So Incredibly Impressed! Every step of the process was professional. Andys communication was so helpful. He kept in touch with us and constantly updated us with our carpet order, when it would be in and when he and Nate would be out for install. No guess work. The quality of the carpet and more important, the install, was incredible. Andy and Nate paid so much attention to detail, the entire area looks absolutely amazing. We will be using Distinctive Flooring again and will definately be referring them to friends and family. Thank you Andy & Nate!!!

We hired Andy because he has competitive prices and great reviews. We are glad we did! He has many samples in his office and was willing to bring them to our home as well. He was great at keeping me informed as to when he would be arriving. They were able to come install our vinyl planks when we needed them and come back at the end of our project to carpet our stairs. We are very pleased with the work performed and will definitely use them again should we ever need to.
