Usually have good deals for pjs. Staff can be friendlier

Upon entering customers were not being greeted. Associate who seemed to be a manager was quite rude.

Actually really bad customer service. I asked a question and the responses were for one even in the same realm as the question I asked and the staff members were really rude and gave a lot of attitude. The entire interaction left me uncomfortable and feeling like I shouldnt have even gone into the store let alone had the audacity to ask a question. Like, how dare I? Id rather never wear underwear again than have to go into that store. 0/10 would not recommend.

I wish I could give zero stars. Terrible customer service. This store does not respect mask exemptions or understand how the current mask mandates work. They discriminated against my daughter a few weeks ago when she was refused service and embarrassed in front of people by a certain employee. We returned today and when I politely confronted the same employee about the situation she was rude, accused my daughter of lying about her experience, completely played it down and wouldnt even discuss it with us. I was only in there because I had a gift card. When there was $20 left on the card after our purchase, I asked the employee to pay it forward to the next customer as I did not ever plan to return. Instead of gifting the next customer in line, as I asked, she threw the card in the trash when she thought I had left. I was shocked and disgusted. I then returned to the store, confronted the manager and asked for my gift card back. She sheepishly fished it out of the garbage and handed it back to me. I never received a sorry or any sense that the manager cared whatsoever that her employee had just disrespected my young daughter, myself, and stole my money, essentially. Absolutely terrible. I will be writing head office.

Shopping for my wifes Christmas gift, and not knowing sizes. The ladies working tonight on 12/23 made my experience so easy.Thank you for excellent customer service.

I come here for swimsuits. The staff is always very friendly! I always really like the swimwear but everything is in the same style. I dont like tops that tie at the back of the neck and I couldnt find anything that didnt tie at the back of the neck. So I didnt get any bikinis tops here but I did get a couple of very cute bottoms and a really nice one-piece.

Not one person approached me to help even when I tried on some bathing suits. I had to come out to ask for another size.

Wonderful selections and quality wear. Staff is very helpful.

Going into the store I wasn’t greeted, I wasn’t told promotions, and the ladies were talking over the counter ignoring me as a customer. Rude service !!!

That staff is just plan rude, they glare and judge. I could even over hear two employees laughing about how the bathing suit i tried on looked bad on my body type. They werent so skinny themselves. Very disapointed in staff
