWEVER, they have a dedicated senior shopping hour during the COVID pandemic but it is not enforced! There are families with children and many young people especially not wearing masks that were also allowed to shop at this time which really defeats the purpose of senior shopping hours to help prevent spreading COVID to our elderly population! This also increases the risks to the employees that work there!

Mostly because they remodeled the place and everything was discounted to such a great price. Even the gas was discounted for several days at 20 cents a gallon.. no matter how many points you had all you had to do is have a Fred Meyer reward card

This location is being remodelled. Lots of products on sale and overall prices cheaper than most stores. Quality products and very friendly store personnel. Fred Meyer is a one stop shopping location where you can purchase most items under the same roof. Highly recommend!

This Fred Meyers has a few rude employees. One in particular is always rude. I was told by another Fred Meyers employee that she frequently has problems with customers. I have personally had issues with her on multiple occasions. Her name is Shelby and she is blatantly rude and provides such poor customer service that I wonder why she even works with people. But worse of all......I think the store management fosters this culture and I wont ever shop at this location again .

Took a fitbit into the jewelry dept to get a new battery. they have changed a battery for me before in the same unit a couple years ago. However today I was told to go elsewhere they didnt do that. The lady was not clear on where to go, first it was 2 doors down then it was 2 blocks over. Obviously she had better things to do. I never found the place but I replaced the battery myself and I didnt buy it at Fred Meyer.

I dont even shop here -- I have 4 grocery stores closer to where I live, and its totally inconvenient.But for the fried chicken from the deli? I would drive twice as far. Get there before 7 and it will be fresh. The $6.99 8-piece will make you wonder why you EVER paid twice as much for KFC.

Its our go to shopping spot when travelling the I5. Great selection, pricing, staff. Great Fried Chicken! Discount at easy to use gas bar. Only problem is large trees need pruning near the gas bar. We drive a RV and they hit the roof.

A favorite place for selected shopping. They have gas discounts and their own gas station with good prices. Sale prices beat most other local stores - regular prices may or may not be good.Lowest price around for Ivory bar soap and often great soda prices.Sale clothing prices generally very good.

They have great clearance sections at this store. Only thing I hate is the parking lot. Always full and set up really weird.

I really enjoy Fred Meyer as a whole. This location is great and is well stocked with many of the organic and vegan items that I have come to enjoy while living elsewhere. Their prices are always reasonable, their store is clean, and they have great service. The fact that their gas station is right in front is super helpful, and the implementation of their Clicklist on the FM app is a wonderful addition to an already great store.

Deli beats Hagens every time. Found the most excellent garlic bologna. Hagens doesnt even carry bologna in the deli. Love that everything is cut fresh to order at the counter. Plus, their prices are good.

Ill be spending my money elsewhere. Since the remodeling, prices for basic goods have skyrocketed, the new floor layout means I spend thrice as much time walking around. No, I dont to be solicited by an employee at the entrance if I want to apply for a credit card. Nor do I want another app to download.

My wife and I do all of our shopping here. We seem to spend half of our weekends here for groceries. And we enjoy the fuel points for our gas guzzlers.

Very friendly and helpful employees. Store is well organized and has a ton of open checkouts (including self checkout) to make shopping quick :) prices are low. Customer rewards can be used to buy gasoline at their Fred Meyers gas station just outside the store, at a discounted per gallon price. I can also buy groceries on line and pick them up from my car without even going into the store. Great store!

Food prices are better than other leading supermarkets. Very helpful employees always good buys on namebrand clothes shoes. Good supply fishing and hunting equipment. Lots of outdoor garden area. Automotive oil etc Love the app for Fred Meyer manufactures coupons easily hooks up to your rewards card.

Its a Fred Meyer. It was good when I forgot my sleeping bag when I was going camping up on highway 20. I think they have rifles there which was weird since they have nothing like that in Fred Meyers in the city.

Excellent value every time I shop there. I used to shop there for the big and tall selection. But having lost a lot of weight I find the price and the quality of the clothing to be exceptional. Compared to Wal-Mart and Target, in my opinion, the quality and price cannot be beat.

My boyfriend and I almost always go to self checkout.Being college students,we are usually crunched for time.The last four times we have went to self checkout we have experienced poor customer service by two employees.One named Pearl and another named Linda.Pearl literally stood behind us the entire time we checked out(assuming we might be stealing?).On a separate occasion, I was purchasing yogurts at self checkout while Linda was working. I thought they were on sale.They didnt show up as the sale price,I told her I was pretty sure they were on sale as they were the only product under the sale sign,and even offered to go and check.She said well I guess what you saw is what you saw.so she basically accused me of lying...On yet another occasion,she carded both my boyfriend and I for the purchase of alcohol.I used to work for Fred Meyers at a different location.You only need to card the person purchasing the alcohol..

This store has no sense of organization or output. Not only are the grocery isles nearly impossible to navigate because theyre so narrow and out of order, but the shelves in the grocery department are nearly completely empty on any given day at any given time! We go shopping once a week, and every time there is something we want that is somehow out of stock, or otherwise not on a shelf. Also not enough parking. Having recently moved to the area, we have seen other Fred Meyer stores, and none of them are as in disarray nor as empty as this particular one, showing that this is not a franchise issue, but this particular store itself.

Usually pretty good, fairly clean, nice staff. Patrons at fitting rooms are super rude though. Cant even get out of a fitting room before someone is barging in on you. Poor staffers, having to deal with those sorts.

We love Fred Meyers produce section for fresh organic vegetables. They even carry a lot from local growers. Prices are fair and selection is excellent.

This Fred Meyers is pretty much the same as the others but that is a good thing. Cheap prices and good quality is the name of the game. I even buy fuel for my car here. Get a membership for an automatic 3 cents per gallon discount and more if you spend more.

Average to slightly lower prices on everything. Fred Meyers has been in Burlington for a long time and has nearly anything you could need to live around here. I prefer buying groceries here over Haggen.

I love Fred Meyer in Burlington. However, this time I had a digital coupon for one of their free Friday products, a bottled tea and could not find it. This has happened before and the coupon is only good for a limited time.

Sells almost anything. It is a HUGE store. They offer grocery pick up (called Clicklist). It has a pharmacy, a jewellery store, a gun counter, a separate electronics section, clothing and shoes, housewares, a garden center, fresh produce, paint, and much more. It has a Starbucks inside. It sells diesel gas. My favorite part is the free childcare while you shop for an hour (Ages 2 - 1st grade). Awesome store!

The store in Burlington has what you need for a reasonable price. Some of the quality of merchandise is questionable, but when buying or purchasing items made in China we shouldnt expect the best quality, but on a last minute (Christmas eve shopping spree), need they had what we needed.

As with most Fred Meyer stores, this one has great produce and a wide variety of items. The problem at this location is the tendency to run into each other due to the layout of the isles. Either that or the isles arent wide enough. It wasnt nearly as busy as the one I usually shop in, but seemed much more congested.

I love Freddy Meyers. Some of the stores need some updates but the product selection and prices are excellent and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

I love this Fred Meyer! Its always pretty clean, and almost always well stocked. The ladies room seems to always need some attention, but thats honestly the worst thing about the store. The staff are friendly and helpful even when theyre extremely busy. They have a good selection of foods, and a lot of local items too! They have a wide variety of gluten free items, food, shampoos, lotions, vitamins, etc.The lines also arent as bad as a lot of others in the area; ie Walmart, Safeway.... Great for a fast in and out if you dont get distracted by all the awesome food.

If you shop by coupons or sales, make sure you check your receipt. Freddie has a hard time getting their prices correct at the check out stand. (Safeway is the worse but none the less) Otherwise a great place to shop.

Was very nice, there were alot of nice cashiers there. But 1 problem. The cleaning lady that was cleaning the restroom was very very rude to customers.

Fred Meyer offers organic foodsand gluten free foods.They also sell wild caught fish.I shop there regularly.

The isles are a bit small and the place can be very busy at times but they have good products for very reasonable prices. If you catch their sales you can get some great deals
