Larry dawley is a good reason for unions to exist. I worked under his employee for 6 years and he took full advantage of every worker who went into that shop.The company was announced as under new ownership at the beginning of 2021 and the work loads have double the demand for more overtime had been nonstop. I walked away from all the lies of Larry and Scott along with the lies from the new owners (Tailwind/AMI/AWI).

Ordered an exhaust from these guys based on some others recommendation. For the most part the product was nice and fairly priced. There were a couple missing pieces of hardware but the biggest issue was one of the shrouds didnt fit. The explanation I got initially was Oh well most people have changed their airplanes by now but yours is original. If I order an exhaust for a certain year and model airplane it should fit that year and model airplane. After 4 phone calls now and my expressed sense of urgency I still cannot get a call back. Even e-mailed pictures of the problem with measurements to which they didnt even respond. If the product fits when you get it, probably a good buy. If you have issues god help you getting them resolved!Edit: Finally got a call back from the owner. The current solution is to send me the tab and I will weld it on the correct location. Still dont understand how I got the incorrect exhaust system or why they didnt have the correct assembly in stock that they could send but this is the best solution to fix the problem in a timely manor.
