Highly recommend Target online shopping and curbside pickup. They had the items I could not find elsewhere, at a normal, appropriate price, and curbside pickup was seamless. The entire transaction was easy and efficient.

Immediate greeting at the desk and for the number of items that I had, it was a painless 5 minutes!

Applied for a seasonal position a while back and I have nothing but good things to say. I can tell you personally how welcoming the staff is. Management does a good job training the staff so the store is always presentable. Along with good maintenance, the entire staff’s main priority is customer service. Great place to work or shop, you definitely get your steps in.

I like the cleanliness of the store and their priority of keepingtheir customers safe during these trying times.

I enjoy this Target. Often, items ring up not as marked, but staff members are always nice and able to help. The stock is good and they do get some of the fun releases such as Studio McGee and Hearth & Hand. They don’t get as many of the new releases as other Targets in larger markets, but I’m so glad we have a Target in the area!I love that they change up their display areas and it’s always a fun place to browse. The store is always very bright and clean as well, which I appreciate.

The service we received was exceptional. Most places do not know the meaning of customer service. They did much more than we could have expected.

I wanted to help my elderly parents get a smart phone for the first time while visiting from out of state. I called the store at 7:04 on 6/28 and spoke with a man in electronics to confirm that they had a tracfone iPhone at the store. He said he would check the back and he put me on hold. He said they do have one left, so I drove with my elderly parents 40 miles (an hour) to this Target to get this phone only to find out at 8:30 from a different worker (the guy who lied was done working for the night and no longer there) that they did not have any Tracfone iPhone in stock. It took her 15 minutes just to get someone else to come back and help look. They also would not tell me what his name was. I will be calling to speak with the manager and filing a complaint with corporate over this. It’s unacceptable to be LIED to by an employee. Our time, energy and money in gas was wasted and we barely even got an apology.

Very easy and convenient. You dont have to pick a time and wait for days.

The young man working in electronics was extremely helpful when assisting my mother when purchasing batteries for her hearing aide. He traveled to the pharmacy department to get them for her, I certainly appreciated the effort.

As much as I despise going to target my wife loves it and takes her sweet old time buying random stuff we probably dont need.

Helpful staff for the most part. Having certain items in stock is sometimes spotty. They dont have any fresh produce in the grocery, but sell bananas, you must buy 3 lbs!

I was charged for 2 items for a store pick up. Neither that I received, 1 I cancelled the other you didnt even have in the store! But you charged me for both items. As far as I can see this you stole from me. I have talked to 5 different people and no one can explain why. I got an email saying I will get the money back for 1 of item. But not the item that you didnt even have in stock! Beyond frustrated. Customers service is no help. Last person I talked suggested I could sue target?? Are you kidding me?? I need to sue you for you charging me for an item that you never even had in stock!! Unreal!!Update - Manager at local Target got a hold of me after I posted my review, he couldnt have been nicer. I am changing my 1star to a 4 Star, still dont like the way it happened. But very impressed with they way the Manager handled it. Thank you Target for making it right!!

The entire transaction from start to finish (in the store), probably took 2 minutes. I was picking up an item I ordered online 2 hours before. The clerk was polite and courteous.

Store is well lit, easy to navigate, and I like being able to make a list on the app that tells me which row my things are in. Also the employee who helped me was really proactive and pleasant. Love Target and their deals!

I ordered towels for a shower gift and there is a huge snag on the one towel. It was right on top not folded under. The string is approximately 3 inches. Right on top. Did this as a time saver and now will have to return to the store.

First time in a U.S Target store and is was quite a nice experience. The clothing was quite cheap and nice. Personal care products were super expensive for some reason, but groceries were decently priced. Many unique brands, the staff were alright.

As the Momma in a family of four, I absolutely love Target! I always go here to stock up on toilet paper, paper towels, diapers, household cleaners, etc. I go here, because they offer gift cards on the products that we use at home (Charmin, Bounty, Pampers, etc.) Usually its if you buy so many, but you can mix & match a lot of the products and they have helpful signs that say what products you buy in order to receive your gift card. I also get the weekly add sent to my e-mail so when I am running low on something I can see if it is on sale or if I will receive a gift card for purchasing it.

This place is like an amusement park for grown ups. I always spend way more then I should. Its clean, well displayed and great staff. I love this place!

They had what I needed online, and I selected the in-store pick up. The employee was very friendly and promptly got my order.

If you buy a phone from this company, you better keep the box it came in because you cant return it without the box. $311 dollar phone 11 days old without box cant be returned. The box is worth more than the phone. Who knew? Its not on my return policy slip. I forbid myself from ever entering the store again!!!

Went in to get some wireless earbuds and a guy named Brandon helped me out. Im really picky with how my earbuds fit in my ear and Brandon helped me out and gave 100% effort the whole time and even helped me save money on the earbuds. 10/10 customer service from that guy. Also my first time ever @ Target.

Stopped shopping here years ago. And the pharmacy should be closed down. Never seen anything like it. Hours of waiting for prescriptions that can’t be filled, phones ringing but nobody answering. Totally unacceptable. Definitely reflects poorly on the store.

Nice store lots of items, but the temperature in that place is like that of a sauna, I was walking around with shorts and a t-shirt sweating. Not a nice feeling when its 75 deg outside and they have the heater on.

The most arse backward target I have ever been to. Nothing is intuitive in the layout, and you can spend an hour there looking for one item. I went to look for travel size toiletries to take on a plane, and left frustrated with no purchases. Now I will drive to Cranberry in order to shop at target.

Walked all over the store could not find what I was looking for. I wanted a screw in socket for my out side light that you can plug electric lights into.

I only go here when I cant get what I need anywhere else. Their political views and policies drive me nuts. Doesnt matter which side you are politically if you want me as a customer keep your politics private. Theyve been one of the worst in recent years of airing their laundry.

Great place to get what you need plus there is some great discounts.

Most time I can find good deals at target....my only hesitation is that often there are not enough cashiers or the check out process is slowed down by people who come to the line unprepared to check out.

My favorite place to shop. I prefer to go here over Walmart for everything except a large grocery trip.

This is by far the worst store to purchase anything from!! I purchased items using my debit card and the money was taken directly from my account at the time of purchase, had to return a couple items and the store manager told me since i paid with my debit card that it would go back on there in 24 - 48 hours, well 3 days later it still hasnt been put back into my bank account, so i made a call to the corporate office and they assume to tell me that they dont know why the store manager told me 24-48 hours it could take up to 10 days for me to be refunded my money! Called my bank and they dont see it being refunded to my account, if you pay for merchandise and they take the money directly from your bank account they expect you to wait up to 10 days to be refunded your money. I wouldnt recommend this store to anyone!!
