The employee who helped us was helpful, nice and patient. But the other employee there Michael R., he may be a manager, was rude to my husband and I as we were purchasing over $500 worth of parts. I have never had a problem here before but that was very upsetting.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. Go to check out and the manager is on his cell phone Ignoring me for at least 3 minutes I stood there and he didn’t even acknowledge me. So I set my stuff down and walked out. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. Never will I go to this store again.

Went in to autozone today and Tommy hosack provided excellent customer service as I was able to assist in changing the axel shaft in my brothers jeep to be able to continue going off-road throughout the day

Friendly staff. I go here because they genuinely try to help. (They are wrong sometimes but I cant blame them for that) No crazy sales tactics that you get at other auto parts stores. I could save 20 minutes going to an auto parts store closer to me but the extra drive is worth it.

Bought windshield wipers and a battery for my key fob. The nice salesman replaced both for me, I didnt even have to ask.

Good place to get your automotive parts but be sure to shop around. Their prices can be high on some items like all of their fluids. Transmission fluid was found $10.00 cheaper per gallon elsewhere.

My husband and I thought our weekend was ruined when the car didn’t start last evening. Luckily, we were able to jump it to get it started and get it to Autozone in Butler, PA.Johnathan offered excellent customer service, was able to diagnose our battery as needing replaced (had actually boiled over), and helped us select the right battery for our needs. He then replaced it for us in the parking lot!Thank you, Johnathan!

The guy who was working behind the counter went above and beyond, he went back to dig around to find me some antifreeze, apparently there was a antifreeze recall. Anyway great job!

Had to make a few visits there but they have a decent selection. . Alot of high prices, was shocked to see that a radiator cooler was more expensive than dealership price! Good people.

When their parts say lifetime they say they will warranty them for as long as you own the car. They do for brakes because Ive been getting them at auto zone for a long time. Now to find out about more parts..

Didnt have the part I needed. I got it ordered. Didnt arrive in time. I had to wait 2 weeks for this part. Finally the part arrived only to cost me more money. So I paid it only because I needed my vehicle to work properly.
