We got a side by side for our 29th anniversary got it home had a hiccup they came from butler to strongstown picked it took it back fixed it and brought it the whole way back they answered all our questions they will be the only ones we refer anyone to because they provided exactly customer service 😀

Over priced machines, high miles for the price your better off buying new and building it the way you want cause it seems to me they charge for them accessories that someone else added originally and the seem pretty beat up machines

The staff here fixed the problems twice and even delivered the quad back to us for our trouble....and we live nearly an hour from butler! More businesses need to take a lesson from these folks! Friendly, courteous, respectful and they have an experienced staff. Took my Honda to them with carb issues - wouldnt run. I left it and told them to use their best judgement on a rebuild. They got it running great with just a good cleaning and did not charge me an arm and a leg! Would highly recommend!!

We made the huge mistake of purchasing not 1 but 3 pre-owned vehicles from this establishment approximately one year ago. We made the decision to purchase here based on their mission to ...to provide you with quality vehicles... We have not had an opportunity to put many miles on any of them and were shocked when we took them into another business for basic servicing to learn that none of the three vehicles had ever been maintained! One of the vehicles has even been deemed unsafe to operate! We are now faced with the need to either put thousands of dollars into vehicles that were suppose to be top quality or scrapping them and continuing to make the payments on them. We have been completely taken advantage of and are extremely remorseful that we patronized this business!!

Terrible service. My husband went in to buy me a quad today to surprise me for my birthday to go out this weekend and the young kid wouldn’t sell it to him. He didn’t want to give him the time of day. No price negotiation on a cash purchase even though he offered the asking price. No respect.

Bought a 2014 Can Am from them not even a week ago, drove it twice up and down a hill with the kids and the check engine light came on already and the pin for the shifter came out so now it don’t shift gears.

Horrible that’s all I can say please don’t shop here they’re only out to make the money every vehicle they sell is junk, they lie when they say that they inspect every inch of the vehicles such a scam do not shop here you will burn through your pockets

A friend of mine purchased a quad there not to long ago 3 days after he got it the check engine light was coming on, the air box was filling with oil, the throttle cable was broke and rigged on and the rear wheel bearings were shot and the brakes were shot .. but they said it was ready to ride and just serviced

They sold me 2011 Polaris 800 razor and 2 day later it blew up they took it bad and rebuilt the engine witch I told them I didn’t trust well to rap this up I got stuck in a little mud puddle and hit the gas a little more that half way and the clutch’s shatter had to but new one and then there rebuild engine blew up again this company stuck and I wouldn’t recommend Anyone to go there unless they want to waist you more because my quad junk and only had it a couple months

They will sell it right out from under u tell them u will be there in 2o minutes but sells it over phone while u are on your way
