This is the freshest sandwich I have ever had. Absolutely off the charts good. Now I have to come back for the pasta and the dessert which I don’t doubt are also amazing. This place cares about the food they put in front of you and I’ll be back next weekend cause I only had three sandwiches lol

Wow!! As a picky italian- this place rocks. The owner/chef is so extremely kind and welcoming and took great care of us. The food was to die for. Very fresh, clean, and authentic. The chef checked all the boxes and paid so much attention to our gluten free order. The inside is also very cute with to go options of cheeses, meats, etc. If youre looking for somewhere to eat in Burlington, do not pass this place up!

If I could rate 10 stars, I would. I ordered Insalata Mista, amazing, fresh greens, pecans, watermelon radish and more, best salad of my life. Mezze Maniche, a fennel sausage pasta, was PERFECTLY al dente, and for delivered food, that can be difficult. The spice was perfect. And the Olive oil cake was equally amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant. There is nothing like it in our area!!!

We had accidentally placed an order on the wrong date and Daron went above and beyond making sure we were still able to get our order. His establishment is a class act and the food was wonderful! I can remember a lunch I had in the hills of Positano erreily reminiscent of our meal Daron prepared. Best place in the area for a great meal! We will be back!

*Chefs kiss* I ordered the caponata, salumi spuntino, and some tira misu... but had made an error for date/time. They graciously waved it off and made my order anyways. The focaccia was so buttery, salty and fluffy my god! Definitely coming back.

Stunningly savory foccacia! The panini are large and delicious (and served on said beautiful foccacia). The broccolini was perfect! Everything else looked so good. Well have to be back for more!

The focaccia bread alone is worth the trip, but the meatballs, broccolini, porchetta, arancini and spaghetti were all amazing. (I had to buy some of everything and glad I did)

I had the opportunity to enjoy the best Italian panini and focaccia in the world from Il Centro Alimentari when at High Point Market last month. The food is not only fresh, but also super delicious!!....Counting the days to next Market to enjoy more paninis and focaccias!...

This place. I cant even tell you. Everything we got was amazing, and the service was top notch. The sandwiches are massive, and stuffed with tons of delicious, intentional flavors. Only time will tell, but it may have single handedly destroyed my low carb diet and Im not even angry. I will be going back, possibly tomorrow.

Yesterday was my first time visiting and I was not disappointed. This establishment is a hidden gem! Darren and Jordan were personable and eager to help. Needless to say the food was beyond my expectations. They will be seeing a lot of me!

My wife and I got two dinners delivered last week. Delicious! A couple of highlights: the focaccia is delicious—makes my wife not want to share. One of the dishes was marinated summer squash with smoked ricotta. Wow! I’m not a big fan of squash, but the flavor of this dish was exceptional. Overall, I’m most impressed by the freshness of the ingredients—even the simplest salad tasted as if the greens were picked that day. The flavors are hard to beat. Can’t recommend this place too highly!

This is one of Burlington’s hidden gems. The focaccia bread is authentic and delicious. Their sandwiches are amazing, and the fresh, handmade pasta is a treat.

I ordered from il Centro Alimentari for a small family gathering and everything was excellent. Unfortunately I don’t live in the area but I will definitely be back to try the sandwiches next time I visit.

This place is amazing and I will definitely be going back in the future. We had the chicken parmigiana panini and cacio e Pepe. Both were fantastic and the owner was super friendly which made our experience all the better. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great lunch or some awesome Italian deli.

We had two meals delivered and were overwhelmed. It reminds us of the old Pulcinellas in Graham, only better. Best Italian in Burlington by far.

Just finished our first order of three meals! One of the three ... out of the park! Salmon, market green salad, and Brussels sprouts...OMG-great meal and two more to go. Next order to try is....fresh pasta. Question: recycle the containers ? Happy. Happy.

A world class Italian chef in Burlington!!! Run don’t walk to this place! Seriously Italian food here folks! Having lived in Italy for several spells and very much missing it when I leave perhaps with Il centro Alimentari only 20 minutes away I won’t feel so homesick for Italy. Everything at this shop is very fresh! When I picked up my food today it seemed like everything had just been prepared that day. Broccolini was just a bit crunchy like it should be. Salad was lively and full of color —should have asked for extra dressing as salad was large enough for 2 people. Focaccia was perfect to Italian standards. Other veggies were bright, well flavored and so healthy. Buon appetito a tutti!

First time at Michelles, I had the chicken, and my friend had the catch of the day. Both were very good. Will definitely go back, and try either the pork chops or hamburger.

Darren catered a graduation dinner for a college graduation. The food was great and he was very flexible to deal with. We had a variety of requests (including vegan and pescatarian) which he kindly accommodated with great choices. We would highly recommend using il Centro Kitchen & Catering for your next event!

Im so excited to have found il Centro Kitchen here in Burlington, NC! I stopped in for food and so glad i did! I left with a Affumicato Panini which means smoked in Italian and a brownie and it is absolutely DELICIOUS! Im still eating it now wishing I had taken the last brownie home with me and still might go back to get it!Make il Centro Kitchen your next stop for lunch and dinner!!!! BRAVO!

II Centro Kitchen & Chef Darren is without a doubt the best catering company in North Carolina. We have used there services twice now and the food has been absolutely spectacular.

I personally found Darren as eager to please, very communicative, and someone who went the extra mile in everything he did. He even shared with our team the reasoning and ingredients behind the meal. It was easy to select relevant options for a very reasonable price and overly reasonable portion size. I believe we had about 3 times as much as we probably needed for a similar price as Panera Bread. Forget Subway for your next team lunch and call Darren. Pork chop with sweet potato cake, apples, and collards was an awesome upscale refined southern meal at a reasonable price!

Had dinner for 40 guests in the private room; service and food met every expectation. Highly recommend.
