I have purchased a boat for my family and friends, a ski, and fish. They knew exactly what I wanted before I even told them it was like they learn from a couple of questions. Lol,Thats because of excellent customer service and knowing the boating industry and will find the best package to fit your needs at a good deal.I shopped everywhere they are the best dont waste your time going anywhere else.

Typical liberals threatened me with harassment because I exercised my first amendment rights while writing reviews about their terrible and unprofessional business. Stay away from these people, far better boat dealers that care about their potential buyers. Go to a reputable dealer to spend your hard earned cash. The response from the inept owner that he left below is a testament to his lies and poor customer treatment. He turned potential buyers and lifelong customers away along with a lot of revenue. They owe many dissatisfied reviewers an apology for their treatment. Dont expect one, libs are never wrong. Especially the dirty ones. Man up and apoligize libs!!!

After getting the run-a-round from my local Lowe Boat dealer I called Bob Warren Boat sales and left a message describing my frustration and situation. I was happy that Bob Warren Boat sales returned my call and were able to shoe-horn me into their schedule. So I towed my pontoon to Butler PA,(125 miles) and left it for Bob Warren boat sales to repair. They had the leaky pontoon repaired in no time and now we are enjoying our boat. If/when we decide to purchase another boat, Well drive right past the local dealers and head back to Bob Warren Boat sales. Top notch service from people who actually care.

Very poor service wont answer the phone or return your call what a joke !!!!

Left there feeling robbed after paying $2.50 for a simple 1/2 hose clamp (worm drive). I will only go there again when I cant wait for shipping time from an honest priced business. Clearly taking advantage of convenience is there business model.
