I have come here and worked with Andrea for 4 years, soon to be 5 where I design my kids birthday shirts. She is always polite, fast and sweet to my kids. Recommend this for many customizations: shirts, cups, tumblers, hats, etc.

Located on the main floor of Burnsville Center, directly in from the Center’s parking lot doors between where Sears used to be and JC Penney, Customize It can add your words onto just about anything. The store doesn’t carry my size T-shirt (6XLT), but they allowed me to bring in my own. It was brand new and never worn.Andreea (yes, two e’s) sat with me and helped arrange my custom words, giving input when I asked and listening to my every word.I’ve read reviews that claim the products they carry to be low quality. Fine, then bring in your own “quality” product! Or they say “I clearly was looking like I needed help, but they ignored me.” My response is; did you ask for help? When I was there, Andreea was working on another, very large, order. If I hadn’t spoken up, I’m sure she would have continued working on it. I would expect no less at any other establishment. People aren’t mind readers!I’m very satisfied with my customized shirt. I’ll be back to customize a hat and face masks!Thank you!

The work was quick and the staff are friendly. The price was also affordable. However the colors on my order were off and the quality wasnt the highest. Though I did have a complex design so I guess I cant complain too much. I would recommend to someone who has a simple design but dont come here looking for the best.

Andrea does a really nice job on all of my prints and they are some very quickly. Which is always a plus, I recommend if you need anything printed you come here.

The shirt turned out awesome, and the service was wonderful!They helped me design the shirt ($7 for them to do the design). It only took about 30 minutes from the time I walked in until I left with a perfect gift. Highly recommend!

These guys are stellar and have very reasonable pricing! I asked to have a Mac Miller Christmas sweater made for my younger sister and the image on the santa hat came out very blue. The guy there redid it at no charge and it turned out beautiful after I edited it. Be careful about coloring in your pictures but I would highly recommend this place for customized products!

Very unorganized and very high prices for cheap shirts. I placed an order and never heard back from them, when I called they wouldn’t pick up the phone unless I blocked my number. Poor customer service. I would NEVER recommend this place!

Discovered this place around Christmas, 2017. The staff has been really great about helping my ideas come to life. Im not hugely fond of the prices. Theyre on the high end of fair, but its a small complaint of an otherwise great service.

This place is truly wonderful. They literally will customize exactly what you want. Clothes, mugs, picture frames, you name it! I first came into them a couple years ago to get a few professional pictures printed onto glass plate type frames. They sat with me for a long time picking the background, border, adjusting sizing etc and they turned out so beautiful! I went in again this week to get some custom (and I mean super custom) designs put onto mugs and T-shirts for some gifts. Along with the wonderful quality of work that they do, their prices are unspeakably reasonable!! Will come back many more times for gifts, and definitely recommend!

I wish you could give 0 stars. I was the only person in the store for 20 mins with 3 people working. I clearly was looking for some direction or at least a rundown of the process to have a custom shirt made. No contact, acknowledgment or even a freakin greeting.Out of date pathetic garment selection and “designs”. Horrible store and service. Save yourself the time and go online.
