My air valve went out on my dump truck i called them and they installed a new one right away. I was in and out of their in 30 minutes. Great service.

Just wanted to give a sincere thank you to the 2 mechanics working in the shop on Wed. when I stopped by. My problem was that I had to have my dump truck towed that day, and when they went to put the drive shaft back on, discovered they lost 3 needle bearings. I stopped by FleetPride, and the 2 mechanics there stopped what they were doing, and within a couple of minutes found the bearings for me in the junk box. After being a business owner for 43 years, Ive come to accept the fact that this type of service only existed in the old days. Until last Wed. that is. My truck is back on the road, and FleetPride has 1 more new customer. Thanks Again. #peoplehelpingpeople

These guys are absolutely terrible bad Customer Service bad representation bad everything won’t let you return something even though they screwed up on part I wouldn’t recommend this place to the devil himself

The parts guys are great, they have the experience in finding the right parts !

This store specializes in truck parts, yet they have no reference as to which parts fit which trucks. I tried to buy shock absorbers. They said they need part numbers, they couldnt reference which shocks my truck takes based on year and model or SN. Dont tell me that their Monroe shock catalog does not list which shocks fit which trucks.I went online and ordered my shocks from a different company. They had exact info as to which shocks I needed. Parts guys at this store are either lazy or just dont care. Ridiculous.

Service over the last year has varied. Normally great, a little slow on last visit with tiny issues

Usually good service until july 13 2018...My trailer would break off my glad hands on sharp turns so I decided I needed to attach a air line hose to get the hands out of harms way. Things were ok but I wasnt a 100% on how to solve it, I needed to be at the store to figure it out. As Im figuring it out the moron said something along the lines of can I speed it up I have things to do. To that I immediately said should I go somewhere else? I also told him sarcastically of course good customer service. Good job douche bag 2nd counter guy from the driver lounge.

This shop has been fixing my companys tractors and trailers since 2001. Always excellent service and fair labor charges.

Picked up a truck with a lighting problem, these guys tracked down & fixed the problem in a jiffy. No small feat when youre dealing with electrical.

If you go there on the weekend, try to get there before 11 because it gets busy
