Had a pleasant experience. And they were quick and polite
Had car aligned with brand new 18x8 60k mile tires. At my next inspection approximately 10k miles later the insides of my front tires were worn to the wires while the outside was barely worn. Took it back and asked them to diagnose the problem without letting on that they had aligned it one year prior. I was told it was a bad alignment untill I told them they were the ones who aligned it, then received every excuse under the sun as to why they are not responsible. As my tires were ordered and ultra high performance, I was not able to aquire 2 new ones locally, and as my car is AWD, all tires must match, so I was stuck buying 4 new 18 in tires and Koeppens refused to even pay for the two tires they destroyed. These people should be ashamed of themselves.
First and foremost, the alignment feels very precise -- it was performed on-time and at a reasonable price. Worth noting that I replaced several steering/suspension components myself and made a mistake (neglected to add the washers before castle nut on outer tie rod end); Koeppen corrected that error and clearly explained what had happened with some gentle chiding. Very pleased with both the service and customer experience.
They do a good job for a fair price. The owner is a bit quirky but nice. If you want your car aligned properly, this is the place to go.
Go see Frank he knows his stuff good place to go number 1 shop in butler

I’ve been referred to Koeppen by my trusted mechanic for alignments numerous times over the years. Bottom line, they always have done great work for very reasonable prices.
Family owned business good people great service
Nice people and showed me what was wrong with my car I highly recommend
This place tried to charge me twice the normal cost of the repairs I needed done on my 1994 Chevy Blazer! I went in to get an estimate. I already knew exactly what needed to be done and what parts I needed to replace along with what parts might be needed if something went wrong or they were questionable. I also knew exactly how the work was to be done, including potential problems that would make more repairs necessary. Since I was a young lady at that time, my moms boyfriend (who bought my Blazer brand new, sold it to me and had done all repairs to it himself after the warranties expired) went over all it needed, could potentially need due to issues, and how the parts needing repair work when good and bad. He made sure I understood the function of my bad parts and what other issues were possible...he drilled me so I could sound like i knew not only what needed done but knew how the bad stuff and the stuff connected to and possibly effected by the bad stuff worked. I didnt REALLY understand but I sounded convincing and could answer questions they might ask.Anyway, I go in for an estimate, tell them what needs done, what potentially needs done so they know to include the potential parts etc. in the estimate and I ask how long roughly will the work take(from the time its pulled in and put on the lift til the time its lowered completely finished and pulled into the lot all ready for pickup) and what the cost of the labor alone would run roughly. The employee( supposedly one of the mechanics) went out into the garage for 10-15 mins and said $400 would be their estimate but it could be more! I repeated that I asked for the estimate to include possible parts and work that commonly need repaired when repairing the issues I wanted repaired. I explained I would rather have an estimate covering any unforseen possibility and have extra money then have things pop up once its in pieces and get a call that its going to cost $100-$300 extra! So he just guessed and said $600-$700 to be safe! I was irritated by then so I thanked him and left fast.I called my moms boyfriend while i was still in the parking lot and recounted the whole encounter to him. He got extremely angry, said for me to stay where I was, that hes on his way to me. He didnt say much, didnt explain to me but he showed up within 10 mins. He calmed himself then went in, told the same guy he needed an estimate for the same vehicle, repairs, and to include potential repairs, etc. The guy looked in a book on the counter wrote down a few prices then added them plus tax and immediately gave him an estimate of $190-$200! So he said he had to get something out of his car, got me, took me in and demanded to know why his daughter was told a price at least double if not triple what he was told. The guy went white and so did every other employee there. He told them he would tell everyone he knew about this and we left!Moral of the story.....DONT EVER TRUST THIS PLACE FOR ANYTHING!!!
Old man knows his stuff
They do some of the best work for a great price, highly recommend them 👍
Only place I go for front end work. Honest and trustworthy people.
Been taking our cars there for years. Quick service, fair price and can usually accommodate appointments on short notice.
I just had a partial alignment done here this morning 7/11/18. After the work was done and my car was sitting out front for 5 minutes I assumed it was ready. So I go to the office and ask if my car is ready to go and the older guy with the glasses who I am guessing is the owner looks at me and sighs and makes weird faces for almost 30 seconds at me. Then doesnt answer me and ignores me and continues on with his convo with the office lady and says that I am trying to hurry everyone when all I did was ask if my car was ready since it was out front. Then he ignores me for a few more minutes while I stand there and eventually he tells me to come into the office. Then I get money from the person who was with me and he says oh look out here comes the financial aid. The he continues to make weird faces and comments to me as I pay which at that point I tuned his goofy self out. Needless to say this was horrible customer service and I will be letting all of my friends and family know to NOT come to this eatablishment if this is how they treat customers.
Messed up the first time, but were pretty quick to fix it

Recently Ive had two vehicles aligned by Koeppen. Their work is great, their prices are very reasonable and they are friendly and honest.
Kinda expensive and tried to preach the gospel or something to that effect
Called ahead of time and told me to drop my truck off before 5 when they close get there at 4 and there closed on top of the attitude the lady gave me over the phone I will never go back here!
Best price, alignment done right the first time. If not they make it right.
Got us straight in and nice service
Owner said I didn’t take care of my truck and didn’t do the alignment all he did was loosen my steering box to where I had to go somewhere to tighten it back up since I almost crashed he wanted to go for a ride so I took him and he talked trash on me the whole time and didn’t want to get out the truck when I asked him to would never go back he charged me $100 just for him to loosen my steering box and to talk trash on me.
