I popped over here for the first time to drop off a UPS package since theyre a UPS access point. I had to wait over 5 minutes for someone to take the package and they were passive-aggressive about it (which frankly fits the local Minnesotan culture but that doesnt make it right).Ill still come back though since the UPS drop-off is geographically convenient...

I was there on January 2nd 2021 Sydney and Jackie they both work very well to help me to pack my candle they were very friendly they also are good team player to help the customer I was very impressed and very pleased with their customer service and their performance. Thank you to them for taking their time to take good care of me and at the end Jackie was helping me to push out my card with the candles and I unloaded into my trunk by myself but she did help me push it out so she was very friendly as well and great thank you so much Jackie.

If you love arts and crafts youll love this store, the staff are friendly, knowledgeable and if you dont know what to get started on theyll help you pick something great! Good selection, easy to find items, and the shop is in a great location.

Infinite crafting supplies, and I left with two toy horses. Made my toddler the happiest of souls. They have fun items to browse and their prices are pretty reasonable.

The only thing that is missing is doll making supplies.

A little on the pricey side but great staff and clean store.

Yesterday I was at this Michaels in my happy place but this white woman floor manager followed me the *entire* time. I was wearing a backpack, but they couldve had me check it at the door...Instead this woman stalked me my entire visit down every aisle- she wasnt even working. I wanted to call it out but I was outnumbered by all the other white ladies in there. So I took my 3 things and paid and left humiliated. I didnt even get to the glitters or the specialty paper I wanted. Michaels is my favorite store in the whole world but Im not coming back to this one 😞

I went in to purchase a frame and was helped by Raj. She was so so sweet and helpful. Even though I wasn’t getting a custom frame, she helped me look through many different prefab ones and helped me decide. She made sure that I got the 40% off coupon and helped me check the whole frame to make sure it was in perfect condition. Wish all customer service people were as kind and helpful!

I know the covid virus is changing the way we need to do things but when I have to call to verify that a product is in the store so that I can order it online where it tells me they have it, and the person I speak to tells me that they have 6 of the product Im looking for only for me to place the order wait 5 hours for it to tell me that it has been canceled because they dont have it is asinine. No other store during all of this is this terrible at comunicating

For arts and crafts, Michaels has everything you need. I go with my wife and no matter what project shes doing, we always find exactly what she needs. We have brought several pictures to their framing department and the staff have helped pick mats and frames and every picture we have had framed had turned out really nice.

If youre creative and crafty this is the place to be, I get so excited about all the different projects that I dont know where to begin. Today they had a great sale on candles they had their large candles for $2. Great store for artists, their canvases are usually on sale.

The store is clean and well organized... I always find something that I need and the staff is very helpful. But I mostly come here for the classes! Bertie is amazing! She is helpful and encouraging and extremely knowledgeable about all Michaels products and how to use them. If youre trying to choose which Michaels to attend for a class, I strongly recommend coming here!

Such a great crafts store to walk around. Everyone at the store is very nice, you can tell customer service is important to them. Checking out the clearance sections is a must. They have great deals. Otherwise some things might be a little spendy

Great craft store. Has just about any type of craft you are into. Large inventory. Staff friendly and very knowledgeable about placement of products in store. A little more expensive than other stores. But you are almost guaranteed to find what you are looking for. Wish they had more coupons.

I had several employees help me. One seemed a little put off about helping me but the other woman was polite, professional, and helpful. She even went and got me a cart because my basket was full. Cashier was also very friendly. I couldnt find one thing i was looking for but didnt want to go back and ask the crabby woman. Overall pretty good.

This Michaels is actually pretty small compared to many, but the staff are nice. I didnt have any trouble finding what I wanted and when I asked for a new poster board because the one they had was ripped, the staff was easy to find and found me a new one instantly. Always check online for coupons!

Like always, I love going to Michaels. Michaels is the best place, to my mind, for picking up craft supplies. I went to Michaels to look for a funnel, and found some yarn and also a clearance item mark down 90% . I love it!

Great store...needs updating. I usually drive the extra couple miles and go to the newer one east on highway 42 where the workers are a bit older and wiser and kinder. Nothing wrong with this store...I just prefer the other... I just went there to check inventory before ordering online since it was NOT out of my way

Usually have just what Im looking for in stock, and usually helpful employees. One frustrating thing is their coupons often dont work because you cant stack them with sale items, so even if youre be better off with the coupon discount on the regular price, you can only get the sale price... I find its worth waiting for those things until they have a 20% off your entire purchase coupon then. There are also a few restrictions on the coupons, so be sure to check! Classes offered here are pretty good. Clearances after holidays are also often pretty good. Overall, I appreciate that they have almost anything I am looking for thats craft related.
