Dudes are all nice enough. Kyle is the best. Store looks better than I remember it looking in the past which has been nice to walk into. It could use a little bit of interior work to feel better in there but generally a good experience, helpful crew and manager, lots of options from really cheap glass to really high end work as well as misc accessories, art and and smelly goods - theres something for everyone.

Told the girl i needed a glass piece for dabbing, found one for $89, got home it had a bowl for bud? Went back next day girl told me no exchanges, reminded her i told her it was for dabbing she said i did not say that! Made me pay $16 for dabbing bowl, would not exchange bowls for me, poor customer service, blew me away!

Some miscommunications with the staff was turned around and handled very smoothly. Actually had the staff call and txt me on my personal phone number and walk me through some of their products! I give 4 stars because the situation could have been avoided if there wasn’t the miscommunications but, again, I give the 4 stars for the effort in fixing the error.

Its a pretty typical smoke shop, but they do have some pieces Ive never seen before. They had bowls with bismuth stone attached that were absolutely gorgeous. And considering the process is difficult, the prices werent ridiculous. They have a good selection.

Nice store. Friendly guy working there. My trip was brief and my next trip i will write more. They have lots of nice products and were knowledgeable. You should plan on paying for parking (with quarters not card)but I got a spot right out front. And they are open on time and late night. Thanks guys and gals.

I was up there visiting needed supplies, I went in and omg. The staff is unbelievably honest and they knew the products inside and out. I would recommend this place to the highest levels. Awesome selection, plenty of TUBES! Cases and cases of dry, bub, and unique pieces from all over. Prices were a bit high for my taste (our local shop has crappy hand made pipes that are cheaply made) but they work with you and even take $ off accessories. hands down the best shop in Burlington!

They certainly have more variety of pieces than any other shop in northern vermont. (at the least). Staff is always helpful yet not invasive as I like to be left to browse. Very chill and always in compliance with regs!

Northern lights is the smoke shop i go to the most in VT. Not sure his name but the young gentleman from colorodo who is shoet, to the side hair and works most nights i go, has as much experience and knowledge as any other glass tender i have dealt with. He always takes the time to answer my questions in detail. His extensive knowledge regarding quartz and the differences from one price range to the next as well as his CBD concentrate options is next level. They stock good butane by the case, they are the only shop i have seen super quality CBD concentrate in dab form, and they have the nicest chinese (reasonably priced) glass and quartz around. A trully 802 as all hell kind of place.

Crappy customer service i spent 50$ on an EGO vapor pen not more then 2 days later the glass tube that holds the liquid in broke not shattered it literally came apart i call and the response i got was you have to call the manufacturer ok cool i understand whats the manufacturers number idk dude theres really nothing i can do for you you can come down and buy another glass its 20$ how do you not have the number to the manufacturer you buy your products from or why are you not wanting to give it to me dam that if i pay 50$for something i expect at least one week to work without defect and if it does come out defective come up with a better solution other then nothing i can do for you I WENT TO GARCIA RIGHT AROUND THE BLOCK AND THEY TOOK CARE OF ME NEVER WILL I SPEND A DOLLAR AT NORTHERN LIGHTS OR RECOMMEND ANY ONE THERE......
