Had me work with doctor and current DME to move over my CPAP need to their service. Took 3 weeks then they claimed they couldnt take me in now.
Will not be dealing with these people again save yourself the heartache go somewhere else
Its a smaller store, however the staff is very helpful and they do have ostomy supplies. They have a General store atmosphere to what they do carry. Its a very wide range of products that are reasonably priced.

I tore my Achilles’ tendon recently. My primary care doctor sent me to Heritage to get a boot to protect my foot until able to get into the Orthopedic Secialist. After seeing the specialist, surgery was secheduled two days later. He gave me a prescription for a knee scooter to use during recovery. Heritage was unwilling to work with insurance as they said it would take 7 days to get preauthorization and that if we wanted it now, we would have to pay for it ad that they would NOT try to get the preauth in order to refund us afterwords since we had no time. Extremely rude and didn’t adjust the scooter properly. On my 2 week follow up, the doctor determined that the boot was the wrong size for me and that needed heal wedges were not available for at least a week. The doctor had to go another route with a cast as the only way to allow my tendon to hcontinue to heal properly. So knowing that we needed the boot fixed for the next visit, my husband took the boot back to get the correct size in which he was told, sorry exchanges had to be done within 10days of purchase. The staff my husband and I encountered clearly didn’t know the products and provide the necessary services.
Took forever to get a reimbursement for covered CPAP supplies and only happened AFTER I had to call and complain about them trying to pocket my money.
